    Great encounter with Alain at Rick's case I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, but Alain helped me choose the ideal vehicle for me. It was a 2023 Honda Civic with 13,700 miles on it, and on my first day of ownership, I had to thank Alain and Rick Case.

After you get your oil changed three times (I think), the next one is free and I finally got my free oil change! I knocked off a star since my last review only because it's been so hard to get an appointment here. When I need my oil change or car serviced, I'll usually have to plan in advance because their appointments are usually a few weeks already booked. They also have been taking way longer than normal. My last oil change was supposed to be an hour and a half maximum but ended up being close to four hours because he forgot to notify me it was ready. Other than that, my car rep is always nice. I usually see Corey Guy and he's my fav person to go to there. Always super helpful! If you plan to wait, they have tables, chairs, couches, tv, complimentary water, and popcorn. Plus, free wifi. They also have a car service that can take you to nearby areas and pick you up after you're done. I used this to go to an appointment I had while my car was being serviced a few appointments ago. Overall, still a good spot for car service and oil changes.

She is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers. Ironically in midst of this, a former finance director texted me about a totally unrelated thing-his attempting to solicit his new biz since hes no longer with Auto Nation...what a joke... Countless years & deals in the past and yet I will NEVER buy another vehicle here. I let certain things slide on my deal from 7/25 which should've been done but I dealt with it...but a mess from jump and still going...trying to get warranty canceled. Bites that my friend & sales guy on all deals neglected to respond to current issue, so now I'm done with this place...

    Star -- Terrible Experience at This Alfa Romeo Dealership…read more I took my Alfa Romeo Stelvio here for service, and it was one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. The service department did not communicate properly with the insurance inspector and failed to represent me professionally. They told me the ABS system needed replacement and tried to charge me $7,000 for it. When I refused to pay and said I wanted to return the car to Alfa Romeo, they offered to buy my $30,000 car for only $5,000 -- completely unacceptable. My service advisor was extremely rude, and when I dropped off my car, the hood release handle was not broken. But when I picked it up, it was broken -- and they claimed it was already like that. After getting the car back, I started hearing noises from the front wheels. When I called them again, they wanted to charge me $500 for a diagnostic fee, even though any service should be covered under warranty. The advisor, the manager, and the entire service team were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Don't bring your Alfa Romeo here.

Took a roll of the dice and chose first available service representative, and up popped Jorge Rivera! Upon arrival at Rick Case meet with Jorge who seemed both pleasant and knowledgeable; first time that I ever spoke to anyone there who actually understood the mechanics of an automobile. Then it got even better with a no hustle explanation of what was required for this particular service. Jorge has saved Rick Case a customer and quite possibly the dealership. What a turn around, I actually departed with a smile. Oh, and he completed the service in record time, shaving 2 hours off of my last visit. Kudos to Rick Case for finally getting it together, and hiring the proper personnel!

This time, I called to see if we could make a deal on a truck. As usual, they added over $7,000 in hidden fees and demanded 20%-30% down, saying "that's what everyone does." That's not a deal -- that's pressure. I told them I wasn't interested. I found another truck I liked: a 2024 with 20,000 miles listed at $55,000. I clearly told them I would buy it the same day if they sold it for $50,000, with $20,000 down and financing the remaining $30,000, no hidden fees. That's a serious, clean offer. Their response? "We'll call you back." They never did. Honestly, I'm glad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This dealership clearly doesn't know how to do business -- they only know how to ask for money. They don't understand that you have to sell cars to make money, and not everyone is desperate to buy a new vehicle. There are plenty of other dealerships that actually know how to work with customers.

He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was ready before we arrived, which made the entire process seamless. This is our second Volvo XC60 T8, and I can honestly say our experience at Weston Volvo was significantly better than the dealership where we purchased our first Volvo. Everyone treated us professionally, and the entire buying process was straightforward and stress-free. The finance process was also a breeze, especially when purchasing the Volvo Extended Warranty. If you're buying a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo, I highly recommend adding the extended warranty for the additional peace of mind. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences we've had. When it's time for our next Volvo, we'll be returning to Weston Volvo.
