I will start off this was my first Porsche, but from a luxury car perspective this was probably the worse experience I've ever had. I had told the salesperson I'm very busy so let's try to plan everything in advance of arrival. So far so good. The price was disclosed in advance and they managed to give a better trade in offer than carvana. While they didn't match or beat carvana on the trade, but with the sales tax savings it was a better deal (if I purchased rather than leased). Prior to arrival I said I wanted to lease so I picked the 24month, 7500 miles a year. When we were working on numbers for the lease I selected a one time pay lease (lower money factor) but I lost the tax savings. Salesman said don't worry I will get manager to match carvana to make up the tax savings difference. Then I sat at an empty desk for 1.5hrs while the "new sales manager" was trying to structure the deal. I take the escalator down and all I see is everyone standing around the counter talking. I told them I needed to leave and I just wasted 2 hrs of my time. Can you imagine being left alone at an empty sales desk for 1.5 hrs? Then was told sorry we can't match carvana (or even an attempt to close the gap). Was told to move forward with carvana which would have meant making an appointment to trade in the car elsewhere. Then I wouldn't have a car to drive, then waiting for payment for Carvana, waiting for check to clear, then figuring out how to get back to the dealership that is 60 mins away. I was floored and just said I am done and wasted 2 hrs. The next day, I send an email to the general manager, asking him to call me so I could discuss my experience as I assumed he should know. I also left a voicemail message as well. Neither of which were returned. I guess customer service and experience doesn't matter to Porsche West Broward. Midday I receive a phone call from another sales manager, saying he will help assist. He was going to call his wholesale trader to see if he could get more and a short time later $500 extra was offered. This could have been done the day prior instead of me just sitting there for an hour and a half with everyone having a coffee talk. I appreciate Butch stepping in to get this addressed. So now I think everything is back on track. I go back in the next day to make the purchase and then another cluster happens. I had asked the sales manager to put in writing I am financing the lease at the dealer buy rate (porsche financial services money factor buy rate) so there is no mark up the money factor. I was then told by the sales manager, they will not put that in writing. I inquired more and was then told that the dealership actually adds additional interest onto the rate that Porsche financial services gives the dealer (30 basis points extra was what I was verbally). I was then talked out of a single pay lease and to do 24 monthly payments at a higher money factor. Then there was the added vehicle recovery service (think of the old school LoJack) for $995 even though the macan ev has vehicle tracking built into the app. To add a vehicle recovery service which is already included with the EV is unethical. Convincing a customer to switch lease terms was financially unethical cause it resulted in an even higher money factor plus the additional interest rate markup the dealer passed along. Buying a car is stressful but I'm not buying a Chevy; I'm getting a luxury sports vehicle. The buying experience should be top notch. Don't leave customers unattended while you stand around talking. Don't pass higher interest rates into your customers than what Porsche financial services charges. So prospective leasing customers just know that you will be paying even higher interest rates than what Porsche charges. My faith in honesty and transparency has been lost with this dealership and even 2 days of writing to the General Manager, Ryan, I still haven't heard anything. read more

I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Porsche West Broward's service department was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others. We are long-time Porsche customers and have always appreciated the facility itself -- it's beautiful and well-maintained. But the service department has completely shattered our loyalty. It started a few months ago when we noticed strange noises coming from our Porsche Cayenne while driving. We brought it in, their certified technicians test drove it, and told us flat out that nothing was wrong. We trusted our instincts, took it to our personal mechanic, and within no time they identified a wheel bearing problem. We had to bring the car BACK to Porsche West Broward, where they suddenly confirmed -- yes, there was in fact a bearing issue with the wheels. So their own proprietary Porsche-certified technicians couldn't identify something that a regular outside mechanic caught with no problem. That alone tells you everything about the competence level here. Fast forward to now -- our Cayenne has been sitting at this dealership for WEEKS and they are refusing to return it to us. Communication is nearly impossible. Getting a straight answer is a battle. We are not being treated with any level of respect or basic human decency, let alone the standard you would expect as a luxury vehicle owner. The facility may look like a five-star experience. The service department operates like the opposite. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the disrespect. Take your Porsche anywhere else. read more

Worst experience ever at a Porsche dealer. I came in ready to buy, but needed to decide between two models. I told the salesman what I was looking for, and he showed models other than what I was looking for. I then asked about comparing the models I was looking for and he said, "we don't do test drives until the numbers are worked out". Wow, when I bought my GTS from them a few years ago they were super accommodating. Why would anyone work numbers on a vehicle they didn't know if they wanted? Extremely disappointed with the customer service. They don't respond to emails, ignore phone calls, and never call back. They broke my rear wiper and claimed it was just worn out -- which makes no sense. Rear wipers don't wear out faster than the front ones, and I'm not new to driving or car maintenance. My service advisor, Jenry, has been unresponsive. On top of that, some salespeople don't even know how to spell "Porsche." That alone says a lot. I would not recommend this dealership. The dealership was fantastic. I soon as I walked in I was greeted and ask if I needed help. I told them I was there to purchase a car privately and that the car was getting checked before I buy. After that they offered me some food and drinks and let me know I can walk around and see everything. When I was walking around I got approached asking if I needed help and that's just good service. Most dealers don't blink an eye at an average joe like myself. The best part is they ask me what I was paying for the car from the private sale and they went and checked to make sure the car had a clean car facts and brought me the original sticker. Extremely Disappointed - Ongoing Issues and Lack of Accountability My air conditioner broke, and I waited three weeks just to hand the car over to the service department. The repair itself then took another three weeks. When I finally picked up the car, I immediately noticed that the driver's seat memory button was no longer working. I had to return once again for that to be fixed. After that was resolved, I picked up the car and, on my way home, three warning lights appeared on the dashboard (photos attached to this review). I immediately contacted the service manager, Rodrigo Vanegas, and sent him the photos. He asked me to wait a couple of days, suggesting the issue might go away on its own -- it did not. I returned to the service center, and Rodrigo accepted the car. After a 15-minute inspection, he said the problem was fixed and assured me it would not happen again. However, the warning lights reappeared on the way home -- now occurring even more frequently. I went back once more. At that point, Rodrigo seemed to realize the issue wasn't going away and agreed to perform a more thorough check, which lasted about two to three hours -- all during my working hours. Of course, no weekend appointments were available. After the inspection, Rodrigo said they had finally found the problem, but the part would take two weeks to arrive. He also mentioned they did not yet have a loaner car available. I agreed to wait. After four weeks passed with no update, I reached out again. Rodrigo informed me they still didn't have a loaner, but then scheduled an appointment for the following week. For the fifth or sixth time, I left work and came in -- only to be told again that no loaner was available and that, according to him, no faults were showing on the dashboard. He said he would need to conduct yet another full inspection, as if the previous inspections and diagnosis had never happened. I reminded him that he had already identified the issue, had ordered the part, and that I had already spent over a week of work time dealing with this. None of it seemed to matter. It became painfully clear that Rodrigo had been misleading me from the start. At that point, I had enough and left. After over two months of back-and-forth, I'm left with a car that still isn't fixed, lost valuable work time, and am now facing an expiring warranty. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone trust Rodrigo Vanegas or his team with their vehicle. P.S. The waiting area is quite nice, and the food is great -- no complaints there. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the quality of service or honesty of the staff. Incredible waste of time! I called a couple of years ago and got on their "list" for a 911 Turbo S or GT3. My original sales guy left the dealer and transferred my info to Scott. I was told by my original sales guy 1.5 year wait. I have never received an allocation and I don't expect to either. Scott did try to make things right considering I'm local and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, he offered me a Turbo allocation (non S) but I needed to buy a watch that was over $10k I believe. I passed as this was never discussed prior and I didn't want a non S Turbo. I'm very disappointed because I could've easily paid a broker to find my an allocation and paid a small markup and I would've had the car 2 years ago!! Now the msrp is $30k more anyways on the Turbo S. I have been in contact with Scott, and I haven't moved at all on the waitlist. I think they prioritize VIP clients which could easily be flippers. I have given up on this dealer and will never buy or service here. I'm working with a broker and I'm confident I'll find a great spec or possible allocation when the Turbo S or GT3 slots open again. In their business they need referrals and those are only generated from good experiences. I will never recommend a single person to them. And I'm the guy that goes to cars and coffee and is very well affiliated with local groups and forums. Update: Management did reach out to me immediately after this review went live. This wasn't expected or intended by me leaving this review. I was just trying to prevent what happened to me to reoccur to someone else. We all know how difficult it is to get an allocation without being a VIP or using a broker. This dealer is strictly msrp which is why their lists are lengthy. Are some of those people waiting end users?...probably not. There's no way to filter out the flippers. I do appreciate management (Mayer) for reaching out and apologizing for his staff's misinformation on allocations. There's no real way to know how many allocations they'll get or if you'll be 2 years or 5 waiting. If you're like me and don't like wasting time, use a broker or pay a markup. If you're ok with waiting, then this dealer is an option. The worst service experience I've ever had. They kept my vehicle for over four weeks just to run a scan, and I constantly had to chase them for updates. Communication was abysmal -- no one followed up as promised, and the service manager never returned my calls despite multiple attempts. After such a long wait, I finally picked up my car, only to find a warning light indicating the oil change was due the very next day! One would expect them to notify me and offer to take care of it while the vehicle was in their hands. I had to have my Panamara towed to Porsche West Broward because of a "engine temperature too high" light that came on saying to pull over immediately. My car was there for 2 days before I could reach anyone in service. When i finally did get someone on the phone, Leo, told me that my car wasn't there. After speaking again, to the tow truck driver, he advised the exact spot he left my car and Leo then looked and said yes it is in fact here. Then, 4 days go by, i call to check the status of my car, I leave voicemails and emails just simply asking how long they're thinking it'll be etc because they had no loaner car so I'm in a rental car which I'm paying for and it's already been 5-6 days by this point. I'm finally super frustrated, call and ask for anyone to call me back from service at this point, the 7th day no word from anyone and $500 for a rental car later... my car is ready. It was a sensor they say. I pick it up, here i am days later, the light is on again, saying to pull over immediately, i call and email Leo, still not a reply or call back. I wasted $500 on a rental car, now i have to rent a car AGAIN, and have the car towed there AGAIN, but their communication is absolutely awful and i can't tow it there if i wanted to, because Leo doesn't even reply to voicemails or emails. It's been a nightmare dealing with this guy, I do not recommend anyone servicing their Porsche at this location at least ask for anyone other than Leo. read more

My service agent declined to show any remorse for a 5 year air conditioning defect and instead chose to imply I was the one at fault. However a man at the front desk I think his name was Kirk asked me if I needed any help. He told me he will get someone for me and I told him I want you a black salesman. They don't want to waste their precious time for a customer. When I leased my panamera that was not a good experience as well. Mayer manager is rude and condescending so i spoke to Taylor also a manager thinking female power let's back up the only female and give her the business. She kept interrupting my elderly father and raised her hand to his face so he can stop talking. I did not appreciate that, Oh and after all that I didn't test drive the vehicle of course. The horrendous service may be likely due to their upper management because I haven't met one single person who knows how to treat a customer properly. My fiancée searched high and low for his car and was happy to find it at this dealership... little did he know he wasn't going to be treated with equal respect. He purchased his car last month and was shipped/delivered to our home after Thanksgiving. We are one week away from Christmas and he hasn't been able to drive it! The associates in charge have completely failed to send all the documentation necessary to the appropriate parties... no temporary tags or plates, no registration, NOTHING ...and when asked to prioritize this matter, they have showed no initiative and no desire. They have even acknowledged putting us in the back burner 'because' we don't live in Florida. Why does one buy a car if it's not to drive it? He has given the associates plenty of chances to redeem themselves, yet we are going into one month of this non-sense. I flew in from Tampa last month to buy a used car from this dealer. I thought the price was fair and did not bother to haggle. I wrote a pre-approved check from my bank. The car was delivered to Tampa. Everything checked out but a copy of the registration was missing. Several calls to the salesman, even elevated to (supposedly manager) yielded promises of a copy being Fedex'd to me. A month and a half later - still no registration! TOTALLY UNSAT! I'm in the military and about to deploy in a few weeks. Now I'm going to have to take off from work to line up at the DMV to get a copy - that is if they even turn in the transaction to DMV.
