Promised one thing to make the sale, then tried to charge me $5,000 for routine break-in service. Bought a brand-new 2026 Honda CRF250RX here on 6/15 for $8,400. During the sale, the salesman (Damon) told me directly that the dealership would cover the initial maintenance after the 15-mile break-in. That was part of why I bought it. I did the break-in exactly as instructed and came back the very next day for the service. Suddenly it "wasn't covered" -- and they wanted to charge me OVER $5,000. That's more than half the price of the entire bike, for routine first-service work: oil and filter change, a fastener check, chain adjustment, air filter inspection, and a general once-over. There is no world where that job costs $5,000. So within 24 hours they (1) told me one thing to close the sale and another once they had my money, and (2) tried to gouge a brand-new customer on basic maintenance. I bought a brand-new Honda in good faith and this is how I was treated before I put a real mile on it. I'd think hard before buying here. Get every promise in writing, because a verbal commitment from this dealership apparently means nothing the day after the sale. I've also filed a complaint directly with Honda motorsports. read more

I went to RideNow Powersports Surprise a couple months ago to replace my tires. Stock tires were just squared off badly, and didn't think anything could go wrong with a simple tire change. But boy was I wrong. They sold me a new set of Michelin Commander 3s. Rear tire was maybe a year old, and the front was 5 and a half year years old. Additionally the front tire creates a lot of harmonic foot vibration at certain speeds, 35-45mph mostly, and slightly at around 60mph. I called back to see if there is something they could do and take a look, and confirm that the harmonic vibration is just coming from the tire and honor the warranty. I have checked the brakes to make sure they are seated properly, and the chain to make sure it was aligned. It's a 2 year old bike and doubt it's the wheel bearings. The service rep I spoke to said they spoke to their service manager, and stated that they could legally sell me a tire up to a week before expiration and there is zero recourse on my end, and not honor any warranty. They will not help in the least, but they did ask me to bring the bike in (at a charge). Fat chance. In spite of my low expectation of RideNow Powersports Surprise, They managed to disappoint and infuriate me beyond what I could expect. So there goes 580 bucks of my money, and need to go to Go AZ next to see what else they screwed up and buy a proper set of tires. if it is something significant. they will be served papers requiring them to show up to small claims to pay for fixing my bike. In the meantime, if there is a place to list a review, I am leaving this on every AZ motorcycle forum, every facebook page, and any other place that can have a review. If they don't listen to me over the phone, perhaps they will respond to countless reviews EDIT After this post was made, someone at RideNow Powersports Surprise was made aware of my situation. The service manager called me directly asking what they could do to make this right. Ultimately, they ended up ordering me a new front tire, and replaced it as a rush request. Tire is fine now and they took corrective action against the person that I was talking to regarding this issue. I cannot say I will still ever be back, but they did correct their actions. Ryan a sales woman was very dishonest and told me they had the machine I wanted, and I drove 2 hrs to pick it up, only to find out it wasn't there, it was in their warehouse! and it's closed . wasted about 6 hrs total and fuel. a long haired guy that tried to make it right only added insult by telling me she never said it was there. never trust anything they say, they are just trying to get you in the door, no matter what. Purchasing my RZR from RideNow was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. After spending a significant amount of money, I expected at least basic customer service and communication. Instead, I was left frustrated, ignored, and without my vehicle for an entire month beyond the promised delivery date. Throughout the process, RideNow repeatedly blamed the shipping company, V-Twin Express, for the delays. When I contacted V-Twin Express, they pointed the finger right back at RideNow. Meanwhile, I was caught in the middle with no answers, no accountability, and no support from the company that had already taken my money. What was most disappointing was RideNow's complete lack of ownership. Rather than advocating for their customer, providing updates, or helping resolve the issue, they simply distanced themselves from the problem and left me to figure it out on my own. Once the sale was completed, it felt like customer service no longer mattered. When I spoke to a manager he said he had to speak to the GM. Finally after a month of phone calls the GM did exactly what I thought he would do. Basically, said it was not their fault it was the shipping company. (worthless)... If you're considering purchasing a RZR or any powersports vehicle, I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers, communicate honestly, and stand behind their sales. Based on my experience, RideNow is not one of them. Once they get your money, they cut you off!!! A major purchase should be exciting, not as stressful as this was. Unfortunately, RideNow turned what should have been a great experience into a 2 month-long headache. I encountered some problems with my Yamaha dirt bike, so I decided to take it back to RideNow, where I initially bought it, for a complete carburetor clean. After several weeks of troubleshooting the problem and cleaning the carburetor many times, I came to the conclusion that I needed their help to resolve the issue. The task required removing the seat and possibly the gas tank, which I wasn't comfortable doing on my own. The carburetor required a complete removal and cleaning, which I wanted them to handle. When I dropped off the bike, I explained to the newly hired bearded service advisor exactly what I had done and what needed to be done. I emphasized that they needed to completely take out the carburetor, as a simple cleaning hadn't resolved the issue. I detailed what happened after my cleaning efforts and what they should investigate. However, when I got the bike back, the same problem persisted. I spoke with Slater, who informed me that they had merely cleaned the carburetor without removing it. I couldn't understand why they would repeat my previous work, charge me $200+, and then claim the bike was fixed. Apparently the bearded service advisor must've completely ignored everything I told him. I dropped the bike back off again thinking they were going to fix the bike properly but I was wrong. The second time they cleaned the carburetor again and put in fresh gas while leaving in the paperwork notes that further work needed to be done. COULD THE FURTHER WORK BE TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE CARBURETOR??? After they dropped off the bike, it started for a few seconds before stalling out. The bike wouldn't idle. They didn't do anything to resolve my issue. They took my bike, performed the same tasks I had already done, took my money, and returned a non-functional bike. RideNow was clearly in the wrong, and they were aware of it, but didn't want to invest more time into properly fixing the problem after wasting time on ineffective solutions. Now I'm out over $400 (trailer rental,etc) and still have a broken bike. It's currently at a different shop, where they're addressing the issue the right way. Incredibly incompetent staff. Traded a side-by-side and purchased a boat from ride now Surprise after completing all of the paperwork, they stated the boat should be here in two weeks from Florida. One week after purchase there was no update on transport. We called daily for three days with no update stating they hadn't heard from their Transport partner. Called the general manager who then finally could give us an ETA and was told the boat would be leaving on a Tuesday when we called Wednesday. Nobody could confirm that it had occurred. Received a call on Friday that the boat was in State, but that we could not pick it up until Wednesday. Received a call Monday that our boat was available to be picked up but we could not get any of the paperwork as the only person who had access to it was not in office until Thursday. Then took the day off Thursday to get the paperwork and register the boat and it turns out that the paperwork was incomplete, even after verifying that all the paperwork was complete before leaving. Got down to game and fish, and found out that a document was missing that needs to be an original copy from Florida Ride now does not take any accountability or provide any customer service for their multiple failings. Many bad experiences but this last one was the worst. Sent our machine in for maintenance on Friday, they returned it the next day, this past Saturday. Had a call the same day from the supposed Service Manager following up and letting us know that our unit had a small water leak. Nothing to worry about. Just keep an eye on it. Today we get another call from the Service Department wanting to schedule a date/time for them to deliver our unit. After telling the person who called that we already had our unit back, he proceeded to tell us that we needed to get the unit back in for immediate service as we have a pretty bad leak. Which is it? A nothing to worry about leak or a pretty bad leak? And if it's a pretty bad leak, why not call us last Friday while our unit was already there? Seriously going to find another service place. After a previous bad encounter, the salesperson, Damon+ one other person , initially seemed eager, especially when we asked about the street-legal kit. He assured us it came with a windshield, roof, mirror, back license plate frame, and blinkers. We were adamant about confirming this, and Damon+1 person said we'd get it all. However, he kept saying he was in and out of our sale, that he didn't know everything, and that it was above his pay grade--but he was still the one confirming we could get it taken care of. Instead of having the vehicle ready for a smooth pickup at 11, they were too busy texting us, asking what time we'd arrive, even though the car wasn't ready. This delayed our entire day--we arrived but didn't leave until after 2:15, making us late to pick up our young daughters, who couldn't get in my home .I told them how upset I was, and instead of making it right, they offered a refund, saying they couldn't make us happy because they couldn't deliver what was promised. At the end of the day, we ended up taking the vehicle because we had been dealing with this for two days, trying to figure out how to make it work. But I still left completely unsatisfied. I felt completely disrespected, and the unprofessionalism was blatant--this is a repeated problem, according to the service team. Today I took my new Kymco Super 8 scooter out for the first time. When I stopped at a store, I was going to get apples. I couldn't open the under seat trunk. I tried but no luck. I decided to talk it to Ride Now Power Sports and ask if they could help me open the under seat storage area. The Service Writer ( I didn't catch his name) was very helpful and willing to look at the locking system. He tried a number of times and then went to get one of the mechanics. The mechanic walked over to the scooter put the key into a different lock on the side of the scooter and boom it opened up. I didn't see the lock there and Intold the mechanic and service writer that I felt pretty stupid that I didn't see the lock. The point of the story is ; The STAFF at RIDE NOW SUPRISE took the time (with a smile) to help a fellow rider fix and understand the scooter. I didn't buy the scooter there, they had no obligation to help. They just did it. My hats off to the staff and if you need any service on your motor Toys, take them to RIDE NOW SURPRISE. I contacted Ridenow to inspect a 2016 Can Am XDS that I was considering purchasing. The service department assured me that they would conduct a thorough inspection, allowing me to make an informed decision about my purchase. When I arrived at Ridenow to talk to the service tech, I walked in through the sales department. I was told by one of the salespersons that if I didn't purchase the SXS that they would. I later found out that the seller was also told that they wanted to buy it. Trying to buy a SXS out from under the buyer when they are bringing it to the facility for a used vehicle inspection is beyond unethical and is a poor business practice Rather than providing a realistic report of concerns and necessary repairs. Ridenow created an estimate of what appeared to be every single part to make the vehicle new again. Keep in mind the vehicle only has 220 hours on it. It would appear that RideNow created a estimate that would deter me from buying the SXS so that RideNow could purchase it themselves. The seller shared that when he called RideNow to let them know that the ownership had transferred to me that the service Tech sounded disappointed. On my way home the speedometer was not functioning and this was not an item listed on RideNow's estimate. I called RideNow to request them to restore the vehicle to it's condition prior to bringing it to them. The service person immediately said that he could order the parts and charge me for the additional service. When I again stated the speedometer was working prior to bringing it them, he said he would have the service manager call me back. I later received a call back from the service manager. The service manager also stated he could order the parts if I was willing to pay for the repair. After paying for RideNow for a used vehicle inspection, you would think RideNow would be smart enough to just have me bring it back and they could determine if they just knocked something off or something got loose. They could then rule out if it was their mistake and make me feel more comfortable about paying for a legitimate repair. The Service Manager didn't even try and present like they care about customer service. Obviously a business is there to make money, however, only caring about your profit is poor customer service. They got their quick buck and lost me as a customer. I hope people look anywhere else, but RideNow to purchase or have service completed. read more

Avoid if you have a choice! Mine was stolen and rolled so I had to take it to dealer for insurance purposes but while they had it I decided to upgrade a few things and for the extra 6k I spent, I can't honestly say that I'm happy or even satisfied. Funny thing is they sent me a, "are you satisfied text" a week ago and I replied no and they said a manager would get back to me, no such luck so far. Talked to people there and they just said sorry and well can sell you more stuff to fix our mistakes, but no manager call. Tried to buy a 2024 Can-am Defender and was told the salesman Stephen Brown was going to call me with the details, never got a call. I ended up going down to Ridenow Goodyear and bought from them instead. Stephen also decided it would be a good idea to argue with me in local Facebook groups over how much money they make off financing, about how he didn't call me because he was told someone else did, about how he doesn't care where i buy from, and had some childish argument with me including laughing at my replies. I legit will NEVER buy another unit from RN again because of this guy specifically. Ive bought several units from RN and will never again. This younger generation of workers are so unprofessional its sad. What a piss poor look for them. Whats even better is Chris Rottinger the GM of RN Chandler trying to get involved as well. My husband has purchased 2 dirt bikes from here. He has also traded one in. He describes Ride Now more like a dealership. The sales men are pretty cool but only have general knowledge of what they are selling. This is a good place to go if you have all the knowledge and know what you are looking for and you know pricing. This is not the place you want to go to seeking knowledge while shopping. The best place to go is a ride shop ran by individuals who ride what they sell all the time. They live it and know it. When he made the purchases they all were great to deal with but had no idea what they were selling. Example my husband asked him where the choke on a specific model was and he was told it didn't have one. It took my husband a minute to find it,, but it was there. As far as their techs most are fresh out of school and can do basic set ups. Some times things are off that only one who is experienced can find which makes it kind of a pain. A friend of ours used to be the head mechanic there so all the guys would request him. Ask for their most experienced guy if any. Again this is on the dirt bikes. Again a okay place to go, but only recommend if you already are in the know. read more

If there was an ability to give these assholes negative stars, I'd do it. Last night I saw a bike they were advertising which I was interested in (Hayabusa). The price seemed too good to be true, and I know how dealerships operate, so I took a chance and called. Turns out the bike was not new, as indicated in the ad. It was a demo bike with 2,500 miles on the clock, according to the sales guy (Cody, I think his name was). I was still interested. I asked Cody if I could come down and take it for a ride. It was a demo bike after all. He said sure. I told him I would be down the next day for a ride. Fast forward to the next morning. My phone rings ten minutes after they open. It's another sales guy (Steve). Steve asks if I'll be coming in today. I said yes, in a couple hours. I get there and ask for Steve. Steve comes out we chat briefly. I ask where the demo bike is, I'm ready to take it for a ride. Steve says they don't do demo rides. Seriously? I told him that Cody offered up a test ride to me the night before, and that was the only reason I was even there. Steve said "Cody wouldn't say that". Well Steve, he did say that. Someone, maybe both of them are lying. It's clearly a bullshit tactic just to get proplr through the door, and then they try and set the hook. "Sure come on down and take a spin". "Oh, we don't do demos". Assholes. Anyway, as soon as Steve said no ride, I told him to fuck off, grabbed my gear and left. Steve said "We haven't even talked about a deal yet" as I was leaving. I told him to fuck off one more time. I rode half an hour to take a ride on a demo bike with 2,500 miles on it, and you tell me you don't do demo rides? So who put on those 2,500 miles? On the "demo" bike? For what it's worth, I've been a Hayabusa owner for 20 years. I've had three. I was looking for #4. It's a shame that Ride Now is nothin more than a stinking pile of #2. read more
