Jason was fabulous, punctual and did a phenomenal job! My car looks like it just left the showroom,. There were supermarket carriage dings and red paint smudge on my white car that he miraculously was able to remove. He used a heavy compound wax that took off all the blemishes that were there. Jason is the best and I will be reaching out to him every 3 months, and referring him to everyone I know!!! Thank you for such a great job.

DAMAGED MY FLOOR MATS ON MY NEW CAR! I bought a groupon for RideReady.org and redeemed it on 7/10/2021. The guys came on time and cleaned my car quickly. I had my interior cleaned along with wash/wax/claybar exterior. They finished in about 1-2 hours which I thought was really fast. I questioned why they finished so fast but I figure they were experts and had all the tools needed to do the job fast. I paid the guys and gave them tip. All was well until I looked at my floor mats. Once the guys have left, I started to put the floor mats back into my car but I noticed some burn marks. I did see the guy cleaning the mat us a powertool to clean it so the damages were done by the powertools. That tool might work on a carpet mat but my rubber ones melted. I wasn't happy about this but I figure let me contact the company and see what they can do. 07/12/2021 I contacted readyride.org and showed them the photos attached to this review. Jason McDaniel (the OWNER - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jason-mcdaniel-8190113a/?trk=pub-pbmap) responded with the message below. Jason: "Good afternoon, I sincerely apologize this happened to your floor mats. Is it only one of them that is the damage or are all of them damage?" Me: All of them are damaged. I have 4 of them. I can send you photo of each one if you want Jason: No, that's not necessary.  We have some options for you . Option 1 we can order them and have them shipped to you . Option 2. You get then and send us a receipt of the total and we reimburse you. Whichever is best for you. Me: (I'm now thinking what I should do and decide that I don't want to buy new mats and risk not getting paid so I opted for Option 2 which is to rideready buy the mats and send them to me) Me: Hi, Please have them shipped to me. Can you check on the order? If there's a tracking number can you give that to me? 08/04/2021 Me: I'm following up again on my replacement mats that were supposed to arrive on 7/22/21. Can you let me know if they are still coming? Jason: Yes I will reach out to Subaru again tomorrow. I will definitely update tomorrow. 08/09/2021 Me: Just following up with you to find out if you were able to reach out to Subaru to get the status of my floor mat replacement. If there's anything I can do to help with the process please let me know. Jason: Good afternoon, I called Subaru Orange coast of Santa Ana they got the order,but it's the wrong item. They are issuing me a refund and I have to re-order the floor mats Me: (At this point, I'm thinking something is wrong. He said the order was supposed to come on July 22 but he is just finding this out now?) 08/11/2021 Me: Can you let me know once you get the order updated. Also let me know If there's anything I can do to help speed the process along. 08/13/2021 Me: I'm emailing once again to follow up on the replacement Subaru Ascent mat that I first emailed about over a month ago. I understand running a business requires a lot of time so I wanted to be patient but it's been a month now. I was first told that the mats will arrive on July 22, 2021 but that date came and gone with no mat replacement. I would appreciate it if you just give me an honest update about the mat replacement. 08/14/2021 Jason: The link you sent us is for a cargo tray Me: (Ok now I REALLY think something is wrong because it took this long for him to realized that I had damages to both my cargo tray and floor mats. AWESOME QUALITY & SERVICE! Everyone knows yelp can be hit and miss at times, so I feel it's even more important to share when you come across a service or company that does an awesome job. Jason came to my home, and worked his butt off to wash and detail two cars! He vacuumed, wiped, & cleaned the interior flawlessly. The polished shine is still glowing a week later so far. He also clay barred and waxed my car because it's been over 3+ months since I've had it waxed. My car hasn't looked like this since the day I brought it home. This kind of MOBILE quality, is rare. To be able to get this all while u can get other things done off your To Do list that day is an absolute win instead of waiting around at the car wash. I will definitely be booking more appointments with Jason in the future for washes and the occasional wax no doubt!

I purchased the "Like New" with the engine clean package for $312. At first glance everything looked good. Later I noticed the water spots on the windows, dirty hatchback window jams and tire treatment stains on the ground. Probably minor, but a final check would of caught this and allowed these issues to be taken care of.

First time using this auto mobile car wash, bought price at Groupon (lavish) cost $230, car wash guy came 20 mins late and our appointment at 4pm, he finished late around 8:15 pm and it's already dark. Can't justify if vehicle is clean and we give good tip. The following day saw the the outcome of detail and it's horrible detail we had ever received. Pictures are uploaded and you do the judge! Never again to this company!

This was the best experience I've had with anyone working on my car. Jason was very professional, and showed up on time. Most of all, his pride in his work shows on my car. I wish I had a before picture of my seats so you can see the true essence of his work! My dash & doors are glistening to the Gods! My vents aren't pushing out at dust! My seats were a hot ass mess and needed a prayer and a miracle to get them back to being clean and that's exactly what he provided. To make things even better, it started raining (with thunder and lightening) and he WAITED IN HIS CAR until the rain passed to complete the job! Why pay to reupholster when you pay a low fee to restore them with RRMAD? He was the first to respond to my request and I'm so glad he was because I'm 100% a forever customer now! Definitely book an appointment or imma beat yo ass you won't be disappointed playa!

Team was nice to accept my appointment request last minute and communication was great…read more However, I reached out initially for an oil spill on my car seat. I mentioned the oil spill multiple times. They said they would be able to help me out and put extra attention in that area. I also mentioned that the back upholstery might need to come off to clean the part where the seats fold and that there are wires. I asked to confirm if they are comfortable with that. Replied to me with "I'm sure we can take care of it even with wires". The owner told me in person they tried to get between the seats as much as possible (didn't bother with the back upholstery of the seat). After the seat dried, my sister went on a drive with me. Her jeans had some of the oil stain transferred. I checked with a tissue paper and none of it came off. It's still greasy and smelly. Left him a message and asked if he can take a look at it again with his team, but left me on read. Edit: Of course, owner provided a reason for leaving me on read and declines second inspection. Misunderstanding could have been remediated with a quick follow up letting me know he is discussing logistics with his team and needs some time to respond. Edit: For anyone considering this business, please be aware that their Terms and Conditions include a clause requiring you to agree not to leave negative reviews if unsatisfied. This type of clause is illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b) and is void and unenforceable. Additionally, during our dispute, a refund was explicitly conditioned on removal of this review - also a violation of the same federal law. Document everything in writing if you use this service.

The materials they used, the workmanship, and the attention to the smallest detail is second-to-none that it's no wonder car people go to their shop for ppf/tint/detail work. Allen will work around your budget as well and understands the investment that a customer puts in to their vehicle. He treats you more than a customer - but rather a friend that you once had a few drinks with.
