Fantastic value for the money - the units are huge (we are in a 2b2b that is almost 1400 sq ft) and relatively new. Not as modern as some of the other apartment buildings we saw, but the size of our unit more than makes up for it. Management is relatively quick to respond to issues. I moved in July 10. Since then, we have had issues getting maintenance orders responded to in a timely manner (took about a week to repair the broken washer), though management communicated it was due to the head of maintenance being out so they were understaffed. Another issue I've noticed is with recycling - there is a large compactor at the entrance of the community that is absolutely chock full. So full that people had no choice but to place their recycling outside resulting in a huge pile of cardboard. The biggest issue is the package room. Every single building in the community has their own package room - but packages are extremely commonly delivered to the incorrect building, so it becomes a game of checking each building for your package. Overall I still have enjoyed living here so far, but it definitely has its quirks. read more

The condominium is beautiful and well-maintained, but you will be disappointed with the staff. They are terrible and leave you hanging when you need help, give you inaccurate information, and mistreat residents. Diana is the worst of them. read more

The property managers here are incompetent, slow to reply, discriminatory and unprofessional. They never want to take accountability for anything. We have been long residents here and, in the beginning, when this place first opened up, it was a great place to live. The prior managers were efficient and friendly. We have put up with the constant turnover of new managers over the last 2-3 years and plan on leaving as soon as we can. We had rented out their event space for a baby shower and after it ended, people went home. During late at night AFTER HOURS, a group of strangers came in and trashed the place. This was all caught on camera and there was supposedly "security on premises" yet the prop manager still placed the blame on us and banned us from renting the place going forward. They even tried sticking us with the cleaning bill of $2,500! Thankfully, we were able to have that waived after we replied and told them to check their cameras, because it was clearly not our fault. So even with proof and footage, they won't take accountability and place unfair blame on us. Are we supposed to stay at the event space for 24 hours and monitor who's there? Is that OUR responsibility? Are we supposed to interrogate everyone that comes through the Clubhouse? That's not our job. Where was security during all of this? In the video tape footage, you can see that it is a group of teenagers. Me and my guests are adults, small children and older family members who are there to celebrate a baby shower. Completely ridiculous. In conclusion, they need to do better to serve and accommodate their residents. read more

This place sucks - packages being stolen for months and management and specifically, Brian Walsh do NOT care. They have done NOTHING to curb this despite knowing it's a huge problem in all buildings. Literally, packages being slashed to see what's inside and they are saying they can't look at the cameras. Both times I have had packages stolen, it has taken weeks for Bryan to respond, honestly with no solution. The front desk staff most times have no idea what's going on - sends out email about new pool keys, goes to get one, "what pool key?" mail issues. Lastly, the were paying people gift cards to write positive reviews which makes me think they were desperate for positive reviews. STAY AWAY! read more

Several months ago had a Missing package and notified the office over a week ago and Bryan Walsh couldn't care to respond. During the holidays packages were missing like crazy so clearly an ongoing issue that they don't care to address. 7/2022 numerous slashed packages in the mail room, and again (shock) missing package. Bryan has done nothing and not even responded to my email. They said they were installing new cameras months ago, nothing. Lived here for a year and it was not a good experience. I've been renting for many many years and this was by far the most disappointing apartment ever. Seriously don't understand all the good reviews on Google. Elevation might be new and shiny but it definitely has it's downfalls. First - the elephant stomping noises from the apartment above us - were TERRIBLE; happening all hours of the night and early morning hours. After multiple complaints and management "talking" to the tenants above us, nothing was resolved, and we just had to live with it. We were told that supposedly one of the tenants worked weird hours because they drove for Uber, and they also had a friend over and let them practice their tap dancing(!!!), but they also had kids running around on top of that - it was just endless excuse after excuse and nothing was done for us to compensate for this inability to even sleep or relax in our HOME (and we were living in one of their most expensive units, so it was particularly disappointing because it was not what you expected for having to pay so much for rent). There is also a big lack of communication, probably due to the high turnover of management and staff. Lots of notices are made after the fact or within very short notice (like 24 hours short). Rules keep getting changed whenever they feel like it, without consulting any tenants - like the coffee machine only being available for a few hours in the morning when it was supposed to be available 24/7 as we were told when we signed, changes in package policy requiring us to walk over and get all packages from the leasing office which has limited hours instead of just being able to grab our packages from our building's lobby (a real inconvenience during inclement weather when you just want what you ordered without having to go outside), they switched out our washer/dryer halfway through to a much louder one, and the list goes on. There is also dog poop everywhere that residents don't pick up and aren't made to pick-up so it's really unsightly and smelly; I tried reporting it once but with no-response and nothing being done about it. If you're thinking about living here, re-think it. It's not all that glamorous, it just looks like it. read more

Moved here a couple of months ago and so far from everything has been great. New and spacious apartment, friendly management staff, and good amenities. It's close to the train station with shuttle service. We did however had issues with the apartment when we first moved in - last tenant left strong smell of cigarettes. Fair price. Beautiful apartments. Great amenities. Amazing staff. Lots of parking. Near the T. Only downside are the thin floors and you can hear your neighbors footsteps above. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a place on the top floor. read more

Moved here from Revere a few months ago. Everything is brand new. Its like a country club type of atmosphere. It's very close to the city without paying city rents. The apartment is brand new. I was given a free months rent. I don't need to step outside with the garage parking so no more shoveling! I don't even know where to begin! For starters The Elevation office staff are the best! They really go above and beyond to exceed your needs. I feel very fortunate to have such great staff available who are willing and happy to help. I love the amenities like, The pool, Grills, Fire pit and the little water pond! I live on the 5th floor and have stunning views and the garage down stairs is sooo convenient, No more shoveling or getting caught in nasty weather! Everything seems great until you sign on the dotted line. The leasing office is very unprofessional and difficult to work with. They had requested to enter our apartment to have maintenance look at an issue that the neighbor above us had. We gave the OK for them to enter the apartment, however when I returned home they had cut a 2' x 2' hole in our closet wall and thrown all of our clothes from the closet onto the bed. Never once did they let us know that they had to do work in our apartment and they NEVER asked permission to handle our personal belongings. My suits and shirts that were hung up and ironed were dumped in a big wrinkled pile on my bed and they left a note that said "be back tomorrow, keep clear". It ended up taking four days to re-patch the wall and if I didn't rush down to the leasing office before they closed, we would have had nowhere to sleep that night. I told them that at the very least they could open up a vacant apartment nearby so I can store my belongings while the apartment was being worked on, which they did. They never once apologized for the inconvenience or tried to make it up to me in anyway. This was one of about a half dozen incidents that occurred at elevation while I was there (security concerns, fire alarm malfunction at 2AM, lack of parking, missing packages) so I wanted out. I told the leasing office that I'm prepared to leave my apartment 2 months early (giving them a 90 day notice) if they waived the absurd "lease break fee". Elevation requires a payment of THREE MONTHS (plus an additional 2 month notice) in order to break your lease. It would actually be cheaper for me to stay the full term, which the leasing office is forcing me to do by denying my request. I'm trapped in this awful complex and I would ask anyone who is thinking of signing up to re-consider. Also just for the record - the reviews on their facebook site is actively managed, so all negative reviews are deleted. Everyone who works within the leasing office has also given themselves 5 star reviews to further stack the deck. read more

Overall, my husband and I have had a positive experience at Elevation over the last two years. Lots of great amenities including 24/7 gym, ample parking, USPS envelope drop-off in the mail room, dry cleaning pick up, free building events & outdoor pool. There are some improvements that have already been made based on tenant feedback, such as easier access to packages and more frequent trash & recycling pick-ups. I am hopeful that the building will get a bigger shuttle to the T stop to accommodate more people once Quincy Adams is no longer under construction & can accommodate the larger van. Maintenance (Paul & his team) is prompt with replying to tenant service requests and neighbors are generally pleasant, though you have your few bad apples/noisy folks, that's to be expected anywhere you live. I would honestly say that the property manager, Meg, is seriously THE HERO of Elevation and keeps everything running smoothly, making it a really nice place to live. She's also hired a great team in the front office that deals with a lot of ridiculousness (i.e. whichever tenant thought it was a great idea last month to put their entire couch in the recycling compactor, which was obviously not designed to compact furniture!). These folks seriously deserve a medal. One thing I would note is that you do hear some sound from the floor above you, but not much you can do about that in a multi-level apartment complex. read more

Been watching this place be built since they first started construction. I just moved in, in the beginning of August from a different apartment in Quincy. I got one month free when i signed a 13 month lease! Complex is brand new and very well maintained, the on-site maintenance is very helpful. The application process wasn't a headache, and the staff was able to answer every single one of my questions. The community is great, and welcoming. Them being pet free is a big perk, especially with having a young daughter who is afraid of dogs. The complex is close enough to the city, but not too close in the case I am paying high amounts for rent. They also offer a shuttle service that goes to the train station, but on a nice day the walk is quick and enjoyable. I have and will continue to recommend this complex to my friends! read more
