This review is only about buying a bike, I haven't used parts or service yet. Everything was great. The sales person, Bruce, gave me a true out the door price quote on the phone with no hassle, no pressure to "come in and talk" like two other dealers did. Just a number on the specific bike I wanted. I showed up the next day to talk further, sort of expecting the number to be changed, "oh we forgot to add this tax..." But no, the number was real, and was several hundred less than the other quotes. So I did the deal, which took probably an hour-ish I think. No drama. They did make a mistake in paperwork, but corrected it easily with an email and a phone call. Often, how a company fixes mistakes says more than just never making one. Dealing with Rick was great and he took care of all the details with minimal hassle and kept me updated on when the bike would arrive. Almost everything was done over the phone and the delivery process took less than 30 minutes. I met John, the owner, while I was at the dealership and he was very nice and friendly. Jessica in Parts helped me choose all the gear I needed since I have been out of dirt bikes for a while and I needed everything. She was very patient as I tried on lots of helmets and boots. When they realized they had underpriced one of their units on the website they tried to change the terms of the deal to discourage us from moving forward but was still willing to give us the same deal on a different unit (even though the terms of the offer were exactly the same and the prices between the two models was only a $200 difference). Complete crooks. Will never do business with this company again as they completely lack integrity. Avoid these clowns at all costs unless you want to get ripped off. $200 difference in total price and they were looking to up our APR from 5.99% to 13.99% and up our term from 72 to 84 months. Was obvious they were trying to talk us in to the other model to the point that we even stepped aside during the sales process and discussed that this was exactly what they were going to do and low and behold they did. I must admit, I was wary of purchasing a new bike from a dealership, the perceived hassle of having to negotiate and wondering about hidden fees when they get you in the sales office. I am pleased to write that was not the case with my purchase. I did my research and I knew the bike I wanted, the KTM 790R. I also knew this bike was in high demand and that these bikes do not last long on the showroom floor, so I was prepared for anything. I contacted Motocity and spoke with Rick, who confirmed they had the exact model that I was looking for, "The Last One" they had. Rick immediately sent me photos to confirm we were talking about the exact bike. I knew what the market price for the bike and Rick supplied me the price and was adamant that there was no "Hidden Fees!" I drove down from Vegas and meet with Rick; we inspected the bike and I completed the purchase of the bike with John. John went thru agreement and confirmed there was no "Hidden Fees!" I chose a couple upgrades which needed to be installed. John knew I was excited to complete the purchase so I could head to Flagstaff to "break-in" the bike on some Forest Service Roads. John rushed my bike thru the service department and even paid for my lunch while I waited for it to be completed. Dave "Bulldog" in the service department was outstanding as they completed the upgrades faster than the estimated time. Bulldog went over the bike in detail and assisted with loading my bike and even showed me some tricks to securing the bike. I went there tonight (5/5/20) to purchase a motorcycle with $6,000 down and the remaining $2,393 on my credit card. They rejected the OTD pricing because of the 3% credit card fee which would amount to $72.00 in credit card fees accrued to MotoCity. They do not care about transparency, just their bottom line. Typically I've always liked this shop, but my opinions have vastly changed after making some fairly large recent purchases here. First off, I walk in to purchase a 2020 CRF125 for my girlfriend, we get a quote and while we are finishing up the paperwork they roll out the bike, first thing I check is the VIN, it shows a 2019 when we did the paperwork on a 2020. I tell them it's not a 2020 and they say "oh of course it is!", After some back and forth, and an hour long wait we finally walk out the door with a 2020 mod. Could've been an honest mistake, but it seems like they were trying to get away with selling a 2019 at 2020 price. Next up, I call in to get a price quote on a 2020 Honda Talon 1000X-4 Fox Live Valve. I live about 2 hours from their shop so I wanted to make a deal before walking in. They quote me a pretty stellar deal! Roughly $25k out the door. My response: "Are you sure we are talking about the Live Valve Edition?" Their response "of course! Come on down and we'll make a deal". I get in the car, rent a trailer and head down, get into the finance department and "Whoops!!" We quoted you on the non Live Valve. That'll be $29k out the door. We settle at $27k and I make the purchase. I get the Honda Talon home, start playing with the odometer and realize they had it switched to the tripmeter! There was already 70 miles on it before I got it home!! That is 30 miles short of its first service interval which requires a full engine oil and transmission fluid change! Life goes on I suppose.. next thing I know, 2 friends of mine are looking to buy Honda Talons too, I tell them, hey why don't you buy mine? I was looking at other models anyways.. Then they tell me they were quoted $25k on a brand new Fox Live Valve Edition. That's $2k less than I paid, and $4k less than they originally tried to charge me less than 2 months prior. To finish it all off, it's been over 6 weeks now and I still haven't received the title to the Honda Talon because of an apparent "typo" with the VIN on the paperwork. Needless to say, I won't be doing business here ever again, and I don't recommend anyone else do either. They all boast "family ran and operated", but they are no better than the big commerical RideNow shops all over the valley. read more

I keep coming back due to their OTD pricing, zero BS, no haggling, no stupid mark-ups, no teenaged salespersons and no bait/switch tactics. Sales, financing, parts and service department people were all great during my purchase of a KTM 500 exc-f. What I didn't expect was an attitude from the owner immediately following my sale. They only beat ridenow chandler's price by $97. After the drive and the Attitude from the owner it wasn't worth saving $97. Returned $500 in riding gear and parts due to this. Great price on the bike only get you so far. Will only go back to get the backordered parts from the deal. BUYER BEWARE! Now after the deal and my backordered parts have arrived, I am told the parts are being shipped to me instead of being installed. The deal when I purchased the bike was the bike OTD plus a skid plate and LED headlightwith Install . The condition of me purchasing these accessories was the dealer would install them. I was not pleased with the owner's attitude after the sale and returned my in store purchase $610 in accessories and service warranty of $723. Now the dealer is back tracking and my sales person Derik states that was never discussed, even though I have screen shots of a text message stating this. Please do your homework before buying at this dealer. I deeply regret not purchasing from RideNow Chandler for $97 more and purchasing my versahauler online. Buying this dirt bike should have been a fun and exciting experience.
