The appliances are of good quality and repairs are made promptly, often on the same day. I doubt I ever waited more than 2-3 days for a repair, and the maintenance team does an excellent job every time. The grounds are kept clean. The landscapers keep the grounds beautiful. It's very quiet. I only needed to make one noise complaint during all those years. The security patrol showed up promptly and took care of it. In the few times we needed to report any kind of rule breaking or disturbance by a neighbor, the office staff was totally responsive. Unlike many other complexes, they never made us feel like we were a nuisance. Instead, they were grateful that we were looking out to help maintain the quality of life in the community. They're on top of everything and always take care of whatever issues come up. They have 2 nice pools and a decently stocked gym. Plenty of guest parking. The office staff always has a friendly greeting and is extremely helpful and efficient. They go above and beyond. If you're in the market for an apartment in Temecula, you won't do better than to get one here! I wish I still lived there but had to relocate for work.

It was really quiet, always a ton of parking, staff was also super friendly, anytime I needed help with anything in my apartment they were always on top of it. Maintenance was always really fast and professional. Prices are very good especially compared to other complexes in Temecula. I love that there was trees everywhere. If you're looking for a place to live highly highly consider here. You'll love it!

    Regarding Michelle Morones Assistant Community Manager!!…read more I Just wanted to say thanks for doing such a great job giving me the tour of the complex and units. Michelle was very friendly, very professional and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and asking so many questions. I liked her from the start and i'm glad I came back for the tour after popping in unexpectedly near closing hours. She invited me to come back the next day and I'm so happy about that. The atmosphere with all the trees and the breeze everywhere was nice. It was a quiet complex and the folks I ran into were friendly. The unit I viewed was very nice and spacious. It was clean and smelled fresh. I was looking at the place for my daughter who's moving down from Los Angeles and I have great reviews for her. I would love for her to live here.

This was my first apartment on my own, and back when I initially started living here my 2 bed 2 bath was only $1100... gosh I miss those days haha! I down graded to a 1 bedroom after some time, then moved back into a 2 bed 2 bath once I had a baby. Ive always had a pleasant, loving, informative experience with Mercedez and all the fun maintenance guys. Its like family quite honestly. Ive seen the property go thru i think 2 or 3 new owners, and to be honest Im not the biggest fan of the newest ones. Cantabria was such a beautifully kept up property, and it seems like new ownership either doesnt care about the upkeep, or well.. doesnt care *again this is no reflection of the girls and maintenance because they arent in charge of this* I would just appreciate seeing the property taken better care of. I even miss getting a free carpet cleaning when renewing my lease *first ownership was the bomb*. We will be leaving in a year or so, and I have nothing but loving words for Mercedez and Johnny, love you both dearly, and thank you for always taking exceptional care of me and my family.

    We lived here for three years, always paid our rent on time or early, and every lease renewal came…read morewith another rent increase. The final straw was when they wanted $2,080 a month for a 630-square-foot one-bedroom. We gave our 60-day notice, and almost immediately the exact same apartment was listed for $1,940. Liz and Jake in the office were always helpful, and Ty and Mario from maintenance were great. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The property isn't maintained well. The pools are often dirty, exterior lights are broken, trash and dog waste are everywhere, and the gates rarely stay closed, so it never feels like a secure gated community, especially when people are caught snooping in your cars. The spider problem was also terrible. We constantly found large spiders inside our apartment, all over the vehicles and even ended up with spider bites. You physically could not walk from your car to the front door without walking through a web. The utility billing is one of the biggest scams. Instead of paying for your own usage, utilities are split across the property. We regularly paid anywhere from $200-$280 a month, and even if you leave for weeks, you'll still get a huge bill because you're paying for everyone else's usage. Move-out is where they really make their money. We were charged over $800 for things that were normal wear and tear or clearly pre-existing. The countertops and bathtub had already been painted over by the complex, yet they still attempted to charge us $370 to repaint them. We were also charged for carpet shampooing and cleaning, even though those are standard turnover costs every apartment has to do before a new tenant moves in. When I went to the office to question the charges, I was told they never received the move-in inspection form where we documented existing damage. Thankfully, I had taken a photo of the completed form before turning it in. Without that proof, we could have been held responsible for damage that was already there. My advice to anyone moving in: photograph every document you submit and take detailed pictures of the entire apartment before you unpack. Storage is much smaller than it looks, and the patio is barely usable. We also had to purchase our own drip pans for the stove that never got compensated to us because they only gave us 3 :) Between the poor upkeep, unfair utility billing, repeated rent increases, lack of security, spider problems, questionable move-out charges, and the issue with our move-in inspection form, I can't recommend living here. Spend your money elsewhere.

The premises are disgusting tho, pool always dirty, trash and dog poop everywhere, utilities they rack you up, been living at a new place and my utilities are a 1/2 of what I was paying. The management has major attitude issues, the lease consultants are always eating in their office all greasy, not very professional.
