There were supermarket carriage dings and red paint smudge on my white car that he miraculously was able to remove. He used a heavy compound wax that took off all the blemishes that were there. DAMAGED MY FLOOR MATS ON MY NEW CAR! I bought a groupon for RideReady.org and redeemed it on 7/10/2021. The guys came on time and cleaned my car quickly. I had my interior cleaned along with wash/wax/claybar exterior. They finished in about 1-2 hours which I thought was really fast. I questioned why they finished so fast but I figure they were experts and had all the tools needed to do the job fast. I paid the guys and gave them tip. All was well until I looked at my floor mats. Once the guys have left, I started to put the floor mats back into my car but I noticed some burn marks. I did see the guy cleaning the mat us a powertool to clean it so the damages were done by the powertools. That tool might work on a carpet mat but my rubber ones melted. I wasn't happy about this but I figure let me contact the company and see what they can do. 07/12/2021 I contacted readyride.org and showed them the photos attached to this review. AWESOME QUALITY & SERVICE! Everyone knows yelp can be hit and miss at times, so I feel it's even more important to share when you come across a service or company that does an awesome job. Jason came to my home, and worked his butt off to wash and detail two cars! He vacuumed, wiped, & cleaned the interior flawlessly. The polished shine is still glowing a week later so far. He also clay barred and waxed my car because it's been over 3+ months since I've had it waxed. My car hasn't looked like this since the day I brought it home. This kind of MOBILE quality, is rare. To be able to get this all while u can get other things done off your To Do list that day is an absolute win instead of waiting around at the car wash. Swirled my entire car. For those unfamiliar with the detailing parlance this means that an old buffing pad was used and it put hundreds of small circular scratches into the finish of my car, a brand new Tesla. As for the interior, products for conditioning leather were used on my synthetic leather interior which just made it greasy and did nothing. The wipe down of these products stained the alcantara parts. Jason was very polite and friendly but that only goes so far when my entire car is covered in scratches. Cannot in good conscience recommend this service to others. read more

Later I noticed the water spots on the windows, dirty hatchback window jams and tire treatment stains on the ground. Left a ton of swirl marks on my car. No accountability, everyone's fault but his own. (towel used, paint issue...towel used was microfiber that was also being used on another car that has had ceramic for over 3 years, no issues. I don't know how there could be paint issues on a car 2 months old). In addition, he also worked on a brother in laws car that has the same swirl marks. Punctuality is not important to this company, always at least 1 hour late for all appointments. The very first appointment, he was 2 hours late. Decided to use this company to save some money. I had an old coconut water in my car that fermented and popped open and leaked all over my backseats. The smell was horrible. Ride Ready was able to eliminate the odor completely and extract all the nasty stuff out of the seats. Other places in the past left my seats sticky in the past. These seats were almost fully dry by the time he was done. No weird sticky film left behind. Really nice job. Definitely worth the money. Just do yourselves a favor and don't use them. They severely damaged my rims repeatedly, didn't pay for or take responsibility for the damages and were consistently unreliable. They don't seem like they have insurance that protects the customers vehicles so when they eventually start damaging your car you will most likely have to pay out of pocket without getting anything close to even an apology. read more

Ride Ready mobile detail came to provide me with a JLN FULL INTERIOR* service in Sana Monica for my Kia Soul with leather seats. Both Jason and (I believe Andrew) did an excellent job with the interior and exterior. I have a dog, so there was some dog hair in the back and inside the car, and they did a good job at removing the hair and cleaning it up. I had a few added comments at the end to finalize and clean up a few spots, which they did at no problem. Jason is courteous, professional and I would recommend them to any future individuals who need a car detail. One thing: I used Venmo to pay them, but for some reason, I couldn't leave a tip. I bought a Groupon voucher for the Lavish package and was very satisfied with the overall process. Scheduling was easy through text exchange. There was a slight hiccup on the day of my appointment but they arrived eventually and offered to buff out any scratches as an extra bonus for being late. Monet and Jordan did a great job and pointed out a big scratch in the roof of my car. It took about 2 hours+ and they supplied their own water and power. Cleaned out my kid's carseat and all the disgusting stuff that toddlers leave behind on the actual backseat. I'd never used a mobile car wash before and I'm so glad I did!
