As a kid when I brought my car to them I had two other places (including a dealer) tell me I needed a new air conditioning compressor. I price shopped and that led me to them the very first time. I dropped my car off and not too long after that my service advisor called me and asked why I had thought I needed a new compressor. When I told him the dealership and another garage had told me I did he told me it was actually not the compressor but a 12 dollar part that was a relay switch and they fixed it and then showed me how to do it myself if it happened again. That was just downright thorough and honest and has made me a customer ever since. 30 some years later, I still bring my cars to them, and although my repairs have seldom been that inexpensive, I know I am dealing with honest and very competent people who are folks I can trust with my car and the safety of the car.

They did these two things, but kept threatening that the engine could overheat again. I declined further testing. I was charged $303. Just for radiator hose and radiator fluid. Just 10 miles down the road it did indeed overheat again. The next mechanic put radiator fluid in the actual radiator and everything was fine. Apparently elite auto solution did not put the radiator fluid into the actual radiator but into the Reservoir instead. And overcharged me as well. I would not recommend this company.
