Yesenia contacted me from the store to discuss the survey that was sent. In summary, I was told that I didn't take proper documentation of the spoiled fruit nor did I go out of my way to bring the items back to them to show them the quality, so there was nothing she could do but replace the products. Keep in mind I was unaware of what store these items came from as it was gift. I also explained that this wasn't even about me. My husband was upset because he tried to do something nice for me, and the products were unsatisfactory. Please be mindful of ordering from this store.
