Installation was even earlier than they projected. Felipe physically came out to my location 4 times BEFORE the install to measure and ensure the design fit our door frame. The care and detail-orientation here is amazing. He had great insights and selections when it came to the design and installation. Due to a couple small miscommunications, we had to change the paint color and remove a safety feature and the team made both changes WITHIN A DAY. Just absolutely incredible experience. The quote I received was also way more in line with what we were hoping to pay vs some other vendors. Highly highly recommend Felipe and his team.

Then I told him about it, and I said, since the hinges have to be replaced let's replace them with the ones that I actually ordered with the lube fittings. When he came out the second time, he had great difficulties getting the new hinges on and had to try several times?? He heated up the metal bracket attached to the 2 x 4 so much it started smoldering?? His helper made things more difficult and confusing? So he said he had to leave and left the hinges he was trying to put up in disarray? And the whole gate is misaligned? He said he would come back the next week and didn't, then took off on one of his trips? I've been trying to get a hold of him now for a couple of weeks and he's not responding? So now it looks like I threw the money I paid him down the drain because I've got a gate that's in worse shape than it was when I called him. My experience with his services has been absolutely terrible.!!

Gomez installed a lock and performed some repairs to a gate at our home and ultimately I would…read morestrongly advise against using them for any work. The estimator came out multiple times to discuss what work needed to be done, but when the time came to begin the work there were multiple discrepancies between what was discussed and the work performed. Security mesh was bolted on (poorly) when it was supposed to be welded. Strike plate for the lock was not installed, paint was sloppy, metal fabrication was uneven. I had pointed out a crack in concrete that I expected would be patched but later was told that Gomez "does not do concrete work". I should have insisted that items were in writing to avoid confusion, but I never expected there to be this much of a disconnect. The icing on the cake was when Arturo came out to review the work and discuss our complaints he made it seem like the work was acceptable when it clearly was not. Ok, now for the good news -- ultimately Gomez's team came out and re-did most of the work and addressed our complaints. I wouldn't call the finished product perfect, but it is certainly good enough at this point. So credit to their team for making it right. What I expected to be a fairly simple project turned into a frustrating seven month process.
