I had my tire repaired about 2-3 weeks ago. Come to find out from my dealer they repaired it wrong.. over the last few weeks I've had to refill my tire once every 2 days.. sometimes twice in a day... how time consuming and annoying right? I had to end up going to trusty discount tire to get a new tire because of the repair fill not being done right... Very nice people. But I don't recommend their service. I'll be going to discount tire from now on. They hooked up a new tire for over half the cost of what was charged to repair it. read more

As a disabled USMC veteran to say the least i have trust issues. He is the only tire guy I trust in the area. I am a mechanic suggested customer. I am loyal to the same mechanic for a decade he sent me to another shop for work they didn't do tires and sent me to richards. I had to get a plug on my tires I asked him how they looked he suggested new tires because of the rot they had from sitting from when I first bought it. Contacted me the next day with a quote that had every detail and I trust him. I am so thankful he came to us and put a brand new set of tires on my 1977 American Clipper RV. Great price great work. I'm giving this company a 2 star....he helped my coworker today as he had a flat on the freeway I appreciate that...when he called for payment I simply asked him if the price he gave me which was $312 was the lowest. This is he's response " are you serious? I'm here risking my life for your guy and your bi*****ing about the price?" ...as a customer we all want the lowest price as possible he could've said yes that is the lowest that's all I was not refusing to pay I was just trying to get a little discount but he's AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE was way out of control,, I kept it cool and wished him a Merry Christmas but he must know that no matter what he should keep it professional....I will definitely not call him again. I didn't even end up going with this service. While his prices are cheap, I ended up going with a different company due to the lack of professionalism when talking on the phone. I was going to meet him for a tire plug, and was still going to charge me the $90 for driving to him. If he was coming to me, I would expect this price. When I asked him about the price he answered "well what did you expect?" Then as talking to him he talked to me as if I was speaking in a language he didn't understand. I was desperate to fix my tire so I had my mom call because I felt disrespected when I called, and she was as well. While he has cheap prices, I rather not spend my money to a company that talks to me like I'm a toddler. I ended up paying $50 more with a different company, but it was worth not having to deal with a childish attitude. read more

My Dad recommended Richard as he had come and replaced all his RV tire's at a much cheaper cost than Camping World. Richard also showed up without my dad needing to be there and did an excellent job. Don't we wish all our tire services could be this easy. When it came time for my husband and I to have tire service on our RV I called Richard. We had a slow leak and didn't know what was the problem. He came to the RV lot where we had the motorhome and did a full tire service. He said I didn't need to be there but it was a locked area and I had to let him in and out. He called me 5 mins before he was to the location so I could meet him. He was very professional and full of information. I talked with him on some issues we had with our back dual tires and the hassle of checking them (how it was designed to get to the valve stem) and he replaced the valve stem covers at no charge so we can check the pressure without removing them. He was awesome at best!!! He found a screw in our tire and he plugged the tire and did an inside patch. He made sure all six tires were set at the same pressure. Our Tire warranty covered his repairs no problem. We had to pay him and then I submitted the bill and was covered. I will not hesitate to call Richard again. If you think his price is a little high, think about driving your car to a repaid place an waiting for them to get to it. I have no problem paying extra money for no wasted time and getting it done right!!! read more
