Our order included shrimp tempura rolls, a Korean BBQ roll, miso ramen (vegetarian), shoyu (soy), and tonkotsu, and it was a full spread. Everything arrived in good condition, which is always a win with delivery. I personally had the shrimp tempura roll and the shoyu ramen. The tempura roll was excellent, crispy, fresh, and didn't get soggy during delivery (which feels like a small miracle). The shoyu was also really flavorful with a rich, savory broth that definitely hit the spot. We came here for my husband's birthday. The food was good and there was a nice selection of menu items. Accessibility was a bit of an issue with the parking situation and the steep stairs. My mother-in-law has to use a walker, and it had been raining, so there was a massive mud puddle at the base of the ramp that was too thick for her to go through. We ended up having to brave the sketchy stairs. I'd recommend they add gravel or some pavers and build up that area so people can use the ramp in all types of weather. read more

Went yesterday for early dinner. Very nice and cozy place with indoor and outdoor seatingI would say they could use a little more lighting but overall was pleased with atmosphere. They were out of some items on menu but that didn't stop us from ordering. We had kids ramen, edamame, spring rolls, my husband had a spicy tuna bowl and I had a fire ramen with pork. I can say that it wasn't as spicy as I'd like it to be but I can also eat very spicy food like it's nothing so maybe its just me everything was full of flavor and tasted really good. I went back to get the burrito and there's definitely a major disconnect I've noticed. The first time I went there waitress told me the sushi burrito had same items as the poke bowl. The second time the waitress said it did not. I asked her multiple times what it came with or what items it had. Even what veggies are on it. She wouldn't answer. She only said it doesn't come with same items as the poke bowl. I'm not sure why I'm getting inconsistent answers for a menu item or why they refused to answer. Menu doesn't show it if it's not the same as the poke bowl. Either way regardless of what it does or doesn't have it says it comes with eel sauce which it definitely didn't have the first time. The last visit was definitely off putting for me with how the waitress was acting. The menu doesn't say it either. I'm definitely going to skip getting the burrito from here on out if I go back. I'd order the ramen again and I tried one of the sushi rolls were good. The sushi roll was a 4 out of 5 and the miso ramen was 3.5 out of 5. Recommend both. read more

The food was absolutely delicious. The dragon ball was absolutely delicious. The ramen I had was honestly not bad . The pork literally melted in my mouth . It was nice in light . I wish the noodles were a bit thicker, but it was still delicious . Sadly I didn't get to try out the Taro Boba tea , but I had the vanilla one to go and it was honestly pretty good . There wasn't a lot of parking space so me and my man parked at the salon next to the place . The building is so pretty. Even though it's a small building I was surprised on how pretty it was. The temperature was 65 degrees and it felt so nice after bowling . The service was good too . The lady recommended some good sushi for us , but I sadly forgot to take a picture of it to show yelp . As an out of town or here it was lovley to enjoy the festival with my Gr8 Aunt Roberta and our friend Marcus; even more lovely was the warm heart of our lovely server, Irina. The broth tasted of nothing but GREASE. Just old nasty pork grease. Idk if fatty pork had been sitting in the broth all day but it was inedible and turned my stomach...... I had to throw it away. Awesome!! Charming restaurant in an old house, we sat inside in the AC and were very comfortable, there was also the option of outdoor deck seating. I moved from Los Angeles and miss the amount of sushi and ramen restaurants that surrounded me. I wandered into this little cozy house and discovered such a peaceful unique sushi joint awaiting me. I don't understand how this place isn't packed because the food quality was on point!! We started off with an appetizer of the Ahi Nachos and, oh my, was it super tasty. The crunch of the chips coupled with the fresh Ahi tuna is a crowd pleaser. I ordered the Samurai roll per the waitresses recommendation. The roll was amazing and had pickled jalapeños on top which added another layer of flavor. Of course we added some sake to our dinner. We have three little ones at home and finally had a date night. This resturant had us out of there in 35 minutes and we honestly didn't feel rushed, that's how great our service was. I'm ready to try everything on this menu! I was super excited to try this place as it has been on my list for a little since I just moved here. I'm gonna start very basic by just getting the vanilla boba. It had great flavor and the boba balls were chewy just like they should be. For dinner I got the pork broth ramen. It was awesome! Tons of flavor the pork was so tender and I ordered corn for $2. Overall the meal was super filling and I was very full when I left. For both of these items I paid $20 which isn't a bad price as I've been to other places where the bowl alone was $15+ and then add the extra toppings. Our waitress was great, she had some great recommendations. Walk up to the porch, Step into the living room where the friendly and attentive staff take you directly to a table in the house or onto their shaded patio with a water feature and a buncha Koi Fish! Great restaurant located in a historic house in downtown DeLand. There is parking in front, rear, and across the street. Dining can be inside or out on their back deck. The menu and portions are both large. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff was also very friendly. Our waitress took the time to explain menu items to my children and me without ever getting exasperated. She humored my 10-year-old when she asked for the candle to be lit, or for another taste of the "fish cake". As a mom, sometimes going out to restaurants can make you anxious when you have little ones... especially one who loves to talk and a 3-year-old who loves to make messes.
