Very cool concept show room unlike anything else in Western New York. Rico's style, personality and service are unmatched. He has styled my father and brother for years and they have never dressed better. He specializes in made-to-measure and other high end clothing brands and footwear. Very excited to see him branch out on his own and bring more exciting ideas to our area. Two very aggressive thumbs up! read more

This trendy label appeals to the younger, fashion-conscious, crowd. And then scattered throughout the store, especially in the back, there are styles that look a bit dated and ordinary. There are some high-price designer items as well. I think their jewelry section is rather blah. I've never bought jewelry from them. All sorts of used handbags and practically new shoes. Both my teenage daughter and I have bought clothes from here. Something for everyone. What I like about consigning my gently used clothes with this business is that they itemize the clothing that you give them. When the consignment period is over in 3 months, you know exactly which item sold and how much money you will get for it. Unlike another consignment store in the area that just gives you a number for your items and never tells you exactly what sold. Becomes a mystery. And then you have to hunt all over the place to find your items that didn't sell if you want them back. But here, I ask for items that don't sell back and they keep them for me to pick up within a window of time. They take appointments on their website for consigning your things the first few days of the month only. It's very organized and I appreciate that. They may not take many of the items you hope to consign. But at least they're honest and organized.

I don't normally consider myself a thrifter, but I found this store well-organized by style and size and a mix of trendy and classic selections. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The price tags are different colors and the staff, and signs all over the store will tell you which color tags are on sale and what percentage off. The staff can also help you find things, or find similar items if you like something that doesn't fit. They have ample, clean fitting rooms. They will let you know if something looks good on ya! They have a reward program and I don't remember the exact details but I think it's 1 point per dollar spent and at some number of rewards points you get $5 or $10 off. The Williamsville location only carries ladies clothing but the Elmwood location has some men's selections. I think the only thing I didn't like was when I find something I love but it's not in my size, but the bright side is you can go home and try to find it by searching online. After my visit here, I left with 2 items and hunted down 2 other items I loved but were the wrong size online. It's also a fun place to experiment with styles you may not usually wear. Consignment is by appt only so go to their website to set up a date and time for them to go through your items. There is no pressure to buy and it's a very comfortable shopping environment (I took forever in there to be honest). So come have a look! You never know what you may find.

We'd never heard of this quaint little store, but we're so glad we took the time to come in. Here's why. When you first walk in, you see a lot of Christmas gifts and decorations. Don't let that fool you though, there's something for everyone here. The store is so nicely decorated that I almost said "awww." The owner was right there at the counter with another employee, chatting about the Bills game. She greeted us warmly as we started to look around. There were a lot of neat gifts, clothing, and accessories in the front, center, and back of the store. They even had some witchy items, which is right up my alley. Their sale section has a lot of really nice clothes in it. My cousin bought a jacket and dress, which made the owner take notice. She was wearing the same dress my cousin had bought! I got a moon phase candle and a pretty headband. See? There're a lot of different products here! The owner talked to us for a bit before we left and she was really sweet. I'd definitely come back here, especially since she stocks a lot of things made by local artisans. This shop is so cute and stylish at the same time. I recommend you come look at what they have to offer here. You may just find a treasure or at least something you like. Happy shopping!

I was greeted by three friendly ladies who gave me several goodies including a coupon for 20% off any single item purchase. Upon browsing, I saw lots of cute unique items (all products are made by Buffalo small businesses, love keeping it local) but the Buffalo earrings really caught my eye! My free swag bag also came with a bath bomb, lip scrub, matcha tea candy, chocolate chip cookies and even a $10 off coupon to dinner at the nearby Eagle House. Based on the warm and friendly service I received and the quality products in this cute shop, It's five stars from me! Check it out!

I know I can always find a quality gift item for my garden-loving friends, a unique perennial for that odd spot in the yard, or a funky planter to make the perfect table setting. My most recent garden problem was finding a nicely shredded mulch that didn't leave behind big chunks at the end of each growing season. Lavocat's to the rescue! They have a wonderful hardwood fine-shredded mulch that's just perfect. If you're like me, and have a smaller garden - bagged mulch is what we need - whole truck loads just don't work. The knowledgeable and very helpful staff at Lavocat's will load your vehicle and you'll be very pleased with the results in your garden.

Arbordale Gardens

John and his people at Arbordale are amazing! They installed…read moreour pond and waterfall feature six years ago and have been back every spring to open it for us and keep it looking beautiful. Everyday we listen and view the calm burbling brook and the antics of our little aquatic friends. We hired them this year to do an almost complete landscaping renual in our backyard....I didn't realize "landscaping" in their name didn't mean just Lawn Service. Some small gardens had gone wild..ground cover was out of control, some slate garden edging was completely lost in the overgrown weeds. They brought a little machine and several ambitious helpers to collect and stack the lost slate, they saved and took care not to damage the plantings we hoped to keep. Everything on our list was addressed to the Tee. They planted several new fruit trees we found they had in stock and at a local nursery. Tore out some stubborn old shrubs in front of the house we didn't know what to do with. They also took care of some old stumps the previous tree service left. I can't express fully how thrilled we are with the work. They showed up on time, they worked all day, the men were engaged, they took care to listen to our opinions and offered creative options to where the plantings would look best and how to care for them after. If I could I would rate them 7 out of 5 stars. Our backyard suddenly seems 1000 sq feet bigger... Well done Arbordale!! Thank you!

When I talked to John the owner, he offered me 1 5 foot pine tree. When I mentioned that wouldn't fill in the bare space left by his mistake, and that I wanted the open space filled in. With whatever would cover the area he suggested I call an attorney and walked away from me. I've since filed BBB, CFPB, NYS Attorney general, and complaints with Erie County. Next step is court. I just want this man to fix his mistakes. Let's see what a judge has to say. Anyone looking for work done might wanna look somewhere else.

It was raining when we visited so we took our sundaes to go. The staff was friendly and efficient. They happily answered the questions we had prior to ordering. We both ended up ordering peanut butter sundaes made with hard ice cream of our choice. He opted for peanut butter cup and I chose queen of hearts. Both were dressed with peanut butter sauce & hot fudge, pretty much "crusted" with smashed peanut butter cups and topped off with whipped cream and a cherry. The cost came to just under $14. It was a perfect after dinner treat and helped to brighten a rainy day!
