Finally a lady came over n attempted to help us but then ran off, she didn't come back and another 15mins later a guy finally came over n asked if we had been helped. We said yes the lady was helping us but she vanished, so then another 15mins later she finally came back and then we handed over the keys and waited inside. Took about 40mins later we see the car parked in front ready to go but the lady who had the keys was no where to be found.. after waiting another 15mins we finally were able leave.... Overall, the system is disorganized... and i the place wasn't that busy. we went at 1pm on a Tuesday.... go figure..... take ur car somewhere else unless u like to wait forever and a half just for an oil change.... read more

I'm 2017 we leased a Honda Accord Hybrid from Rafeal D. In March of 2021 we decided to look at CRV Hybrid and was convinced to purchase our Accord. Went to finance dept to buy car for buy out price plus rest of lease for around 22500. Our minds must have not been working. We were told for this more a month you can get protection coverage for exterior, interior, tire and wheels, and 10year/ 100,000 miles warranty on pretty much everything else mechanical and electrical. Payment was acceptable. Told needed gap insurance too, which should have been my first red flag! Electronically signed everything and I asked for hard paperwork copies but was told flash drive was easy and could always print out, as it was very late we agreed. I never did until recently as I started to think about it. Printed out and was amazed at what I saw! The 22500.00 car was almost 30k with all these added warranties and Absurd dealer fees!! Our bad! Last month brought car in for service and needed to use the tire and wheels warranty. Was told I had to pay for the repair and would be reimbursed by VAS warranty company! Four weeks later no check, called VAS and told different story. Didn't need to pay at all!! We had also submitted claim for driver seat leather wearing color off that was denied because normal wear and tear!! Not what was explained to us when bought warranty at all! Had a long conversation with VAS warranty company representative that was very helpful and explained warranty completely! Nothing like we were told at all. Warranty for interior and exterior is for environmental protection from sun, acid rain, etc! Really!! Would never have bought it knowing that!! Requested numerous times with Rafeal Davila and got nothing but the runaround and false promises! Needless to say we will never buy another car from any Rick Case dealership! We love the car and we will have to because we are so upside down because the finance person was only interested in his after sell commissions. I have a history here at Rick Case Honda. I purchased my first vehicle here, a 2007 Honda Civic LX (two door). Needless to say I have been coming back to the in-house mechanic service since then; up until a week ago. Foolishly, I have spent way too much money in hyper-inflated prices (probably due to their high cost of labor and overhead) for services you can get cheaper elsewhere. I, by attempting to be a price conscious first time car owner, began to compare prices for certain services with other mechanics, and I was shocked to uncover all I was overpaying. With some research, do yourself a favor and find cheaper options for car services. This place doesn't cut it from a price perspective, and don't feel lulled like I was to need to return and service your purchased Honda here. Sure, they provide some peace of mind in knowing that the car you purchased from them will be in good hands, but really, are the prices worth it if you can get the same service elsewhere? read more

I have a safety recall I made an appointment and was told the part would be there on Wednesday. When I arrive on Thursday morning I was informed that there was no part for my car, they had many cars the day before for the recall, and a four hour procedure would take two days. Upon calling the dealership about this great deal, they verified the vehicle was still on the lot. So my husband and I drove to take a look at this vehicle up close. Once there, neither the sales associate or manager could locate the advertised vehicle. In fact, No one at this dealership could find this specific car. However, they did try to sell us on another same model vehicle for double the price. Needless to say, this place did not deliver as advertised and I believe they falsely advertised a great deal on a vehicle just to get you in the door. The good old bait and switch scheme. Quick, professional and thorough... My only concern has been the service department reps who I feel over exaggerate your getting a deal when clearly they send you mail coupons for discounts, for example an oil change. I decided to ask the rep how much was the oil change, he said $54.99.... Now I didn't tell him I had a coupon that said $10 off the regular price of $39.99 for a special of $29.99... Following me.... Ok, so when I said to the rep "I thought it was $39.99" he replied "that's the discounted price" then I said ok, I have a coupon for $29.99" and pulled it out which clearly states on the advertised coupon that an oil change was regular price is at $39.99 not $54.99, his face kind of dropped.... GOT EM.... Im saying this because they price higher so they tax higher.... My oil change came out to $37, after tax and disposal fees.... I just felt like they weren't being truthful about the price I understand this is a business, I just dislike when I feel like they take advantage of people who come in for service on their vehicle. I just bought a used car a few days ago, there were two things that I found less than honest. 1. After negotiating a price, the contract presented had the original price, not the negotiated price. 2. After all the paperwork was signed they handed over a single key, telling me that was all they had. I found out a spare key costs over $200, then found out after I ordered it that to program it was an additional $134. I should have been told this up front by the sales person that I would have these costs just to have a spare key. I should also haven been advised about the additional programming fee when I ordered the very expensive fob from the parts person. The used car manager did waive the programming fee, however I'm stuck with the replacement fob cost. Honesty and full disclosure are very important when making such a large purchase, and I don't feel like this dealership has that. He doesn't even call corporate back when they leave messages. Something that could have been handled with a returned phone call has escalated in a review on yelp. They are all about filling out that survey and once you do they no longer feel the need to continue any quality service. After a few days of stressful negotiations they agreed to my offer and promised me a referral fee because I negotiated for a family member who hates the car buying process. The car was leased in November and I got my check in April. I called countless times and got all kinds of excuses. Additionally, they added a 350 dollar fee if we didn't get a Honda at the end of this lease. This fee was never disclosed during the negotiations. They get two stars only because they were a few hundred cheaper then an online service. Not worth the aggravation. Rick Case Powerhouse is the largest Honda Motorcycle Dealership in South Florida and have a great variety of new and used motorcycles, scooters, and atvs. I purchased two motorcycles from the Powerhouse, a used 2012 CBR1000RR and a new 2014 CBR1000RR. I was very happy with the sales team, especially Chris Garcia! However, the service and parts departments could use some improvement. My 2012 CBR was stolen and needed repairs, but it ended up taking close to three months until it was finished. Their auto shop will rip you off. I took my Accord three times for an oil change and tire rotation. The first time, I had a hunch they skipped the tire rotation, but I had no proof. The second time I took my car in, I marked each tire in a unique location with silver sharpie. I recorded a video showing the original location of each marking, and I recorded another video after the service was done to verify the tires were rotated. Sure enough, they charged me for a tire rotation without doing it. I went back inside to talk to a manager, and they finally did the rotation. On the third occasion, I did the same marker trick with my tires. Luckily they did rotate the tires. Unfortunately, I don't believe they did the oil change although they charged me for it. The oil life meter was not reset. The "next service" sticker had a "next service date" that was IN THE PAST, The "next service miles" said "15%" instead of a mileage number. The meter was already on 15%, so I believe they skipped the oil change entirely. My engine feels more sluggish than it ever has before. Usually I can feel a slight improvement in performance after an oil change, but this time it is the opposite. While I was waiting in the waiting room, a salesman asked me into his office to try and convince me to trade in my car for a new one (I bought mine at another dealership, so they wanted to try and get a new sale from me). I thought this was extremely trashy. I'm here for standard service (that I'm getting ripped off on), and they're trying to get more money from me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Do your own oil change. It will be better than anything you'll get at Rick Case Honda. EDIT: I forgot to mention they took one of my lug nuts! My rear tire now has only 4 nuts because of them. Of course I didn't notice until days later when I was washing my car, so they have plausible deniability. read more

When I asked to contact the person who gave me the quote, they said he couldn't be contacted, and that he would have to be re-trained because they're not supposed to give out quotes (yes, that's what they really said). They said the initial quote was impossible, exercised all the tricks: Getting a manager, showing me a document full of jargon and how expensive everything is, making me play the waiting game to tire me out so I am more eager to close, reducing the price but adding extra features, and so on. It was embarrassing for them, and I happily bought the car elsewhere for the quote they told me was impossible. I purchased a brand new 2021 vehicle at this dealership in June, I am now up for oil change maintenance. I schedule my appointment for 10:30am on a Saturday. The appointment is very easy, if you do it over the honda link app. Saturday morning I leave my house 28 miles and as soon as I get there there a line of cars. I thought they were giving free food or something. I saw that it states, vehicle exchange but I never thought that was vehicle service. When I went to the real service line, and waited 30 minutes, I was told I was on the wrong side. I need to go to quick service line. I went back to the food line area and the line was gone, so parked I was approached by an employee. I mentioned, I'm here for an oil change, filter and tire rotation and I have AN APPOINTMENT, this person told me that there was a 2 hour wait. I asked why and he said because (as he is pointing to the quick maintenance food line) we have appointment and non appointment mixed up. I was like huh? Then I asked what was the point of the schedule. He didn't know, I then reached out to the individual who email me to confirm appointment and I never got a response back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Therefore, I CANCELLED all services moving forward and now I go to HOLMAN HONDA in Ft lauderdale. Holman Honda they did and amazing job, they even showed me a virtual inspection and emailed me the inspection. I should have bought the car there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO NO ONE SPECIALLY DURING MAINTENANCE SERVICE. HORRIBLE!! I'm still waiting for my explanation my appointment was for 10/09/2021. I went car shopping yesterday. I did my research and wanted to see my top three choices. We Visited 3 different dealerships. (Yes. We were out all day) At this location however, No one greeted us when we entered. I saw the car I was interested in, so I went towards it. Was there for a while. No one approached me. I sat in the car (in the showroom) I opened the trunk. Still no one even said hi. I tried making eye contact with the sales reps. Nothing. After about a half hour we approached a large group of sales representatives and asked for assistance. They said "we don't like to hover". That was acceptable, I guess... however we weren't even greeted. ***The sales rep that did assist us was great and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. David. He was Amazing! After the test drive, he sat us down to talk about the numbers. After a lot of back and forth, he brought someone else in. That other representative made me feel so uncomfortable. Honestly, I wanted to check out the other car on my list before making such a big decision (this was the second dealership out of the 3 cars I was interested in). He couldn't give us real numbers and I felt as though I was being tricked and almost like I was given an ultimatum; buy the car now or lose the deal. I didn't appreciate the pressure. I had the worst uncomfortable feeling, I even ended up being rude to him. We left, with him saying "you'll be back" in a very, arrogant maybe even a little condescending type of way. Been going here for over five years now and they continue a slow but steady decline. From screwing up my airbag exchange and several other issues including telling us that we could get a free oil change after a certain number of oil changes. To then telling us after that it has to be the same car (we take three cars there for service n had key chain cards they punched each time). Now when you go for an oil change they automatically give you the more expensive oil change w/o asking you first. SHADDY N UNBECOMING, AND A CHANGE FROM THE PAST WO TELLING YOU UNTIL YOU GET THE BILL. They did it to me - i thought it was just a mishap, but they did it to my wife. Also, you're asked for a telephone number where you can be reached when your car is ready n all they do is pass it on to the sells department. They then call you while you're waiting to try n sell u a car. They do a multi-point inspection when you take your car in n they come back with a list of things that your car needs to have done. Well, they came back telling me that i needed front breaks. Little did they know, i had done all of my own breaks two months prior. Growing increasingly frustrated with these folks. Bought my daughter's Hyundai with them but it will likely be my last purchase there. Will go back to AUTONATION HONDA OF OFF 826 N 57TH AVE where we got our last HONDA. On Friday, June 29, 2018, I spoke with Mr. Verne the fleet manager to let him know I was coming to look at Honda Civics. Mr. Verne is the contact at Rick Case Honda, RCH, for the auto advisor at my credit union. Members are sent to him if they are financing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership. The auto advisor gave Mr. Verne my contact information, the type of vehicle I was looking for and the loan amount I was approved for-the importance of this information will be understood once I finish this review. When I arrived at the dealership on this date, I planned on looking at the vehicle inventory alone first but a salesman, Mr. Libos, asked to assist me. At that point I called Mr. Verne, the contact for my credit union, but he didn't answer his phone. I therefore began looking at cars with Mr. Libos, but I didn't find a car. As I was about to leave, I saw a car I liked, but it belonged to a customer of Mr. Meza whose desk is across from Mr. Libos. It was a Honda Civic Ex. On Saturday morning I contacted Mr. Verne to let him know I would return to RCH at 2:00 p.m. to continue to look for a car. Sometime after that Mr. Joseph contacted me; he had three vehicles for me to see. I told him that was great because I was coming to see Mr. Verne at 2:00 p.m. When I arrived I called Mr. Verne, and we met up. As we began walking towards the used car area, I told Mr. Verne that Mr. Libos had been helping me, and he said it was okay because they worked together. At the end of this process "working together" revealed a different meaning. Mr. Libos called Mr. Verne before we reached the used car offices. He met us in the parking lot, and Mr. Verne told Mr. Libos I was not financing through RCH and that my credit union had already approved me for $20,000. Mr. Verne shouldn't have disclosed that information. Mr. Libos and I went inside to his desk and spoke briefly about the three cars he was about to show me-the same cars Mr. Joseph had for me. After looking at the cars, I was only interested in the 2016 Honda Civic EX that had 24,286 miles. It was the same car I admired on Friday that a customer of Mr. Meza was buying. Mr. Libos then asked if RCH's financing was better than my credit union's would I finance through them; I said yes. I went outside and shared this information with Mr. Verne who nudged me with his words saying I asked about refinancing through RCH, and I said no... He then said this is between you and I. I don't want Salim (Mr. Libos) to lose his job, and I don't want to jeopardize mine so I'm going to finance and say you asked to finance through RCH. I said okay whoever gives me the best financing. After I agreed to Rick Case Honda's final numbers on paper for the above vehicle, which were better than my credit union's, Mr.Libos showed me the car fax; it revealed an accident. I now understood why the previous deal Mr. Meza had on this car fell through and why, but Mr. Meza told me he didn't know. Mr. Meza and I had spoken at length on Friday so I thought he would be honest. All... persons mentioned in this review were telling me this was a great deal, and I should take it. Mr. Verne went even further. He said I should buy the vehicle that day, and he would drive the vehicle to my home and take an uber back. Mr. Verne was suppose to be working on my behalf for my credit union. At the very end, I realized there was never any truth to this deal. They tried to take advantage of me as a woman in hopes I was emotionally attached and would ignore the accident that wasn't revealed until the end. They really tried to get this damaged vehicle out of their inventory by being untruthful. I could provide more details, but I've almost reached the maximum characters allowed. Mr. Libos text me on July 4th that the car I wanted had been traded in. No other professional from Rick Case Honda had contacted me Since I left RCH on June 30, 2018, not even Mr. Verne the contact for my credit union. I found this very odd since he said he was there for me based on him being the contact for my credit union. No outreach equals guilt by all involved. read more

I wandered in to Rick Case September 30th 2017 because my Hyundai Sonata had a dead engine and, though covered by the warrantee, I felt a little nervous about keeping the car much longer. I'd been wanting a smaller car for a long time and love the Civic. I was unexpectedly delighted when Roger baught me out of my old car and put me in my new 2017 Civic EX. I was told they were getting the car delivered and to keep driving my rental car and they'd call me when my new car arrived. Much to my surprise my old car was ready ahead of schedule. I immediately called the salesman to find out what I should do as Hyundai would only cover the rental through the Tuesday of completion of the work on my old car. Since I'd already signed over the title and obviously no longer owned the car I couldn't go pick it up. Roger told me to stay in the rental car, "we're going to take care of everything. Just stay in the rental, we'll pay for it until your car gets here." The car was supposed to arrive in 5 days or so. It took a week and a half. I kept calling to check if there was news on where my car was and kept getting ignored. Finally my car arrived and again I was told the rental would be covered and to just leave the keys to the rental, that everything would be taken care of. Guess who got a $300 credit card bill? I did. I have a lease, which means I'm pretty much 100% going to get a new car in 3 years. I was in a massive car accident in November. In December I replaced my 2017 Civic EX with a 2018 Civic EX-T. They could have sold two cars in the space of two months then another 18 months later. Now they have no hope of getting my business back.... and I've told this story to about 100 people personally, and now to all of you. Go to see Daniel at Autonation Honda in Hollywood. Trust me. Despite this dealership being an hour each way (in rush hour traffic) from where I live, it is one of the very few in the area with the ability to accommodate my specific repair. Prior to contacting Rick Case, I reached out to several dealerships in my immediate area and soon found that none of them had the ability to complete a paint warranty due to lack of facilities. I called several dealerships and got transferred around to eventually be told there is nothing they can do to help me. I am, unfortunately, used to the poor customer care that you get from most establishments these days- the bar really is set very low. When I reached out to Rick Case and explained my issue, I was provided with Jordan's name and left him voice mail. To my surprise, he actually returned my call the same day. He gathered all of my vehicle's information to research the issue and returned my call with additional information the next day. Over the next week or so, I had questions and he responded to every email in a timely manner. I brought my car in and he was available to inspect and provide details related to the repair. Once the repair was scheduled, I dropped the car off and was surprised to learn the paint repairs were completed in 2 days, when he originally estimated 5! Not only was the paint repaired, but I was able to purchase some parts and have them replaced at the same time. I am so happy with the results of the work and the car was sparkling when I picked it up. Not only am I impressed with the facility and the customer service of every associate I encountered, but Jordan's ability to communicate and be reliable and responsive to my concerns made all the difference. He listened to my concerns and offered me the opportunity to purchase parts (hubcaps, for example) so they could be added during the paint repair- he upsold a service and offered something to me that I actually needed. This dealership made such a positive impression on me, that I would gladly go out of my way and make the hour trip each way the next time I am ready to make my next vehicle purchase. I was involved in small car accident and my bumper needed to be fix and silly of me to think that since I have a Honda to get it repair there because is close to my house, I scheduled the appointment I had to wait 3 days to get my car there but it was fine after my husband dropped off my car he was told it was going to be ready in a week, a week passed and my husband went to pick it up(mind you I had a rental for that week paid of my pocket) and the surprise is when my husband arrived he was told that the car was not ready and that they have not even work on it! And that it was gonna take another week, So I told my husband take the car because since they did not even bother to let us know that they were not gonna work on my car for a week that I am paying for a rental that I'm gonna take my car some place else that is not as busy and that can honor their time commitment and the lady by the name Beth told him with a face that she could care less that they were late that he can't take the car because it's taken apart and to come the next day?? What? So they haven't had the time to fix my car but they also had it for a week taken apart? That's BS. I called the general manager and left voicemail I called Scott the collision manager and no answer so I left voicemail and until today no word from Rick Case Honda! That show how little respect they have for their customers! Earlier this year, me and my boyfriend started our car shopping hunt. Every single dealership we went to in Miami felt like we were jumping into a pool of sharks and whoever we got was rude and pushy. It wasn't until we came to Rick Case Honda and asked for Camilo that our bad experiences were washed away. Camilo was patient and not pushy whatsoever. We walked in expecting to be rushed out but that was totally not the case. Since we weren't prepared to put down a big down payment, we told Camilo that we wanted them to figure out what would be in our benefit to get into: a lease or a finance. Depending on what WE were able to do, they were able to help us. We left in a brand new 2016 Honda Civic and we are so happy we came here to make that happen. Had a good experience at Rick Case Acura last year when I leased my car. I did not have a good experience at their Honda dealership while shopping for my daughters first car a few days ago. Manager told me that the deal I wanted was not achievable. I achieved it yesterday at another area Honda dealer. The price difference was not small. Disappointing, annoying and a waste of time. Since taking my car for service at this dealership which has been over 5 years, I've always had a wonderful experience. The service people are always helpful and willing to explain in detail, unfiltered, what my car needs or does not need. Today, after having my car key destroyed by a valet, they kindly faxed me an estimate for a replacement key and gave me a new battery for my second key. I know the latter may seem like small things, but many car dealerships give the run around for the smallest of things. Their express service department is highly recommended. read more

I bought my first brand new car from these people and I was very disappointed with the overall experience.

Went to pick up my car on a Sunday after service was done on a Saturday. First of all the time quote they gave me was completely off and thank goodness I was picked up because I would have been late to work if I would have trusted the time estimate of service they gave me. When I went to pick it up on Sunday no employee knew what had gone on with my car and every employee was on their phone and I had to look around the huge parking lot BY MYSELF to find it and when I went back in and told them it wasn't there, turns out it wasn't even in that parking lot. It was really disappointing. Questionable customer service. I get its a commission based job but a customer is a customer. read more

I would give a 1/2 star. Been buying/leasing Rick Case Acura,Honda and Hyundai since 2000, 19 years. Never again will I do business with this dealer. The issue at hand is Excess Wear & Use Pan was added to the lease without my signature it was forged in the finance department. Every time I call Hyundai no one seems to know where the credits are. very disappointed after all these years. read more

Liers abound, sold me a "certified " accord only to find out is been an accident. They had a "clean carfax" report. Paint already chipping away. Closer we look reveals bonding, and paint. Do not trust these thief's. Talked me into a very predatory loan. Do trust!!!!! read more
