My experience at this establishment was terrible. I ordered Dubai chocolate covered strawberries and waited a plethora amount of time just to receive a scarce amount of chocolate in my order. When i asked if they could please politely remake my strawberries, the manager was brusque, insolent, and rolled her eyes, and told me that they couldn't be remade. The manager had an excuse of saying that the chocolate was stiff, and did not come out the tube. She began making a mess with my order, and she demanded I purchase them. I bought a gallon of watermelon ice cream which was more than 30$ just for it to be hard as rock that i can't spoon anything out because it's THAT hard and also the sugar and flavor somehow separate, half of the top gallon is a light pink and the rest is normal color. The girl in the phone told me that's "normal" which it isn't because we've never had that issue before with other gallons we've bought. I was told to let it thaw out for 30 minutes upside down and that would solve the issue, which it hasn't it still ends up the same. Having to let the ice cream thaw for about 40 minutes every-time we want some is ridiculous. 2 calls later and being told manager was going to contact me, never happened .. I just ended up throwing the damn thing away, won't be coming back here again. read more

It's a twist between Italian ice cream and ice. It's soo refreshing! You can get exotic flavors and the scoops are nice. They have a HUGE menu and I'm here for it! I love this is close by next to Smart and Final on Channel Islands Blvd in Oxnard. The only thing I was disappointed in is that they offered delivery and I carefully chose multiple items for my whole family and turns out the order got cancelled. I had to wait one day when my brother was willing to pick up an order. It was a Grub Hub FAIL, I hope they remove the delivery option. This is my go to spot for Açaí Bowls. It's cheaper than the ones around Ventura County and they fill it with lots of ingredients. Plus it's taste very fresh and it's very delicious. As a vegan, it was great to see that they have lots of smoothie bowls (including pitaya ones!) made with almond milk for only $7. The customer service here was excellent! I hate giving bad reviews but it is what it is. I gave two stars because it was clean and the customer service was fine. Now the lack of stars was on what I ordered which was the hot Cheeto esquite and an agua de limon. The agua was average not bad not great just ok I guess. The esquite was brutal though. Old hard flavorless corn in a cup. Took a couple bites and tossed the rest.
