I made an appointment, and they completely stood me up. Later, they claimed they tried to call me or left a voicemail to change the appointment, which is not true. They never called or left any message. I have documentation as evidence, but I chose not to continue the conversation because Max kept defending himself and arguing instead of trying to resolve the issue. They also had my mailing address incorrect. I spoke with Max the day before my appointment to correct it, yet there were still multiple errors. Overall, the business seems very unorganized. The receptionist told me Max was in the office, so I was surprised when Max later claimed my appointment was with a different representative. This inconsistency felt very unprofessional and questionable. I took time out of my day for this appointment, and it is extremely rude and unprofessional that they never showed up. I do not recommend doing business with this company. There are many other businesses that provide much better customer service.

They cut the wood and metal outside on the walkway. After hanging the doors, there was a lot of leveling to do that followed by touch up on all the nail marks and gaps in the wall frame. They did an amazing job with the installation and bringing the materials in the living room without bumping into anything. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation.

Immediately he was so welcoming and has a HUGE warehouse full of front doors ( not just doors he is ordering from somewhere else) His price also beat these prices but literally almost HALF.. It was a week before labor day weekend and I really wanted the doors installed before the weekend holiday and he was able to get them installed for me! Another note, after getting the doors installed my kids somehow locked my dogs outside for some time and they scratched our front door pretty bad ... Just to provide some context, we needed to replace 2 sliding doors after purchasing our home. The sliding doors and screen doors were from the original build decades ago and very hard to open/close. I worked with Addy throughout the entire process, and from the initial meeting to the installation day, everything went smoothly. They require 50% deposit once measurements are taken, and it took about a week or so after payment to install the sliding doors. Our sliding door installation needed to be rescheduled to a further date since it was raining on the original date of installation, but Addy was very proactive about communicating that and making sure I had all my questions answered. The day of installation, the installer came, removed the sliding doors, and even was kind enough to help us remove an existing shutter frame that I could not pry off on my own. He worked fast and efficiently, and both sliding doors were installed in 2 hours. The 2 hours included taking off the old sliding doors, putting in the new ones, and making sure everything worked perfectly and looked great. We're extremely satisfied with the installation, pricing, and ongoing communication with Addy and her team. The new doors let in so much more natural light now, and they slide so smoothly and easily. One of the best home investments we've made thus far. 10/10 would recommend Paradise Vinyl Windows & Doors to family and friends looking to replace their sliding doors/windows.

Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. My wife and I weren't 100% sure what to expect, but the quality and the final result made the entire expense completely worth it. The door feels rock-solid and looks incredible. These windows are still perfect in every way. These woods come with value and reliability. When we added on to our home about 10 years ago, the contractor used their window company. We ordered some custom sized windows to keep consistency with the rest of our home...and those have never been right. A couple years ago the large, back window split in the frame. We had no question that Hometime would replace the window...and it's both well constructed & beautiful, with two perfectly working locks. The install was done by Eduardo and his crew. It was an early morning appointment, but Eduardo showed up in time. Both he and the other installer were friendly, efficient, and clean. They took less than 2 hours, door knock to exit, and left not a scrap or bit of dust in their perfect install. When we consider cost, style, AND locally, independently owned companies, we will have Hometime do all our windows, always. In the future we will also request Eduardo as our installer. Thanks!

He and his partner arrived early on a Sunday morning and worked nearly 12 hours straight. Not only did he identify the source of the problem, but he also uncovered an additional issue that could have caused more headaches down the road. He helped us arrive at a suitable energy-efficient Simonton models to replace 5 of our windows at a reasonable price. He also measured all the windows to be replaced and promptly provided a written quote. Three of our replacements were for original 30+ year-old single-hung windows which were no longer functional because their balances had failed. The replacement Simonton windows have a better design that obviates the need for such balances, which was of added value to me! The total window order, measured and made to order, was received by JWG within 3 weeks and installed within 1 week. JWG Windows arrived just minutes before the scheduled time for installation. We were fortunate to have a second installation crew (Alex and Ricky) join the first crew (EJ and Cody) during the installation process, which allowed the entire job to be done within 2.5 hours. These two teams operated smoothly together in good spirits, were respectful of our property (using drop cloths in each work area) and cleaned up the work areas. After they were installed, EJ demonstrated the windows' operating features, provided me with the manufacturer's warranty and answered my questions. (The self-latching worked a bit differently than I expected, which actually was an improvement!) The windows look great and are a pleasure to use! Nice work, JWG!

IPhone 17 Pro Max - Screen and back repair…read more Accidentally dropped a weight on my phone and had to get it repaired. Screen was cracked, back glass was cracked and frame was a but dented. Came across Smart Fix and was bit skeptical but reached out. I was able to get immediate response back and he was very transparent on his work. Due to the recent model of the phone, OEM screen sales were just not worth it due to the price and labor cost. basically paying half of the price of what I paid for the phone and thats not including the back glass. So I settled with a soft OLED aftermarket screen for a fraction of it. Pricing to fix both the front screen and back was half the price of what I would pay for a OEM screen alone not including labor fee. After installing, the aftermarket soft OLED. I haven't ran into any issues yet. Face Recognition works, no lags, no dead particles. The only noticeable change from OEM and aftermarket is the screen Bezel size which isn't a deal breaker for me. I watched him fix my phone and he ran through every step. I heard some reviews from other establishments being sneaky writing reviews on their business without the customers knowing or logging into your personal information and etc some horrifying things that invade your privacy. But with this establishment, he was kind and nice and did a great job! I will update after 3 months to see the progress of the screen.

He assisted me with my HOA, ensuring all permits were approved by their architectural plan committee and providing all necessary licensing and liability certificates for approval. Johnny and his installation team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the order process, and their expertise made everything run smoothly. The installation was quick, and the team was very clean, respectful, and meticulous in their work. I requested a quote from Imperium because a neighbor of mine recommended them and I was interested in something similar done to her home. Johnny from Imperium assisted my family from start to end. I was iffy about what I wanted or if I wanted anything done with Imperium. Johnny was efficient with the quote and was knowledgeable /passionate about the product. On install day the crew quickly set up and got to work. They were respectful of the property and to my family. They were mindful of the pets in the household when switching rooms and communicating there needs to relocate my pets. The crew did clean up when finished and advised us they were done and hoped we were pleased with their work and to contact Johnny with any questions. There was no need to contact him because he reached out to my family and I about what we thought about the finished product. We were pleased with the new aesthetic and functionality of our new windows. We have a peace of mind because the windows have a lifetime warranty. I'm sure if any issues were to come about Imperium will take care of them. Lastly I'm glad I finally got this project done, right before the holidays.In the end I was content with the results. I got 9 windows replaced that had original on them since the 60s. I visited the show room and got a tour around the different options for windows. The double glass helped with the heat so much during hot days, and the quality of the glass is top notch. I also had the bathroom remodel thru them as well. The team was here almost everyday to work on it and it came out very professionally done. You can tell they took extra steps on making sure everything is straight and correct before slapping the materials on. When I look at the bathroom up close like I did to the windows, it was done very detailed and the crew took their time instead of rushing at it. They would clean up after everyday before they leave so the mess won't drag around the house. They bought their own tools for the entire job. We had an electricity outage (unexpected outage that lasted 2 days) during one of the working days and they bought their own generator to keep the project going. read more

I typically don't leave reviews but wanted to give some feedback after my experience with Imperium. I was referred to Imperium by one of my general contractors that use there services quite frequently. From start to finish they provided a great experience for my wife and I while delivering a great quality product. This particular job was actually my own home and they helped steer me in the right direction as I was looking for a large bifold door along with windows that all had to meet Title 24 compliance. From the day the order was placed we waited only a week before they shipped the product to my residence in Corona. I also had them install the door as well. As a business owner I was very much impressed with not only the product but more importantly the service. I want to thank Mario and Liz especially for the prompt service and follow up. I'll try to keep it short ! I had a separate company install the windows from imperium and that was horrible . Technique, attention to detail and finish was shawty at best . A year later the owner of Imperium came out at my request with 7 experienced guys and completely went over every window , sliding door and French door. They Would be OK completely reglazed some , all new door handles throughout ,all new screens , repainted all the frames ( we had all the windows frames done in black) reconfigured a French door to open and close properly, a new threshold on a giant sliding door and o and on and on . Would use them again on our next home but will have Imperium do the install . Great pride in ownership with this company and his crew was so good . No one does this anymore without a fight ! I have been using their sevices little by little for my house projects for over 8yrs. Johnny Orozco is the person to deal with when it comes to your new upgrades. We bought a house that had new windows and doors supplied by Imperium Vinyl Windows & Doors. One of the screen doors didn't slide well and screeched like a banshee. When I finally reached out to Imperium to see if they could help, they were amazing! Mario didn't realize we were local at first, but as soon as he did, he offered to have someone come out and look at it. Two men were here the next day and fixed the roller part that had popped out. It slides like a breeze now without the noise, just like the other one always has. They were also helpful and explained the door frames had pockets that the screens could be slid into to keep them stationary when fully open. We were remodeling our home and decided to replace our front windows to a black exterior frame window. However during this challenging time it has been difficult to find a company who shows up and does excellent work until we found Imperium Windows. Our neighbor referred them to us. Johnny came out and provided options for us. We liked their work and the fact they are a family owned local business. So we decided to replace all of our windows, not just the front. The windows in our house needed to be replaced, after getting several quotes and comparing price we decided to go with Imperium Vinyl Windows & Doors. The entire team was very professional, organized, and are very clean. My property has a total of 19 widows. We had our windows replaced on the pass and it took several days for it to get replaced. However, I was very impressed when all our windows got replaced the same day and with a minor mess. What made us make business with them was the information that was given to us by Johnny. Johnny and his team went above and beyond and truly exceeded my expectations! I had 21 windows, 2 sets of french doors and 1 slider with a doggy door installed all in 1 day! It feels like I have a new house. Johnny's recommendations for matte on my upper fixed windows allowed us to keep the beauty and light from the windows without the overpowering brightness. Had my garden window replaced with a nice airtight retrofit regular window - large size. The sound is now quiet and the drafts are gone. The visual improvements and the quality is better then expected. There is a nice tint on the glass to minimize the sun glare. They quoted us on a Thursday and we're installing within a week. House is old so they came across a few issues but they were quick and professional - install took 4 hours. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the near future. We had Johnny and his team come to install some new windows in our kitchen. He first came to measure and gave us a very reasonable estimate for th job. The following week they came to install them. The team came on time and did a great job! They were very detail oriented and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The job took only a few hours, we were very impressed! Did not feel the pushy salesman vibe from him at all. The pricing of the windows was very reasonable especially compared to other quotes we received. The process to get a quote and order our windows was quick. What was I would even label as unsatisfactory was the communication after giving the first deposit. I was often the one reaching out to the company to confirm my payment was received and to follow up on an appointment for a tech to do final measurements. Also on the day of installation, our technician never showed up and once again I was the one reaching out to the company to ask where he was to which they didn't know either. Turned out he was not coming due to personal issues but never informed the company. That was very disappointing not to mention unprofessional. I was quickly rescheduled but not until another week. The new technician did a great job installing the windows. He was on time, quick and cleaned up the mess of the old windows. Overall I would recommend DJ Windows and most likely will go with them again for our downstairs windows. However I think they need to improve more on their communication with customers as well as with their technicians they hire to install. But overall we had a good experience.

Measured three times for accuracy. Once windows were delivered Tom and crew were there for installation the following day, again covering all delicate surfaces prior to install.
