I Spent $86 and some change on 08/18/26 I had to wait 25 mins on my food with being the only car not only that they forgot my whole gallon of tea I had to send them back in for and my sauces I l order as well I order a half reg and half spicy 50 piece chicken I made it all the home and seen that they gave me all regular chicken I called and they said I had to come all the way back with everything I let them know that I caught a ride and I live 30 mins from the location so I have no way back and they hung up in my face I called again from another number and the staff member cussed me out and block my number so I called again from another number asking for someone that can actually help me all they did was put the phone down and never got back to me I will be blowing this review up all over every social media platform read more

I ate the 3 piece chicken dinner with a roll and one side. The three piece dinner was $7.75. The side I picked was mash potatoes and gravy which was just the same as other chicken restaurants. So, I've been stopping by every two weeks for the 2pc Whiting Fish Dinner. My fish has always been cooked to order, so I expect to wait. My food is always piping hot and savory. Since all orders have to be picked up through the drive up service window, I was concerned about order accuracy. My order has been correct 3 out of 4 times. I am a huge Richies fan. I love their tenders and their quarter potato wedges. I can't get enough of them. I try really hard to order new things, but alas my power to resist the yummy giant potato wedges win me over every time. The service is always fast and friendly. I have only ever used the drive through here. It is really convenient for me. I will have to venture to eat more of their yummy food here but my habit is a cross I bare. Between Ritchie's, Indy's, and Grimes, this place is part of a family of fast food restaurants. Or, should I say chicken wing specialty restaurants? That's exactly what they're all known for. This is the newest of the family of restaurants. It's located on New Circle Rd., across the street from the old bowling alley. The building itself was recently a short lived Wing Hut, and before that, it was Brooks BBQ 2. I will say that I prefer chicken tenders over wings, so I might be disqualified from being taken seriously here. I'll say, I've had much better chicken tenders at other places. Specifically, the ones from Lee's are much better. As my side, I got mashed potatoes and gravy. The brown gravy was gelatin like and the potatoes had obviously been sitting awhile and needed a good stir. There were lumps in the potatoes, but not like the lumps in real potatoes, but like flaky or flour like lumps, that made the texture odd. The taste was odd too. I'm not sure if I'd be back. Maybe I'll eventually try the wings and update my review. Until then, these three stars are generous. read more

Ordered chicken wings with Doordash for a buddy and me to snack on with some whiskey shots and was super pleased with the flavor, the breading, the heat, and the price. The hot wings had a good kick but weren't overpowering, and the breading was thick, crunchy, and not greasy at all. A great dry wing for the price and we both enjoyed every bit of it. Crispy chicken at a good price. The chicken wings were crunchy and juicy. I got them spicy and they had a nice kick to them. I do wish they were a little bigger, which would be the only knock on the wings. The showstopper thought were the chicken gizzards. Slightly pricey with the amount you get in my opinion, but honestly, it may just be worth the price in terms of deliciousness. Great batter with the right amount of crunch and seasoning. Literally some of the best food. I'm really picky about food and I can almost eat everything there. It's almost so fresh, warm, and tastes like home. I finally stopped in at Richies today. I really was expecting a lot since several people had told me how awesome their chicken was. Like most things, Richies didn't live up to the hype. I ordered the 3 piece dinner and substituted breasts which was a $2 up charge. This brought my meal to over $9 without a drink. Kind of on the high side but the breasts are big and worth the extra charge. I ordered my chicken spicy. They may have been spicy to a small infant but not to an adult. Very disappointed in the spice level. The chicken was tasty and moist but not any better than the fried chicken I got at Cracker Barrel last week. Got the cornbread and mashed potatoes with gravy to go with it. The corn bread was good but sweet. Reminded me of Jiffy cornbread but not as good. The mashed potatoes were standard instant potatoes and the gravy was most likely from a can. Instant potatoes are not always a bad thing but it does take some extra seasoning and butter to make them not taste so bland. I do hope they do well in this location. It's a tough spot. There have been at least three other food businesses in there in the last 15 years and its sat empty more than its been occupied. read more

This place is not to be confused with the already existing Grimes formally Ritchies that is off G-town Rd and one now at Saron Drive. This place is superior to them. Plus they put it just behind my favorite taco truck Taco Luna. Now I am conflicted on what to eat.. they are both so good...sometimes I stop at both..lol. Today we went and there was a car ahead of us in the drive thru, when it was our turn she asked us to wait, we did, for 15 minutes. We didn't even get a chance to order because she forgot we were waiting I guess. I pulled up to the speaker and ordered 18 wings and two large order of wedges. With two cars in front of me and 15 minutes later I was able to pull up to the window. He took my money and then came back 5 minutes later and said they just dropped my wedges into the fryer. Why didn't they do that when I ordered? I was told to pull forward and wait. I waited another 10 minutes then my friend went inside to make sure they didn't forget us. He waited another 15 minutes until we received our food. I don't have time to wait an 40 minutes for my drive through order. The wedges and chicken were good but the place is poorly managed.
