I called throughout the day and left four messages for both the dispatcher and the manager, but no one returned my calls. After spending the entire day trying to reach someone, I was finally told they were closed and that I would have to try again tomorrow. When a company has possession of someone's vehicle, customers should at least be able to reach someone or receive a return call. This was a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable, and I hope they improve their responsiveness so other customers don't have the same experience.

We had already been waiting for 3 hours as the previous tow company that was being sent out to us never showed up. He let us know he was on his way home from the Valley to Palmdale and decided to take our service call since we were on his way home and we couldn't have been more grateful. After the Lyft ride that Hertz had requested for us also didn't come through he offered to take us all the way home it was Me and my Family a total of 5 of us.
