I'm living on the 2nd floor , my neighbors upstairs are loud & my neighbors down stairs are loud as well , I should NOT hear the people below me !!!! These walls are not sound proof , I can literally hear the neighbors below me conversations & them blasting music The complex manager Kim SUCKS she doesn't return phone calls. I have left the front leasing office VMs numerous times & got no phone calls back, even when you try to go to the front office to get help in person during business hours the door is always locked & the excuse is always "we are short staffed " there customer service here is HORRIBLE , I have also called the onsite security to have them tell the down stairs neighbors to SHUT UP they are constantly blast music on their surround sound from 8pm to 2am every single night !! This apartment complex doesn't not care about there renters at all they only care about getting their rent money. I am not happy with this apartment complex & CAN NOT wait to move out of here ! First and foremost I've been living here for about 7 months now and I've never met a staff as lovely. Nate, Maribelle, Rachel (maternity leave ) and let's not forgot Camille the manager. Camille has a way about her she means business but she is so nice. If there's ever anything you need she makes sure it gets done. I can definitely see her in a regional position one day as well as Rachel. They are just Cutt from a different cloth. I have stayed at a many places and not expecting too much from rivers edge actually surprised me as it's clean everyone you encounter is really nice. Camille is just as authentic as they come, communication is key here when there's an issue. If I had a zero star rating to give I would. I would also like to add that upon move out, I had my apartment cleaned from top to bottom, they charged over 800 in carpet, and charged for paint. I came in to tour the property after speaking to the manager Jessica on the phone and was greeted by the super friendly Kiana for my tour. She was knowledgeable and so kind, took the time walk and to go over all the property's details which was so greatly appreciated. The location of these apartments was great, located right next to the beautiful lake and only a short distance from the baseball stadium. Negative 10 stars to be honest. Do NOT rent from this place!! Over priced for an apartment complex where you'll get your car and storage unit broken into. When you complain they do absolutely NOTHING for you! You are asked to pay dog rent yet their dog yard is always littered with dog sh*t. You need to put a pet deposit down for each pet on top of your regular deposit and then when you move out, they don't give any of your deposit back and claim that they had "fix this" and "paint that". However when you move in, you will find that there are a lot of broken pieces, missing pieces, stains on the carpet that resurface within a month of move in and things that were done half assed. I couldn't even open my window because the screen was bent and had an opening. The one time I opened my window, gnats came in due to the broken screen that they never fixed or changed out from the last tenant. I reported this, they never responded. This place is an absolute joke! They have a security gate that has only been closed a total of 3 times in the year that I lived there. They provide you with a remote to open the gate yet the remote does not open the gate. You'd have to wait until someone leaves to get in when the gate is closed. People in the office are rude as hell! You always feel like you are inconveniencing them when you call. I went to throw trash away one evening and got scared half to death by a homeless man digging in the trash. Tried to use the pool last summer to find a turd floating in there. Never went back to the pool! This place is a hot mess! Find somewhere else, this place is not worth your money nor your safety!!! If you can afford to pay their overpriced rent, you can afford to live in Murieta or Temecula where you won't have to sacrifice your safety. read more

I just really hope this review helps someone Because it has been a complete nightmare Updated review: I've been at rivers edge for a little past 2 years. The first unit we were in we had a horrible experience with mosquitos and spiders in our unit due to the bushes outside of our patio so we could not open our patio or we would get attacked by the mosquitos so we lived in that unit for a year with no access to our patio. We renewed our lease but moved units in hopes we would fix this issue and we would be able to have access to our patio that was included in what we were paying. Well our issue with the mosquitos was definitely resolved and we could now use our patio but now for over a year we have been dealing with smelling marijuana in our unit and this is a NON SMOKING COMPLEX the first day we moved in we smelled it and notified the front office because the smell was so so strong Shantel from the front office came outside and smelled the same thing I smelled. The smell completely takes over our unit management has been notified over and over again and they know who's smoking but again, nothing has been done. We have ants completely cover our pantry and coming in through our windows and air vents. We have a bunch of stray cats that are fed so they hang out around all the units and stair cases, we also have skunks! And if you have 2 vehicles good luck finding a parking if you come home after 6pm. I don't even know who works in the office I've complained so many times and so many different people have responded. If you like marijuana, cats, skunks, ants and not finding a parking these apartments are definitely for you. Other than that these apartments are great! read more

It's an ok place to live. The quality of construction is at times questionable, and the upkeep of the exterior of the buildings usually needs a lot of help. Most of our fellow tenants are awesome. We love our neighbors. When it comes to dealing with the office, just don't expect to be dealing with anything higher than double digit IQ points. They're really a bit dense. read more

People in the leasing office doesn't do anything. You complain to them that your car got broken into in the parking lot and they never took action. They didn't even acknowledge receipt of the email I sent. Also, the people below us are the worst! We are polite and we try not to bother anyone. We do our best to live quietly. But our downstairs neighbor are just the worst of the worst. They complain with everything. It's like we can't walk in our own unit because for them its loud. There's only 3 people living in our unit. My husband, my 2 yr old son, and I. Every time my 2 year old walks or runs a bit, the downstairs people complains right away. It's like they think it's their house. If you gonna complain with every movement you hear, don't live in an apartment. read more

I haven't even lived here a full month and my truck was just broken into last night and over $1000 worth of tools, work clothes, boots, electronics, and stuff for my motorcycle were stolen. There is ZERO security measures in place other than a gate. The Silverado apartments in Murrieta are just as nice and have security cameras planned EVERYWHERE. This place has none. They have signs posted for no dumpster diving but twice now in the few weeks I've been living here I've taken my trash out to the dumpster to find the same guy inside the dumpster rummaging through the trash. The management is nice but that's the only great thing I have to say about it. I'm very deeply regretting signing the lease a few weeks ago. ***UPDATE*** I posted a review 2 hours ago about my truck being broken into and 2 hours later I go back out to my truck and the ice chest I had loaded up about an hour ago to get ready for my long trip just got stolen. My truck is parked only 30 feet from my door and within 1 hour of me loading it up someone stole it in broad daylight. I will definitely be looking for a new place to live since this place is ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone. read more

I've been living here for almost a year now and ever since I signed the lease I've felt like home. The management here is great! I work in property management myself and they definitely know what they're doing. The front office staff are really friendly and will answer any question you have or help you with any issues you have. I started my lease out having issues with my washer, unfortunately due to some complications they weren't able to fix it right away, but they were professional and didn't leave me in the dark. Because they weren't able to fix it righ They replaced my washer and dryer with a brand new unit instead of sending a maintenance man to try and fix it. Not only is the management staff helpful, but the maintenance staff is too. Art is such a cool guy. He knows his stuff and will do everything he can to fix whatever issue you are having. This place is not the ideal place to live. Besides the parking issue; where if I go anywhere and come home anytime after 5 pm good luck finding a place to park. The following is the correspondence that took place between me and the corporate office having to do with the closure of the pool/BBQ area. I feel that I've been swept under the rug. You judge for yourself... This was send August 28, 2017: Good afternoon, We have lived in The Riversedge Apartment homes, Lake Elsinore, for 2 months now. We are enjoying the apartment. At the same time, we feel the need to let you know of an issue that we are less than thrilled with. The pool has been closed for more than a month. The sign just reads that an unforeseen repair needs to be done. There was no email sent out to tenants. When we called the office they said that it was a "safety" issue and the pool will be drained and recemented as well as the rest of the area. The gates are locked and no one has access to it. This means that in the month of August, (the hottest month of the year) no one has access to the pool, spa, and BBQ. These are the major amenities that your property offers. We have contacted the office a few times to find out if there is a timeline. We were told that they are still "getting bids". We emailed the office last week to ask what the plans are to compensate the tenants because of the denial of use of the amenities. We also stated that if there are no plans there should be. We have suffered 3 digit degree weather for many days. Now we are at the beginning of another massive heat wave. This is not fair. We are very upset that our email has gone unanswered. I had the pleasure of touring the apartments with the incredibly beautiful Cori. She was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, answering every question I had without hesitation and going the extra mile to find an apartment that was perfect for me. The apartments are beautiful. The community is small and quiet, the amenities look gorgeous. I went in expecting something tiny, but even their smallest apartments were spacious, with plenty of extra storage areas. The appliances came in two options, both looked great, and a few residents I met were so happy with their homes. Can't stress enough what a welcoming experience it was and how wonderful Cori is. read more

This place is plain horrible. When I first moved there three years ago the building was clean and taken care of. Not with the new management company, building is filthy no one ever cleans or power washes. Not only that my car got broken into two times so do not leave anything in there. Also theres never any parking you can not leave your home at night because when you get back no where to park.
