Price was reasonable and I was able to do guaranteed pickup and drop off on scheduled dates which was very helpful as I moved across the country and had very specific dates. I did feel pressured to book quickly in the beginning which only added to the stress of moving. My car was picked up and dropped off on time and without damage so I'm grateful for that. The biggest issue I had was the lack of communication from Montway to the dispatched carriers. My carrier was changed three times, which is fine and didn't bother me, but Montway did not effectively communicate these changes to all the carriers. I ended up getting calls from several different drivers on the day of pick up so it was very unclear who would actually be picking up my car. Overall, my experience was fine and the goal was achieved, but it could've been better.

I had an anti freeze leak. Took 3 times to fix and stop leaking. Not thinking to much about it cause he is the owner snd should know what he's doing. But when I got home and looked there were so many zip ties I couldn't count them and they were on a hot engine. WHAT!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Took my car to someone else removed the zip ties and fixed whatever they broke for 80.00. Yes 80.00. The part that broke was only 14.00 I will never ever ever go there or tell anybody else. And each time they had my car for about 4 days always making excuses. Denny may be a nice guy but I can't believe he had me leave there with plastic zip ties holding parts together in a hot engine. And on top of that when I went to take it to the place that fixed it when I started it, it sounded terrible. BEWARE!!!!!!
