While many of us just want to do as much of it ourselves as possible, just to get it over with, this was a pleasant change to actually have customer service that ROCKS! Every phone call I had with them was nothing but accommodating & professional (the girls up front quite the same). Even while training new employees, they were both thorough and considerate. In terms of high quality service, Carlos & the rest of the team really did go above & beyond. The best part is, it really didn't take a whole lot extra. Thank you guys for such a smooth transition!

Fortunately, Enterprise Customer Service was extremely helpful and understanding, especially given that my daughter and I were suddenly without a vehicle. The representative arranged for a rental at the Lakewood location, and the Tacoma staff kindly provided transportation for us to get there. Up to that point, everyone I interacted with at Enterprise was professional and supportive. However, the situation changed once we arrived at the Lakewood location. The employee who assisted us--who later stated she was the manager--told me that although she could get me into a car, I would have to pay "out of pocket." When I asked why, I explained that the lack of a vehicle at my original pickup location was not my fault. She responded that Lakewood "didn't have a car for me" and that she "didn't have to rent to me," implying she was doing me a favor rather than fulfilling a confirmed reservation transfer arranged by Enterprise Customer Service. This interaction felt unprofessional and concerning. When I asked to speak to a manager, she stated that she was the manager. I expressed that I did not agree with her management style, at which point she said, "she wanted to help but wasn't going to if it was going to end on a bad note." Her tone and wording came across as passive-aggressive and suggested that my access to the rental depended on whether I refrained from expressing dissatisfaction. I repeatedly asked whether she was going to rent to me or not, and she would not give me a direct answer. This left me feeling as though she was attempting to hold the rental over my head to influence what I said. Eventually, she said she would proceed with the rental. When she saw me texting on my phone, she suddenly changed her position and said she would waive the "out of pocket" charge. She then gave a new explanation--that the charge was due to only having larger SUVs available. This was a completely different reason than what she first told me. I have been an Enterprise customer for many years and have never been asked to pay an "out of pocket" charge at pickup, nor was anything disclosed in advance. Her behavior was inconsistent, unprofessional, and concerning enough that I am not confident she is actually a manager. She also attempted to shift blame onto the Tacoma location rather than take accountability for her own conduct. This was, by far, the worst interaction I have had with any Enterprise associate. Her demeanor was childish, passive-aggressive, and unnecessarily controlling. Based on this experience, I do not trust this employee to represent the Enterprise brand or manage customer situations appropriately. I was contacted today by someone at Enterprise who says they will be following up with this branch. Unfortunately, "the bad experience" cannot be undone it a shame i gave my money to this business to get this kind of treatment.

But the staff team that works the SeaTac venue was truly seamless. It was Gabe who first assisted me to confirm my paperwork and I think that took less than 10 minutes because I've been able to make the reservation by phone. I want to be really clear that I talked to a human to make the reservation and that made all the difference for me. The online version of it was inefficient and didn't allow me to ask questions and get clarification that I needed so I hope Enterprise continues to allow customers to talk to human Customer Service representatives because not all questions can be answered online. Then I was sent to the next area which involved some trepidation because it was a vast area of garage space but immediately Natalie who was part of Enterprise approached me and took my tentativeness and turned it into confidence. She walked me past several areas and made sure that I was put into a vehicle that suited my concerns. And instead of feeling limited by my selection upstairs I felt I was actually given some options in which car I could land in. That made a tremendous difference. Her welcome was genuine and she was very helpful. So between Gabe and Natalie I had a great car pick up experience. And then I'd like to mention Christian who helped me get out of my car when I returned it 24 hours later. He helped me figure out why I would not get a day return back Despite returning at 12 hours earlier, and he was friendly and very positive about his work. I think he was celebrating a work anniversary actually but I don't remember which one it was. Regardless kudos to Enterprise for having such great staff work with us to make a car pick up and car returns simple and seamless. My only issue now is that I left some keys in the car and I would love to figure out how to get a hold of them. I did email Enterprise but have not heard back. I wonder if there is a more direct route to figuring out Lost and found items?

I've used several different companies before but Enterprise generally has a pretty good rate. My last experience with Enterprise was one of the worst rental experiences I've had. At first, it was nice that they offered the choice of a car to me, and provided some full-size sedan options at no cost for an upgrade. I took a Nissan Altima. As soon as I pulled out of the registration, warnings started going off on my dashboard about low tire pressure. I checked the tire pressure and noticed it was enough to make it to my destination so I didn't pay it any mind. The destination I went to had no service stations nearby, so I e-mailed into Enterprise to ask about the issue. They said I could return the car or pull into a Firestone. It took a few days for me to get to the Firestone but once I did, the technicians took a look and found a deeply embedded nail into the tire that was slowly leaking air. I had attributed the tire pressure fluctuation to the cold weather. They filled the tire back up enough to where I would make it back to the airport. I reported the issue immediately via e-mail and to the manager on site. I'm leaving a 3-star instead of a 1-star because previous experiences have been fine, but this last one was straight up dangerous. Inspect your cars well before taking them out.

I replied with Great, thank you. Received a call from, Chris the next day. I wasn't ready to buy a car yet however we talked about options and I viewed the website. Told him would call when I was ready. The insurance company finally paid off my car (financed). I didn't really want my credit ran and couldn't afford to pay for the. Rental returned it and went next door to see what was available. Great cars in the lot all clean and ready to drive. No negotiating all prices are listed and firm ( not a problem for me). Ok so this is what happened I told him look I don't want you looking for financing for no reason the other loan won't reflect paid. Showed him the payment being sent to insurance gave him my info and we found financing in less than five actually several banks approved me. The best part is the car that I ended up getting wasn't even the car I thought of buying - I drive a couple of cars and based on our conversation Chris pulled the car of my dreams in the front I drove it, loved it Went inside and made the purchase. I appreciate my Salesperson Chris for directing me in the right direction because I didn't see that car any place and it met my price point. Happy Driver
