I reached out on Yelp about installing a Bosch 300 Series dishwasher, Wyatt answered right away and also responded quickly when I texted later asking to reschedule to an earlier date because the unit would arrive sooner. He also answered my questions about what would be needed for hard-wiring the dishwasher and offered to switch it to an outlet plug for $125, which seems like a very fair price (I ended up not doing it since Bosch provides a junction box adapter for their dishwashers, but it's nice to have had the option). Install was great, everything seems to be working smoothly and he also figured out why the old unit was molded when I moved in (it turns out the drainage tube of the old unit had been inserted too far into the U-bend drainage pipe, so one end was perpetually in the wastewater standing in that U-bend, yuck). New dishwasher does look just a tad crooked under the counter but the unit is of a somewhat different size so this was likely inevitable, the old one had to have a custom bracket installed to straighten it out. I also really appreciated that Wyatt went through the features/demo'd the dishwasher model for me, there were a couple things I definitely would have missed on my own and he also explained to me about rinse aid, which I've never used before but this dishwasher model needs. Service was $215 total including hauling away the old unit, so actually slightly less than it would have cost to have the installation done by Lowe's (and I'm sure he did a better job). We hired Wyatt to install our new double ovens that we purchased from Home Depot. He was the first to respond when Home Depot let it be known we needed an installer. We quickly agreed on a date, and he was right on time when the date came. He worked quickly and efficiently and obviously knew what he was doing. He informed us that our old ovens had not been installed to code, and we were lucky we hadn't had a house fire! My husband knows a bit about electricity, and he could see Wyatt was right! Wyatt took care around our house, cleaned up and took all the debris away, including the giant box the ovens came in. Price wasn't cheap, but considering all he had to do, cutting part of the cabinet, significant rewiring, I think it was reasonable. Our double ovens were fried in an electrical storm that occurred last Memorial Day weekend. With Covid shortages, we were unable to get the replacement ovens until February 2022. After staring at the ovens in my dining room and knowing that the ruined ovens weighed 270lbs, the new ones 230 lbs--we finally gave up the fantasy that we could replace the double ovens ourselves. Sunday evening I Yelp requested quotes outlining the situation. Within 20 min Wyatt Traina had responded with a detailed quote for the install--including haul away of the 270 lb ovens. We already had an 'agreement' with The Home Depot to come back when the old ovens were removed for haul away; Wyatt Traina included the haul away with his install quote. Better yet, he had an opening for Wednesday morning, first thing. After receiving other responses, that did not have the price and haul away option that Wyatt Traina's quote did--I restated my request and double checked that Wyatt was clearly aware of the massive weights of these ovens. Again--Wyatt assured me that indeed his quote included the massive ovens removal, replacement & for install with haul away. He only needed for the upper cabinets to be emptied to have a clear working space for the electrical. Wyatt Traina called 30 minutes before his arrival which was great bc we also have dogs that needed to be away from the kitchen for him to work. Wyatt Traina completed the job on the scheduled day, within the quoted time frame for the day, was able to remove & install both 270 lbs & 230 lbs double ovens, minimal work was required for the electrical, old double ovens hauled away--and best yet, all for the price that was quoted to me via Yelp Quotes on Sunday evening. Above and beyond, Wyatt also taught me how to use my new ovens--which was surprising as he didn't sell us the ovens & was knowledgeable abt our double ovens w/o me having to read the full booklet. Wyatt Traina also had the ovens 'cook' for an hour to 'clean' of the packaging chemicals for me to be able to use it on Wednesday. Before he left, Wyatt emphasized that if I had any questions or issues to contact him right away and that the install had a one year warranty--again, for the install, not the units themselves. This I've found to be a rarity. After 10 months of using my Convection Microwave as my main oven, was able to cook lunch in the ovens within 90 min of the installation being finished. We ordered a whole new set of kitchen appliances - Yay! Unfortunately, the dishwasher couldn't be installed because we needed an electrical outlet fixed. The guy who did the outlet repair offered to install the dishwasher afterwards - Yay! Oh man, THAT was a hot mess!! All crooked and the entire thing tilted forward when we opened the dishwasher door. No biggie though, the original delivery service offered to come back to reinstall the dishwasher - Yay! Ummm, no, THAT was also a hot mess!! Still crooked, and now we could see screws on the side of the dishwasher (although it no longer tilted forward). We just wanted our beautiful new dishwasher installed properly!
