It has grown since then into a franchise that by late 2025, has over 260 spots worldwide. We have never been to this one and I found it fascinating and slightly different from the normal carwash I visit (Caliber Car wash). This location was right off the main road (State Street) just to the west of the interstate entrance. It had an easy to navigate layout for newcomers like me. We were new and drove straight up to the window to pay for a basic wash with an undercarriage rinse. It cost about $9. THe staff was very friendly and pleasant and talked me into the undercarriage rinse which I appreciated. Once you are paid you pull around to the entrance and drive onto a conveyor belt. It is nice because unlike other car washes there are screens at the beginning and end to tell you what to do. It looked very clean (it was a car wash) and very high tech. We did not take advantage of the free vacuums but they looked well maintained. If you're near Bristol, it's a very good place for a car wash.

I can not give enough compliments to CURTIS who is always making sure everything is working smoothly from trying to fix a chain in the car wash on a very hot Sunday afternoon, blowing leaves off the premises making sure there enough neatly folded towels etc. They stay open exactly until 7 pm with no excuses. CURTIS is always gives his customers a great smile and he works very hard dedicating himself to make this location #1. TINA had a tremendous amount of pressure in the beginning but she finally has found a great crew. AIDEN is also an exceptionally nice and hardworking employee as well. My car is being cleaned with filled up wax dispensers or better cleaning products because I saw a real difference in the wash quality at the highest tier. If Zips didn't have a monopoly on the car wash business in Asheville I would drop my membership yesterday. I saw the guy who pre-washed the hood and wheels pulling trash bags out and showed him my hood and asked if I could run it through again. He denied my request after I licked my finger and showed how it didn't get cleaned. He suggested I mix white vinegar and water and clean it off myself. I ended up going to the self service place across from Ingles and spent $3 more to clean the spots off; and I didn't need vinegar to do it. My issue was that I didn't ask the guy for money back, just showed him the problem and asked for another run-through to solve the issue. Needless to say, they have gotten the last money from me.
