Damaged my son's truck in the car wash. When we told the employees they checked their videos inside the car wash and said the cameras were dirty and they couldn't see anything. Filed a claim with them. The adjuster calls us and says he can clearly see that the car wash didn't damage anything. Funny because their cameras couldn't see anything per their management the day of the incident. When my husband mentioned this the adjuster started backpedaling and said the damage was probably there and the wash just made it visible. Wow. Go at your own risk. If the car wash damages your vehicle you're getting denied by their insurance no matter what. The day we were there while waiting on the employees to review the cameras a lady had her rear view mirror ripped off and employees had to stop the car wash to retrieve it. So this is pretty common here apparently. You've been warned. read more

DO NOT USE Rich's carwash they will damage your vehicle. i have at least 8 people who's car they damaged in a lawsuit were about to file. $7000 in damage to my car and someone else's Hood was ripped off. they won't pay to fix it. We work hard for our vehicles and for them not to fix the damage is ridiculous. I am starting a boycott and recommend NO one uses RICH'S CARWASH. They will pay one way or another. GFY Carwash is way better up Kuykendahl, and much cheaper plus you won't damage your car! I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! They will be hearing from my lawyer! I pulled my Mercedes into the carwash directed as the lady instructed. The. guide rail was bent upwards, ripping into my control arm boot and bending the frame. After 3 weeks, Jason the director returned my phone call and denied any liability rather than fixing my vehicle. The regional director went on and on about how they said they would make it right. what a trash place to damage many people's cars and then not take responsibility and deny any liability rather than fixing people's vehicles they damage. Can't believe I waited so long to go here! This is the most attentive sit in car wash I've been to in 20+ years of driving. They even have a separate covered section for polish and they hand towel your car for that. We're going back for a monthly membership likely tomorrow. I washed my 2023 Chevy Traverse at this place on 6/8/24 and it was scratched during the wash. I just purchased my vehicle on 2/1/24 so I am so disappointed and sorry I tried this place. I had an issue with this place several months ago. They handed out air fresheners and I grabbed a couple. I drive a Tacoma and there is limited visibility so I decided to hang it on my stick shift. Well, it wasn't but 2 days later the chemicals on the air freshener melted the plastic on the middle console. It took me a while to get a hold of management. They told me to speak to Jason from claims. They came back with a big no. They said that they had printed a warning on the plastic wrapping of the air freshener. I did notice that after they mentioned it but it is barely visible and only on one side of the plastic. This has never happened before with other air fresheners but they insisted they all have these harmful chemicals. I ended up spending $143 to replace this part on my new Tacoma. Terrible experience in general with such a simple claim. This says a lot about a business. Go somewhere else. read more

Got a membership and I'm here at least once a week. Staff is super friendly. Kids, their sports, dogs, and Houston weather always the culprit of my messes. Drive they wash excellent on exterior, self vacuum, high pressure air option to blow out/off hard to reach spots. They provide clean cloths available that wipe any exterior droplets, cloths wipe glass & mirrors (streak free & clean), use on for tires, and a machine to clean cloth floor mats but I never use because mine are plastic. They also have an option for wax but the drive thru cleans so well I never use it. Love this place! read more

DO NOT....I repeat...DO NOT COME HERE! I went to get a free carwash and before driving up to the tunnel, I opened my door perfectly to get out and use their Bug Wash (mind you, there was an attendant standing close and greeted me). Got in my car and went through the tunnel thinking everything was normal. I went to the vacuum station and I IMMEDIATELY heard my door make the most annoying squeak! The same attendant heard it as well. I didn't think anything of it because surely it was just water that needed to dry fully. I left the carwash to get my car inspected and before my inspection I let the service man hear the squeak and he tried to put some kind of ointment to alleviate the sound. It didn't work. In fact, he said something had to have knocked against my door, even in the slightest, and I told him I just left the carwash. Metal pieces on the hinge of my door were rubbing together due to whatever bumped against my door. It was DEFINITELY THE CAR WASH! I ended up going back and they didn't believe me so they told me to come the next day to speak with the General Manager. He was no help and said because I had a tiny chip outside my door that it was previous damage. I've literally never heard the sound. The claims guy called and told me they received an email that I said the carwash made the chip on my door. I NEVER ONCE tried to blame them for that small spot. RICH'S CARWASH ON BARKER CYPRESS MESSED UP MY DOOR AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! There were 2 employees that told me the 1st day I went back, that the carwash has knocked off mirrors and done other damage. No reason for me to make anything up smh. I reviewed the cameras and it very well could have been their carwash even thought the claims guy said "It's not possible"....LIES! The Assistant Manager Devon has always been very personable and really cares about doing a good job !! They have towels, super vacuums, and great blowers !! Love the concept. I especially like the brushes at the entrance to hit a problem spot. I take mine on Friday for the $5 off special. Only complaint and why no 5 star rating is the tire bars at the end. They leave a nasty brownish gray residue on alloy wheels. Mat cleaners and vacs are a nice perk. read more

Does a pretty good job for a drive thru car wash. Probably the best one around the area. Hopefully they keep it up.
