Of course it was a Friday after work when picked it up but I'll be back Monday bright and early. I'm sorry but to type in ur comments that the issue was resolved and you drove it after hubs were replaced is a complete lie!! The issue in FACT was NOT resolved. Unfortunately many people are struggling right now, and then you got places like this place charging a fortune for "labor"! Save you time and money!!! I'm only going back because I'll be damned if someone just took $2,100 from me and not resolved the issues :) $800 in parts for left hub, and rear hubs... the rest in labor?

He came back with we got your payments where you wanted and we went over to finance. The paperwork was rushed in that it was sign here initial there and nothing explained page after page. That night we went over our paperwork and quickly seen that the reason our payments were where we agreed at was negative equity was put on our new loan. We attempted 3 times to ask if we could work something out seeing as we have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past. Robert was less than interested in anything. He was actually kind of arrogant. We would have been happy with maybe some free oil changes...anything would have been appreciated. The negative equity was never once explained to us. Granted we should have revisited that again but assumed Matt would have disclosed it to us. We will not ever be purchasing another vehicle from them. We will drive a 100 miles for maintenance rather then give them our business! Very disappointed in this dealership.

The one I looked at was a Kia optima and it looked like someone attempted to rebadge the car then spray paint the front of it black? The car also had a top piece on it that looks like it was half assed glued on. So I decided to look at the black dodge dart that was on the lot. Back end had a couple dents no biggie but when I drove it the gas pedal kept popping back up forcing my foot up off the gas. So I drove it back and decided not to get that one but to look at the Chrysler 200 gray. The one gentleman started it up when my fiancé noticed white smoke come out of it. So he asked for the hood to be popped open and the vehicle was leaking coolant and oil. When brought up to the manager he said oh I'll bring that up to my tech guys. And when we informed him we weren't interested in any cars on the lot we got a "okay whatever" and he stormed inside the building mumbling Whatever he was while walking inside. Also some cars have rear bumper damage and scratches and dents on them. Let alone whatever issues they have mechanically. They never said thank you to us or even a simple bye have a great night. We drove over an hour to this place to look at the one car. The financing they use is sketchy. Asked me how many hours I drive a week is beyond strange. And to only offer a warranty for 30k miles says something as well and only for 30-90 days I believe. Also you have to do a zoom interview with the finance company. Which I also thought was very strange. Don't bother or even waste your time. They were friendly for about ten mins until my fiancé started asking questions about the car and if the car has had any accidents or such. Also financing took FOREVER. So unless you have about four hours to sit there just don't.

They are always so mean and always so quick to be yelling at their customers. I wish so bad we never bought from this place because we are always having issues.

Theyre also very slow at calling back as we had to call them several days in a row just to try and schedule an appt. Will not make the drive anymore as the service/tech knowledge doesn't seem present.
