He also answered my questions about what would be needed for hard-wiring the dishwasher and offered to switch it to an outlet plug for $125, which seems like a very fair price (I ended up not doing it since Bosch provides a junction box adapter for their dishwashers, but it's nice to have had the option). Install was great, everything seems to be working smoothly and he also figured out why the old unit was molded when I moved in (it turns out the drainage tube of the old unit had been inserted too far into the U-bend drainage pipe, so one end was perpetually in the wastewater standing in that U-bend, yuck). New dishwasher does look just a tad crooked under the counter but the unit is of a somewhat different size so this was likely inevitable, the old one had to have a custom bracket installed to straighten it out. I also really appreciated that Wyatt went through the features/demo'd the dishwasher model for me, there were a couple things I definitely would have missed on my own and he also explained to me about rinse aid, which I've never used before but this dishwasher model needs. Service was $215 total including hauling away the old unit, so actually slightly less than it would have cost to have the installation done by Lowe's (and I'm sure he did a better job). I hired them for a new basement digout, meaning they upgraded my house panel, and did all the electrical work for the new space: 3 bedrooms, a bath, workout room, and utility room. Table Mountain ended up being the best value option for my specific project. They weren't the cheapest (although they were close), but they def were not the most expensive either. And they held 100% to their initial bid, even though there were some unforeseen things that came up - which is what I was most worried about: getting a low estimate, then raising the price along the way. This never happened. Everyone that showed up was polite and respectful, and they all seemed to know what they were doing. And I am 100% happy with the quality of the work. In fact, when the city of Denver inspector showed up and asked who did the work and I told him, he said Table Mountain's work is always good (and he quickly buzzed through the rest of the inspection - which is a huge relief since inspectors can get very nit-picky if they don't think something was done exactly how they like it). Be prepared to pay exactly according to the schedule, which is reasonable in this industry. They show up on time, and expect payment on time. On this, Robert was firm, and I can't say I blame him. I asked surely someone would come on site to my house to provide a quote after inspecting what needed to be done. I was told no, they don't do that. They went on to say in a bored tone we've been in business for 30 years, just send the email. Within an hour I had five other far more reputable companies scheduled to inspect and provide an estimate for the work. Honestly, when there are better options and you don't even want To look at the job that needs to be done to provide an estimate, I don't have time for you and IMO neither should anyone else. 56 years old and still finding new ways to be dumb.

I am writing this review in regards to an experience (not service) I had with one of Peak Appliance…read morevan drivers. Recently, while visiting Breckinridge, I was driving back to the Condo on Ski Hill Road. It was about 11:30am and there was a substantial amount of snow on the road. The speed limit on Ski Hill is 30 miles per hour. I was going about 25 due to the heavy snow coverage, and twists/turns up the mountain. A person, driving a Peak Appliance Van, aggressively sped up on my bumper. He was so close I could hardly see the front of his van. He drove so close to me he could have been touching my bumper. I slowed down, pulled to the right, as much as the snow covered road would allow, and waved him on. He started honking his horn and flashing his lights at me, and continued to ride my A**. He would not pass. He continued to follow me until I pulled off onto another street to allow him to pass. I'm writing this review to warn any person who is considering using peak Appliance for their services. This company obviously hires very aggressive staff members. I would be incredibly suspicious of having such an aggressive person in or around my home.
