I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

Our technician,Brian,was on time,called prior,came with shoe covers,quickly identified problems with toilet,gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time,very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere,but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area,but service is superb. Can't deduct star for high prices,because they are using gas and supplies which are horrible now.

Miquel did his inspection and gave me a total quote which included parts, labor & taxes. Clear & transparent on costs which is appreciated. Miquel did the job professionally & quickly, he walked me through the working part to ensure everything was correct. He also ensured that I received the receipt via email before leaving. Miquel also was conscious of cleaning up, and he wore booties over his shoes without being asked. Definitely would recommend Jab & Sons, from scheduling to installation.

When he completed the work, he cleaned up the debris that had fallen when he repaired my circuit breaker box. His attention to detail and cleaning up after himself are signs of elite contractors. I'll be working with Electrisource again for future services.

By your own metric, "your" work wasn't completed until 14 July, which is NOT the date on the invoice (23 June). It is also NOT 07 July. 07 July was the date of inspection; 14 July is the date your team did the point of attachment (see attached photo of proof of appointment) -- you invoiced me for the point of attachment on 23 June, WHEN THE WORK WAS INCOMPLETE. Learn how to read and check your emails!!!! Additionally, according to every other homeowner I talked to who updated their panel, the electrician handled all coordination with Dominion. You REPEATEDLY failed to respond to emails asking for an update. Your lazy irresponsible disorganization without Kristin is not my problem. I should have taken you to small claims court to contest the lien on principle since the error would have invalidated the lien. Expect a report to the licensing board. --- If you are looking for a contractor that pairs complete operational chaos with aggressive, predatory legal action, look no further than Mister Rogers' Electric Company in Alexandria, VA. Specifically Matt Rogers who is either willfully obtuse or too stupid to read past emails. What started as a standard $8,000 electrical panel upgrade has devolved into a nightmare of unfinished work, lost records, and shocking dishonesty. The initial experience felt promising thanks to a customer liaison who handled scheduling well. Kristin, if you are out there, this company is circling the drain without you! I hope you got a pay raise somewhere else! Part of the physical installation was done in early June, but the job was far from over. It required an extra step to set up the point of attachment AND final coordination with Dominion Energy to complete the connection. Around this time, I received a full invoice for $8,000. Knowing the job wasn't finished, I reached out to Kristin, who explicitly told me (via email, I have the receipts) the invoice was sent in error, instructed me not to pay it until all work was complete, and assured me she was coordinating with Dominion. In the meantime, she scheduled the point of attachment work which was completed in mid-July. By late July, my home was left in a state of absurd neglect: My external panel was left wrapped in literal plastic and the unattached wire was dangling from the top of my roof. When I reached out for an update, I was informed the helpful coordinator had left the company and that they had no record of my work order ever existing. After "looking into it," they claimed Dominion promised to finalize the job in under ten days. Unsurprisingly, ten days passed, and absolutely nothing was done. The grand finale? Instead of finishing the project or checking their own internal communication logs, Mister Rogers' Electric Company slapped a mechanics lien on my property for the very invoice their own representative explicitly instructed me not to pay. The lien referenced the entire work as being completed on 23 June, which it was not. To slap a lien on a customer's home while leaving an unfinished, plastic-wrapped panel and loose wiring dangling from the roof is beyond unprofessional, it is completely unethical. Save yourself the headache, the legal danger, and the hazard to your home. Hire literally anyone else.

Sarah & Family was recommended to me and I set up an appointment for them to come take a look at my box. From the start Sarah and Ryan were friendly, professional, and explained everything about the condition of my box. It turned out that at some point water had caused rust inside the electrical panel and had rusted out a lot of the inner components. It was clear that a replacement was needed (and add to it that the box was 40 years old!) After Sarah provided a quote that was thousands of dollars cheaper than my first quote, I booked them to replace my box. Ryan and his young apprentice arrived on time and prepared to get the work done quickly (which was welcomed since I wouldn't have power all day and it was 100° outside). They did an excellent job of installation and I was very pleased with the look of the new box and how they cleaned up my basement area so quickly at the end. It is certainly overwhelming to consider the scope and scale of a new build, and to think about what you would like the lighting to look like and how you would like it to function when the space doesn't even exist. We had the absolute best time working with Josh. First, he helped us hone our aesthetic vision, and to build cohesion into the lighting design. He also helped us wrestle with the technical challenges of recessed lighting in high slope ceilings. Through the entire process, he gave us the confidence we needed to easily make decisions and to put the vision into action for our home. Throughout the entire process, Josh was highly responsive, he communicated with clarity, and he had a fantastic sense of humor, challenging each of us appropriately when we were stuck in some kind of rut. His efficiency is remarkable and his design eye and skill is obvious. On top of all of this, he produced documentation that clearly conveyed the plan to our electrician, making our recent electrical walkthrough the best one he had ever been on. The electrician told us that most of the time people arrive with little to no clue of what they want, and it is a laborious, frustrating and overwhelming process. We arrived with our Josh plans and knew exactly where things were going to be and what they would look like. We are very excited to see this house come into reality. We know the lighting we selected will bring warmth and beauty to to spaces, both interior and exterior, and we feel that Dominon and Josh provided great value to us and our project.

Riddle electric was the second electrical company that came to my house to try to fix an electrical issue I was having through my home insurance company. The first electrical company that was sent said my meter was broken and that's not covered by the insurance so I had my energy company come out and checked everything and they stated they didn't believe that was the case so i disputed with the insurance and they sent riddle electric out for a second opinion riddle stated it was my panel which I also agreed with because I also had a third party to check the issue. After going back and forth with issuance the owner of riddle electric Forrest got the insurance company to agree the panel was the issue. Victor was sent out to do the work which was replacing my entire panel. Victor did an outstanding job he was super helpful and explained everything to us in detail. I definitely recommend this company and recommend victor for any job. I will be contacting them again for any electrical issues or upgrades in the future. I did not know any good electricians, and neither did my neighbors. I picked Riddle Electric because it got 5 stars on Yelp. When I turned on the bedside lamp last night, all the lights in my bedroom went out, as well as my bathroom. Nothing worked. Yet other lights in the house worked. We called them this morning and Victor came right out. He had to search every plug in the bedroom plus in an adjacent room (8 or more plugs) and found the culprit - a fried plug. Scary to see the inside of a plug with burnt wires!!! He fixed it. He also checked the circuit breaker box. I am giving them 5 stars because (1) they came out quickly; (2) their fee was more than reasonable for his time and effort, moving furniture, examining all the plugs to locate the problem (which means getting down and taking each one out from the wall, inspecting and testing it, etc.). Victor was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I would call them again if needed. I highly recommend this company and Victor is the best! read more

I had several outlets that were not working so my warranty company sent Riddle to determine the problem. Victor called to let me know he was running a little late and provided an updated time of arrival. He then texted to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was very personable and professional. He took his time to troubleshoot the problem (a loose neutral wire/connection - think needle in a hay stack). After an exhausting search and by process of elimination, Victor identified the culprit. He was very patient and explained the complexities of my house wiring as I followed him from room to room to "help" find the faulty wiring. Victor also identified some concerns in the breaker box that warranted some attention. He did not try to upsell or exaggerate the need for additional (out of warranty) service - he was merely identifying some breakers that were at capacity. Forrest came to my home on a Saturday evening (knowing it was going to be 6 degrees overnight) as the breaker that supports my emergency heat went bad. Not only did Forrest get the home warranty claim at 1 p.m. and arrive at my home by 6 p.m. SAME DAY, but he also advised me of several code violations left by the contractor who replaced my panel. Special note: THAT WAS A FIVE HOUR TURN AROUND! It is clear that Forrest cares about the work he does and his customers. His work his high quality. I really appreciate the extra time he took to show me the problems existing in the panel and explain how they could be dangerous if not corrected. My home warranty company assigned Riddle Electric to fix a problem in my new house with some outlets that weren't working. First kudo: Forrest worked with me to accommodate my schedule so I didn't have to miss a whole day of work. Second kudo: Victor, the tech assigned to my work order, called ahead to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving. Third kudo: Victor was very professional, polite, efficient, and patient. He described exactly what he was doing and why and he answered all my questions. He gave me some good advice about the quality of parts and how best to troubleshoot future issues. Standard setter for the electric industry. This was the second company that we had address our electric issues. Most of the second floor of our home was inoperable and the first electric company literally said "Good Luck" and could not figure out why the upstairs was not receiving power to the switches and outlets. Contacted Riddle Electric based on reviews and was extremely pleased! Initial contact was fast and helpful. The technician arrived very promptly for our scheduled appointment and diagnosed a tricky problem quickly, also identifying a dangerous code violation left by the builder. Because of this, a second visit was required for a complete and safe repair. He arrived promptly and fixed the original issue and another that was discovered while repairing the first. The light in the basement bathroom was coming on and off for months. Old Republic Home protection sent Riddle Electric to fix it. Victor did a great job to fix it. Within a couple of minutes he was able to trace down the source of the problem. He also made some cosmetic changes to make sure the connections are secure and rigid. I called Riddle Electric yesterday to have them come out to fix a circuit that had been tripped. The previous homeowner had done a lot of wiring himself, making it a problem to solve myself. Jim and Caleb did a magnificent job of installing two new bathroom light fixtures where only one had existed previously. They also put in new smoke and CO detectors throughout the house, installed a new upgraded exhaust fan in another bathroom including a light fixture and GFI. We planned for a whole day but were amazed when they accomplished everything in under 3.5 hours. Not only that, the work they did was flawless! We have used different electricians in the past, but these guys are the cream of the crop! Thanks to Jake for the spot-on and fair estimate and for answering all of our many questions. His price was the lowest of all the quotes we received (partly because he advised against some add-ons in the other quotes) and he was happy to answer all questions and thoroughly explain what was going to happen during the installation. Joseph and his team did a fine installation job with minimal disruption to our normal power feed. This was our first experience with Nasr Electric but we have found our "go to" electrician.
