This review is only about buying a bike, I haven't used parts or service yet. Everything was great. The sales person, Bruce, gave me a true out the door price quote on the phone with no hassle, no pressure to "come in and talk" like two other dealers did. Just a number on the specific bike I wanted. I showed up the next day to talk further, sort of expecting the number to be changed, "oh we forgot to add this tax..." But no, the number was real, and was several hundred less than the other quotes. So I did the deal, which took probably an hour-ish I think. No drama. They did make a mistake in paperwork, but corrected it easily with an email and a phone call. Often, how a company fixes mistakes says more than just never making one. Nobody's perfect, I just want ownership of problems and a correction, which is what happened.

I bought a 2022 KTM Freeride E-XC. They are hard to find and I only had to wait about 3 months for it to come in after I put down a deposit. Dealing with Rick was great and he took care of all the details with minimal hassle and kept me updated on when the bike would arrive. Almost everything was done over the phone and the delivery process took less than 30 minutes. I met John, the owner, while I was at the dealership and he was very nice and friendly. Jessica in Parts helped me choose all the gear I needed since I have been out of dirt bikes for a while and I needed everything. She was very patient as I tried on lots of helmets and boots. By the way, they carry many bike brands and have a huge inventory of bikes and side by sides. It is an awesome toy store. Overall, it was a totally positive experience and I can't wait to get my new bike out this weekend. Thanks again!

This is the only place my husband buys his dirtbikes. Good fair pricing given right up front. No hassels, and you don't feel like your at a car lot.

This occurred 5/5/20. They tote the below "...no hassle Out The Door pricing..." which is not true. I went there tonight (5/5/20) to purchase a motorcycle with $6,000 down and the remaining $2,393 on my credit card. They rejected the OTD pricing because of the 3% credit card fee which would amount to $72.00 in credit card fees accrued to MotoCity. They do not care about transparency, just their bottom line. I immediately went to GO AZ Peoria and bought the same bike 2019 KTM EXC-F, with a lower price. See photo.

Purchased a new KTM 450 XCF from Marty Pedi at Motocity and I couldn't be happier with them. Great deal on the new bike and very fair on my trade in. They treat you like a valued customer. The only place I will shop from now on for all of my motorcycle needs. I would highly recommend that you give them a try.

I purchased the Scooter sight unseen over the phone based on the good vibe I received from my salesman, John.

Nobody answers the phone . Nobody answers through email . We never get any responds on Facebook messenger as well . Just once I heard a voice of Heather H. and without answer on my question she hanged up on me . Then I got a few text messages from her with no clear information . She promised to get information about our order and it last for many hours . Now we are promised to get refund . Why ? So , they don't have it here in USA ? Why it takes to get respond from warehouse for many hours . We have cellphones now, we have internet ... Why after 3 weeks we didn't get any updates ??? Would you like to have such a deal ? If it's not scam this is very bad business . If you don't want to get angry and upset your kid stay away from this company . If I can say that this is a company . My son is very upset now, I'm very angry and now I'm doubting about refunding process . Also, they don't let negative responds stay on their Facebook page. I left some comments and they magically were erased . Read some negative reviews : https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/powerdirtbikes.com Update: We didn't get our motorbike . We call our bank to get money back . The worth experience ever!!!! Stay away!!!!!

Heather set me up with a sweet deal on multiple bikes I was purchasing for my nephews. Shipping was fast. Made sure I received everything. The best part was the whole time I felt like I was dealing with a person and not a corporation. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is when buying online and over the phone.

I visited GO AZ Peoria fully prepared to purchase a motorcycle I had seen online. My experience…read morestarted off strong; I was greeted warmly with a water, and my salesman, Dustin, was a polite, upfront gentleman. However, the experience fell apart during the trade-in process. After being quoted a fair range of $1,500-$2,000, the "verdict" came back at a laughable $500 for a low-mileage Ninja 300, citing wear-and-tear costs that didn't come close to justifying a $1,500 drop. When I chose to walk away from the deal and mentioned that my time had been wasted, I was met with shocking behavior from the General Manager, Brian Ruiterman. Instead of trying to save the deal or de-escalate, Brian made a dismissive hand gesture and told me, "BYE, BYE." To be treated with such arrogance by a GM is unacceptable. Dustin actually came out to apologize for his manager's behavior, which says a lot about the culture Brian is fostering. I would have likely bought the bike outright without the trade-in if the management hadn't been so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to corporate and Gina Marra. If this is how the leadership treats customers, go elsewhere.
