The shrimp was perfectly cooked with a lil snap left, the beef was moist and not overcooked even had a lil char to it, the chicken caught me off guard with how juicy it was. I'm a self proclaimed chicken snob because restaurants always kill it and as a chef I don't understood how. The vegetables all still had crunch and bright colors. I went there to order some chicken teriyaki hibachi, it comes with rice. I asked if the rice could be put on the side. The Owner's daughter asked her dad he said no. I thought it was just an inconvenience of putting it into separate containers. I offered to pay for the container. I did not want the rice. So I then said I'll take the rice if you could. It was a gentleman outside. I was gonna give the rice to, I just wanted the chicken, his daughter went back and again explained that. At that time his wife peeped out of the back and gave me the meanest look ever. They are not the nicest people they never have been and that's why they stay behind the scenes a lot. They had a young lady there a few years back that was so nice that worked in the front. I don't know what happened to her. Their girls are very, very nice and very , very respectful. How they turned out to have parents like that , that are so rude, I don't understand and they have such a good business going which I will never step my feet into again , and I will make sure that I put this on every social media because it was unnecessary. What was the big deal about separating and giving two containers which I offered to pay for? I was gonna order other things as well, that experience took the whole vibe away from me ordering anything else from them ever again. I will go to the Hibachi in Longwood on 17-92 , very nice people you can sit down and eat in a nice atmosphere and no one has an attitude because God has blessed them with a business. The service was sub-par and staff was not very friendly or helpful, especially to a first time customer. I ended up ordering the lemon pepper honey wings with the rice. It was pricey and the quality and quantity wasn't what it should have been. The wings were small, flimsy, and i wouldn't call them freshly made. The rice was also suspect. It looked like white rice with soy sauce and some scrambled egg thrown in. It also didn't have that freshly made taste or look to it. I didn't hate the food but it was definitely disappointing. I spent xtra for all white meat and they did deliver on that promise but my meal was slightly seared chicken breast chunks and white rice with almost no flavor. This is a good place to eat. Be prepared to pay extra for everything, including another small container of white/yum yum sauce. Customer service is not amazing but you don't get ignored. Went to pick up three meals for my family. We all got the chicken teriyaki with either the rice or the noodles. There was no teriyaki on the chicken. It was completely dry. The whole container was filled with nothing but either rice or noodles. They gave hardly any meat in the container. It was enough meat for maybe my two-year-old to eat.
