Lived there for over two years. In my honest opinion, extremely overpriced For an outdated, tiny space. I feel they increased the price due to the location in Rosetta, taking advantage. Definitely not luxury apts. There are many homes for rent in the same area for the same cost or lower. My car has been broken into. Everything from my trunk was stolen, including the back of my license plate. I reported it to the police. Months later, they found my license plate on a stolen Tahoe. Security is there, but never monitoring. One small pool for a huge apartment complex is ridiculous. Teenagers in the restrooms getting high with children around. Flickering lights Surrounding the apartments which they never fix. Ladies in the office are kind and understanding, but the males are on a power trip. When I moved out, they charged me for every little thing they can without compromise or understanding my situation. No compassion. All about the money and that's unfortunate. And good luck if you have special-needs children or adults, they will constantly complain. I won't go into details (unless asked), but it's complete discrimination. Recently moved into a home nearby the Ridgestone apartment complex and I'm extremely grateful. This review is not out of vengeance. I just want people to know what my family experienced. read more

From the very first phone call, to viewing floor plans, to signing paperwork, to moving in and now living here for 9 months, Ridgestone has been the greatest! I honestly don't understand the negative reviews I've seen on here or on Google Maps at all. All the staff is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They answer every question and concern with clarity. We've had a few random things needing attention since being here and each time the process has been quick and painless. There is ALWAYS parking spots open no matter the time or day. Even guest parking (2nd car parking) spots are available which is so rare at any apartment complex. Making it easy for folks with multiple cars to always have a spot. There's strict guidelines for permits so we never have an issue with someone taking our assigned covered spot either. We are so close to the freeway and all major shopping plazas. Amenities are all within reach 2-10 min driving distance. The community park next door has fields for any sport, tennis courts, basketball courts and a smaller fenced off dog park (one area for small and another for big breeds). There is a wonderful pool/spa/bbq/firepit area that is always clean, 24/7 smaller sized gym, and playgrounds for kids. Our neighbors are of all family sizes, very friendly and respectful. Since cats and dogs are welcome here there are also plenty around to meet with. Most breeds are welcome and pet rent is $50 a month per dog. There are pet spots throughout with poop bags and bins. Although sometimes we've seen owners not pick up after themselves it's clear the staff will do their utmost to address this and have it cleaned up. Washer and dryer in most units!! Units are very decently sized. The square footage here is one main reason we chose this place. Some units have garages but those are limited and only for particular units (no waiting lists unfortunately). The patios are very decently sized as well especially if you're like us and have a corner unit, it wraps around the building! One thing to keep in mind is there are 3rd floor units and no elevators. Probably the only downside to this place. Also, I've rarely had any issue receiving door dash/instacart orders as all the buildings are clearly marked and a giant map at the front of the office when you first drive in. And we have Amazon hub lockers Overall, this place is 10/10 to live in! We will continue renting here as long as we possibly can. In just the past couple of weeks, my car -- along with several others -- has been stolen from the property. Management's response has been disappointing at best. They stated that they "can't gate the community," claimed cameras are a "liability for the property," and said they would have security patrol more often -- yet that hasn't happened. Residents are left feeling unsafe and unprotected. I forgot to mention that when we were in the process of closing the lease they asked if we wanted laminate hardwood floors throughout the apartment, keep in mind they're already changing the carpet regardless, that we would just pay an additional $200 on our rent that's already $2320, am I keeping the hardwood when I leave???? read more

Robert at the leasing office was able to accommodate my growing family into a bigger unit. Process was fast and easy. Jose Maintenance Supervisor has always been helpful during my time at this complex. Planning on staying here for a few more years. Don't let the negative comments discourage you from living here. Theft can happen anywhere and we all exposed to it. My interactions with the leasing office have always been polite and helpful and they always get my issues resolved. read more

I really wanted to see if this place could be my new home, but literally yesterday they had a large one bedroom listed for around 2,100 dollars. And today the day I planned to apply it magically went up to 2,350. That's just crazy because it's what a one bedroom cost in the OC. The bedroom has been on the market for a few weeks now ( I been looking) and no one applied at that lower rate and I doubt someone would at the higher rate. So if they lower it back down maybe, maybe I will apply for it. But I have notice a lot of bad reviews, and it's making me a tad bit nervous. read more

Unprofessional, poorly managed, overpriced. The staff is polite and courteous and absolutely refuses to do they're job, or really anything regarding they're own stated quiet hours policy. Tenants are unruly, loud, and intoxicated regularly. While living here I observed multiple visits to the complex from the Sheriff's office and several arrests. Management simply can't be bothered by the constant noise complaints, belligerent tenant behaviour, or the excessive and dangerous speeding of vehicles through the complex. Lived here for 4 years and once Graystar took over for management they started to raise the rent about $200 each lease renewal which is insane. A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment should not be 2380.00 a month with only one parking garage and the additional fees they charge. And for additional cars you have to pay $25 permit. Ridiculous. Guess we'll be looking elsewhere. If you plan to live here and renew your lease they only give one option of 12 month lease renewal or month to month. There is always poop everywhere, it used to be clean more often but when Graystar took over there has been more poop. You get 7 overnight parking passing for guests each month. You definitely hear neighbors regularly whether they're beside or above you. It's an average apartment but with above average prices. read more

Ridgestone, what a mess. Wish I could give zero star. My car was broken into three times, gas drained from my tank twice, my garage was broken into three times. They stole all my stuff in my garage and one time we found a homeless guy sleeping on the garage floor! Neighbors experience the same break ins, cars get stolen from the parking lot. Police know Ridgestone is a hot spot for car thefts. Fights at the pool resulting in police being called. Several times while walking to my car there are cops en force parked and looking for a resident, asking me if I know their suspect. Supposed to be no smoking/no drugs but you can't walk 50 feet without smelling cigarettes/cigars/vape or weed. Every day all day and night. Neighbors up late blasting music or yelling. Car alarms going off. I asked management for help but nothing, and I mean nothing got resolved. Just a phone call or at most a letter on their door, yay. Many Pit Bulls, German Shepards and other aggressive dog breeds here. My neighbor's dog was attacked by a Pit Bull. Walls and floors are thin, you can hear neighbors having sex, peeing in toilet, flushing toilet, walking on your ceiling. Three door locks broke on my apartment, locks have *plastic* internals. Cheap entry level appliances. Neighbors water heater breaks and fills my apartment with water, got moldy needed new carpet and drywall. Then my water heater leaked and did the same LOL. Random water shutoffs in the building, several inspections every year where they enter your apartment to look at your patio, water heater, sprinkler, garage etc.... Pool and Hot Tub get shut down for weeks, Hot Tub is a kiddy pool and has yellow water all the time. People wash their BBQ dishes in the POOL OMG. The Gym equipment breaks and is down for months. Hallways are dirty, filthy, stained and need to be power washed desperately. Dog poo all over: on sidewalks, stairwells, parking lot, grass. Place smells like urine and poo. Cockroach and mice and lizard infestation year round, ants + mosquitos in the summer and pincher bugs too! Lawns are either dead, crabgrass, clover or mud. Saw a Maintenance guy yell at and chase a tenant how unprofessional. One neighbor in my building is a known pot dealer and sells to teenager tenants too, another here sells meth and fentanyl. Several Gang Members live here. Parking fills up by 6pm after that you and 5 others circle the lot for an hour looking for a spot. HORRIBLE APARTMENT. read more

Robert in the leasing office is very unprofessional and refused to honor anything his partner told us we'd get with our unit. Alexis was the best and worked very quickly with us. Robert came in and completely disregarded anything Alexis told us and was very rude whenever I had questions. I don't want to assume, but everything was going well until my husband and I submitted our paystubs. The paystubs showed who employed us (we're law enforcement) and suddenly Robert brought himself into our business Alexis was already handling. Robert not only included himself in our business, but was very rude over the phone. Once we proposed talking to him in person with his manager present, he suddenly became so polite and lost the attitude. Robert attempted to upcharge the unit even though we were told it would be less for rent. Alexis sent over an email saying we got approved along with the list of everything we'd be paying upfront. Robert called soon after to tell us the unit was no longer available and tried to upcharge us for a unit we originally wanted and was not that price online. Robert clearly didn't want to put that information in an email because I have a feeling he knew a screenshot of it would be attached to this review. Overall, it's not worth it. I was going to rent an apartment and paid credit check fees and a holding deposit but something came up the next day so I contacted the manager and told him that I can't rent the apartment. I asked for my holding deposit to be returned and he said no problem? Im still waiting for my holding deposit and it's been 3 months? I'm just beyond words that it's taken this long and to hear the stories as to why it's taken this long from management is absolutely ridiculous! Im so glad I didn't rent from these people! read more

This place was ok few years ago .. new manager took over a year ago I think and this place is down the hill.... Nothing gets clean around the complex I see dog poop and never gets clean u see that shit for weeks and still there . Hallways full of Trash. My boyfriend and I just got approved for an apartment at this complex for the very first time. The process was quite easy and everybody on staff was very helpful, specifically Jessica McDowell. She gave us the opportunity to check out an apartment and we immediately fell in love. She was very quick to respond and gave us all of the information we needed. read more

My husband and I lived her for a little over 3 years. As most people would think we've lived here so long because it must be nice but no it was only because we could afford to live here. This complex does not have security cameras , while we lived there we have had our motorcycle stolen from our assigned stall and had to call the police more than once because someone was trying to pick our apartment door lock they still showed no concerns for the residents here. I will say there are a few ladies in the office that are very helpful and friendly Jessica and yasmin would always be a pleasure in speaking with.Mantanaince was good also Jose was always very helpful and on it. On our move out date which was just recent there is new management who is not helpful or friendly at all I believe his name is Robert was very rude to us. I'm not sure why we had to just return our keys when we know other residents don't even return their keys but if you ever move here just know if you move here your stuff might get stolen and management needs improvement. read more

And that's whatever if they are overpriced, but parking is the worst here, soooo dirty, management never answers the phone, and they turn off the water with no notice at all or if they are feeling generous they will give you a 5 minutes heads up that they are going to turn off the water for 3 HOURS. The only good thing about them is their maintenance of course. Other then that don't live here unless you want the water shut off with a 5 minute warning and they could care less. read more

This apartment complex is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The parking was horrible but has recently been revamped which opened up spaces but you only get 7 parking passes for your family per month. My major issue is the loud cars, trucks and motorcycles that are allowed on property and rev up their engines waking me and i am sure many others out of my sleep every morning around 4AM THEN AGAIN at 5AM. If you suffer from PTSD, DO NOT MOVE HERE you will be triggered by all the disrespectful noise. There shouldn't be loud vehicle disturbances allowed to park on property disturbing everyones rest, how disrespectful and rude go rent a house somewhere and be as loud as you want. Also cars that drive through blasting their music all hours of the night. When you live in a apartment complex there should be a noise disturbance policy implemented and STRONGLY enforced since people live within close proximity. Also when you walk the property it wreaks of dog urine and the trash area smells like a freakin dump i feel sorry for residents who live right by the dumpsters and the nearby playgrounds, the smell is awful. According to other reviews Homeless are always walking through the property, checking peoples apt. doors and seeing what vehicles they can steal throughout the night & early morning. People please lock your doors and make sure your garages are closed since theres no kind of security you have to look out for each other maybe start a neighborhood watch program. For the amount of money the residents pay for rent here the property management needs to do a way better job keeping this place SAFE, CLEAN, QUIET & CLASSY. Ok read more
