Said they would call when the part was in but never did. Heard later that he was terminated. Finally got a bulb ordered and in after we followed up. Tech canceled the appointment we had made a week in advance and then never called or texted to confirm until I texted him the day of the second appointment. He was to arrive between 4 and 6. At 5:55 he texted to say he was running late and it would be about 7:30 so I told him to text me when he was ready to come here. At 8:55 pm he finally texted to say he was on his way, I told him not to bother. I would seriously caution against buying a fireplace from this company.

The installation looks great and everything was done with attention to detail. One tip for anyone choosing the Green Start technology: ask Chris to cut back the sheetrock with a Dremel tool so the box cover plate sits perfectly flush with the wall - it makes a big difference with the finished look. Sam was great to speak with and he answered all of my questions and gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote (given all the increased taxes and tariffs due to the Trump administration ripping off Americans!!) and scheduled time for them to come and install a new gas insert. The installers were quick and professional and did a good job installing the new gas insert, everything looks great and the fire is warm. :)
