We went to the FIFA game which finished late. We were looking around for places still open for a quick bite and saw Rice Bowl Sushi open until 2 am. It's located in a strip mall with a few tables. A number of people were doing take outs. We ordered Tom Yum shrimp and Chicken fried rice at the counter and seated ourselves. Order came out pretty quick. Tom yum shrimp soup had enough spice and was good. Fried rice with Chicken was good too! Not sure if we were just hungry but thought everything tasted good... hahaha. She came over to check on us a couple of time and filled our glass. They have plenty of choices in their menu including sushi. I drove 30 minutes to try this place and 10 out of 10 would do it again. Humble space with great, quick service and delicious, high quality food. Everything we ordered was so good. We came for sushi and found out they also serve Thai food. I am usually weary of places that offer a variety of cultural cuisines but the crispy pork belly was so good. I will definitely be back to try more of their sushi AND Thai food. Everything we ordered was delicious. -Miso Soup -Hot Girls Roll -Dancig Dragon Roll -Salmon, Kani and Yellowtail Nigiri. The Yellowtail was a highlight of highlights! So so fresh and so so good! -Crispy Pork Belly -Fried Banana. I think a scoop of vanilla or mochi ice cream would take this from good to craveable. This place was amazing! The employees so nice but T the pricing is a bit on the higher side but overall it was delicious! The food was all so fresh none of it felt greasy at all! Rice Bowl is my favorite sushi restaurant in the Arlington area! It has a very small store front with only four dine-in tables as their primary business is to go, but I also enjoy eating in as well. My boyfriend and I went here for some late night eats and it was such an amazing experience! The staff were super welcoming and kind! we got the Eggplant Delight with beef which was so soooo yummy! I think we finished the plate in 5 minutes! the sauce wasn't too sweet (which is find a lot of thai places to have a sweet or pretty rich sauce). If we come back we're definitely getting that dish again! We also got the salmon which was pretty alright, I think this place is more of a thai place than japanese. I ordered take out from here. The tom kha and pad see eew were the worst I have ever had.... I eat Thai food often and the tom kha was super watered down and had no flavor. The pad see ew tasted like the noodles were microbes and sat for a very long time and are old. When you bit the noodles they turned to mush. No flavor. Never returning. read more

I rarely write reviews. I have to say that the owners of this restaurant are so nice and gracious. The food; both prices and quality are outstanding. If I could give them 6 stars I would. They have a very good selection on the menu . I will definitely be back with a couple of friends. This is a very small restaurant, hence they do a lot of to go orders. I did eat there and had two orders of sushi. The service and the cleanliness was outstanding. A big bonus as far as I am concerned is that they stay open until 1AM. First let me say they were very friendly and the place was very clean. Very inviting! I decided to try one of the Chef's Specials and chose the Crab Meat Fried Rice. Very pleased with my choice! Larges chunks of crab meat, fresh ingredients, and flavorful. The flavor of the fried rice was amazing, one of the best I've ever had. I also had the Tom Kha soup. I'm a huge Tom Kha soup fan and this had the right amount of sweet and spice as well as very fresh ingredients. I will definitely be back. So glad I found this place. It used to be owned by a couple the food was amazing but when I stopped by today and ordered my usual broccoli beef it was the most watery dish I have ever seen.
