I hate getting xrays as my mouth is small and the tools used usually cut into my gums. Jennifer does a great job in keeping that experience as pain-free as possible. I was referred years ago by my friends in the neighborhood. No regret so far. Right now I commute 30 plus miles to my original dentist of over 35 years. I've come here before for emergency orthodontic reasons which my dentist doesn't have on site. With the gas as high as it is im good right down the street from our home! My crown came off so they got me seen for x-rays and on Wednesday I'll have it fixed along with regular dental exam. Everyone is so nice there too! read more

While Discussing options and treatments they saw I just didn't understand, so they really took the time to break things down for me. They really make me feel like I am part of the family and walked me thru my insurance and payment plans. ( I had a crown done, same day they have some cool machine that makes it on location). I am so grateful to Dr. Suarez for his talents and recommendations. After spending 5K on Invisalign (different practice), I loved my teeth but hated that my gum-line now was crooked due to how the teeth shifted. I consulted with my primary dentist who HIGHLY recommended Dr. Suarez for laser gum contouring. I came in on a Tuesday for a consult and 2 days later I was in the chair getting the work done. They answered all my questions with ease, verified coverage with my insurance and came to find out the majority of the work would be covered! I am post op without pain, bleeding or discomfort and most importantly -- the work looks gorgeous. It's not even noticeable along the gum line where it will continue to heal for the next week. Initially appt took over an hour of them taking pictures with old school technology (game Speak Out mouth scretcher and a camera). Dental staff is either incompetent or sneaky. Dentist told me to get a mouth guard and staff quoted me $400 which I thought was too expensive at the moment. I came in for my next dental cleaning 6 months later and asked to start the mouth guard process only to be told $500 as they mailed out $100 off coupons. Came here 04/04/2024... I had woken up to an intense toothache from a cracked tooth that was unbearably painful. The Tylenol just wasn't cutting it anymore.. I reached out to a few dentists in the area that all pretty much said they couldn't see me until Monday (It was Thursday) until I came across Ricardo Suarez DDS on yelp. Gave them a call and I was penciled in within the hour, let me just start off by saying the entire staff is completely welcoming and friendly and extremely professional. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, sat down for less than five minutes and was taken to the back. Took a few x-rays and told them what was going on. Dr. Suarez gave me my options of what he could do for me and weighed in the possible outcomes (possibly needing root canal) luckily didn't come to that.. If you experience dental anxiety this is a great place to go. They make me feel very comfortable because they are open to talk to me about my concerns. They are accommodating, and will adjust to my needs. They are also very clean, which is a trait that not all dental offices share. Not completely done with my cosmetic dentistry yet, but I went in today to approve of what had been done so far. They gave me HONEST feedback. They opened the blinds, let me walk around and even go outside in the natural light to take photos to see if I was completely satisfied. There were tiny imperfections that didn't sit well with Dr. Suarez and the incomparable Elaine, so they formulated a plan with my input to make sure I'm 100% happy. I feel like most dentists would have tried to convince me that I loved what I saw. Speaking of Elaine, I have disabilities that would have other healthcare professionals leary of working on me and falling all over themselves trying to work around my shortcomings. But Elaine!!! She knew what my issues were going to be due to my disabilities and she never skipped a beat. She knew when I needed her help to where I never had to stop and ask for it. She was just on top of it all!! I even switched girls to have Elaine stay and work on me and no one turned up a nose or acted indifferent to my request. Ebby at the front desk is so patient and kind and gets you the appointment that YOU need and helps you with all the insurance payments etc. If you don't require much fuss, you'll be in and out quickly with an easy rapport, feeling like you'd just spent time with old friends. On a Sunday morning I woke up with horrible tooth pain. I called Dr Suarez's office and left a message hoping someone would call me first thing Monday. To my surprise Carolina returned my call a few hours later, on a Sunday!!! She sent in a prescription for antibiotics and also made arrangements for staff to come on early on Monday. Dr Suarez saw me Monday first thing and made recommendations for my needed root canal. The antibiotics really helped. Dr Suarez's staff has always been on point.
