Our son has been…read moretaking drum lessons with Sierra, and she is phenomenal, knowledgeable, professional, and we've seen incredible improvement in his playing. Jack has also been a huge help, stepping in with a great attitude to fix issues that weren't even his fault. Unfortunately, the current lessons lead, Adrian, has been a nightmare to deal with. He has consistently given us the runaround, hanging up on me, lying not only about his schedule but the schedule he set out for our son, and showing a total lack of integrity. Most recently, despite multiple confirmations for an hour-long lesson, he overbooked the slot and only gave our son 30 minutes, then tried to blame his coworkers for the "miscommunication." It is exhausting having to double-check everything because we can't trust the person in charge of scheduling. If it weren't for the amazing teaching staff and the help we've received from people like Jack, Mark and John we would have pulled our son out months ago. Overall the staff and customer service at this store has been excellent. We've only had issues with this one lessons lead with his constant lying and lack of customer service. He continues to make our experience a complete nightmare. would be a five star review if it wasn't for the nightmare of dealing with Adrian, the lessons lead.

The first one wouldn't even get a guitar down for me, so, frustrated, I drove here. I had a budget and was ready to buy a Telecaster. Jack talked me through my options and gave me an extensive breakdown of the Fender line. I explained what I was looking for, and it came down to a $1,400 used Ultra Tele or a $700 Player II. Jack gave me the pros and cons of both, and I decided on the Player II. I freaking love this guitar. It's exactly what I wanted, and it's the second guitar I've bought from this location this year. Also, a shout-out to John--he's always great on the phone and helpful on the floor. Thank you too the staff here for keeping my hope in Guitar Center alive.

The Drumming Section Guy - Dewayne, the human being in the pics with the super cool hair - assembled the million drum parts while answering all of My newbie drummer questions. And while I was completely engaged & distracted, AllofaSuddenouttaNowhere My new Drum Baby was born! It really felt like Xmas morning, I was sooo, soo excited I almost peed Myself loll. Dewayne educated Me mostly enough that I was able to reassemble 87% of My drum kit at home; if I had to wrestle with that huge box We started with, I'm positive I would have been too overwelmed, given up, and sadly returned it... but That's Not How This Story Ended. Thank You Dewayne. You are a Good Human Being, and I will be forever grateful to You. These Guitar Center folks made a great hire with this one loll.

The packaging appeared to have been opened, and the item showed signs of previous use. When customers pay for new equipment, they expect to receive exactly what was advertised. Receiving a used item instead is unacceptable and reflects poor quality control. This experience has made me question Guitar Center's commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope Guitar Center takes responsibility for this issue and improves its processes to ensure other customers do not have the same experience. I suggest is that you check everything before you leave the store make sure you're getting what you paid for!
