My finance ordered hot and spicy noodles that didn't hold back. They were as described with the perfect about of heat. The noodles themselves were the star I feel. They had the perfect amount of bounce giving an authenticity I didn't expect. I tried all three dishes and my favorite was the hot and spicy noodles but my daughter gave her leftovers to her boyfriend! I was offended but I survived. We shared a slice of pistachio cake that was truly special. The server told us it was amazing but we didn't expect it to be that good. The menu is huge and each dish is so flavorful and delicious. They also have the best chips and queso in town. My only complaint is that I wish they would give you a better dip to chip ratio! I always end up with too many chips and not enough queso. Other favorites include the brisket chimichanga and their pork belly steamed baos.
