So far we have had two phone calls to set up the second step to having the doors put in, three calls from women saying they need something in writing that we want to cancel the doors, and it's old. Each time we tell them Rusty signed for it, they claim they don't show that, and will go to the warehouse and ask Rusty about it. All the while not refunding our $8,600.00 as we were told from the first call. Each woman said 7-10 days for the refund. We canceled within the three day time period (actually sooner), our HOA said no, and Renewal By Anderson is, as far as we are concerned, deliberately holding onto OUR money. You won't get a recommendation from us about this company that is NOT the original RBA. Ridiculous customer service!

They did a little research and found out that the truck broke down and the windows were returned back to their warehouse where they've been sitting since the 17th of December. Then also said they would give us addresses for windows in the area so we could see them in person the different types on older homes like ours. Never heard from them. Since I had scheduled another appointment the following day, I called early hoping to catch GHR before a representative arrived at my home. When I explained to Aaron my situation of not wanting to spend so much money on replacement windows, he told me he could do much better than the price I had been quoted.
