There is abundant parking nearby so no worries about that part of the puzzle. Tom is the most knowledgeable medical practitioner I have ever encountered. I am 72 years old so I have been to dozens of internists, surgeons, dentists, oral surgeons and physical therapists all over the United States throughout my life. Tom McCaffrey knows more about the human body and how it functions than anyone I have seen. He doesn't mind explaining (in layman's terms) what is happening in your body, how it can be corrected or the pain alleviated by myofascial release. He also explains how the patient can help him/herself when on his or her own. That is very, very helpful when you suffer chronic pain. I highly recommend Sky Myofascial Release ! S Mulhearn

The treatment is hands on and delivered by Tom who has been a licensed physical therapist since 1998. Tom has taken over 600 hours of continuing education and is an advanced myofascial release practitioner. His true expertise though is helping those who have sought help elsewhere with limited or no results. Tom has treated this way throughout his career and is now bringing it near to home in Ridgefield, CT.

The receptionist blamed me, was condescending and rude, and insisted on fighting instead of just saying sorry for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service, especially for a new customer that was recommended to him by an existing patient. Then she called me back again to explain what happened, and I asked her if I could call her back since I was on the phone with my doctor. She didn't care and continued to keep talking twice because her time was more important than mine. I called her back only to be blamed yet again, and then received the following email today. I spoke with the doctor about our telephone conversation on Monday, September 21, 2020 and he feels that it is best not to see you as a patient in this office. We have cancelled your appointment and refunded your $50.00 deposit. The doctor doesn't even know my side of the story but cancelled this appt regardless. I also called to clarify these multiple appts I had in my calendar, and no one called me back in several days. It's a shame his receptionist treats patients with major health issues like this instead of treating them with compassion. I will definitely let my wellness practitioner know who recommended him highly to me about this horrible experience.

I had my facelift in July of 2025 and am thrilled. My friends raved about how I look better, but…read morestill me. The longer you wait post op, the better it gets. A must do is to stay at the Inn at split rock and take advantage of 24 hour care, custom meals, hyperbaric chamber and lymphatic massages while waiting the seven days for all stitches to be removed. Age 76 at the time of the surgery, I was worried my age would be a problem, but I was reassured by the careful pre-op physicals that Dr. Gordon required for me to complete before my surgery date. Now that I am 8 months post op, happier than ever. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Gordon many years ago. At first, it looked good. But over the course…read moreof ten years the shape of my nose started to change, looking larger, drooping at the tip, and one area near the top of my nose becoming hollow. I recently had a revision rhinoplasty performed with another doctor, where I learned that my nasal bones were completely collapsing. The cartilage in my nose was filled with so much scar tissue, along with blue stitches that should never have been left in my nose permanently. Luckily, my doctor was able to remove the scar tissue and the stitches, and restore my nose to a healthy state. I know many other people who have had rhinoplasties with Dr. Gordon and all have needed revisions. I actually went back to Dr. Gordons office a few months before I had my revision to see what he thought of what was happening to my nose, and all he did was tell me that "I am fine and to go home". Dr. Gordon should not be performing rhinoplasties on anyone. He has a horrible bedside manner and is performing surgeries that are way out of his scope of expertise. This is malpractice.
