I called every day for a week to check on the status of my vehicle, and no one told me what had happened. After getting my car out of impound, I had to pay an additional $180 to have it towed from Irving to a location closer to my home. Between the lack of communication, poor service, and the extra expenses I incurred, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto shop.
