Was anyone injured in the accident?"; all the way through handing me my keys and making sure that I was completely satisfied with the experience. Not only did Christina take very good care of me, and kept me well-informed and walked me through the entire process; David did an excellent job as well. Upon my initial drop off he walked around my car with me and did the entire inspection. He also asked if I was ok. He gave me some advice about how to setup everything and what I had to do to go through my insurance. He asked if I had a rental car and I wasn't aware if I did. He called me back a few days later and he had actually looked into it himself and found out that my insurance did cover a rental car! He was calling to make sure that I was aware and to see if he needed to help me with booking the rental car through Enterprise. That was such an amazing thing that he did. It really helped me to adjust my schedule and make sure that my life wasn't as impacted as I thought it was going to be to get these repairs done. The company worked really well with my insurance. Not only did my rental meet me at the collision center to get my car but I was also able to drop it off there with Caliber, so pick up and drop off took almost no time at all. The final product on my car looks perfect, like nothing ever happened, it's awesome. On top of that I was extremely pleasantly surprised to notice that my car had been wiped down and vacuumed and cleaned while it was being taken care of. I didn't expect that and didn't notice it at first to say thank you. They really just go above and beyond to make the experience as laid-back and easy for everyone in the situation as possible. Thank you again for exceeding all my expectations!

I was originally told the repairs would take about one month. Instead, my car was in the shop for over two months after they told me they had lost one of the parts to my car either upon taking it apart or putting it back together. During that time, I was unable to use my vehicle for Uber, costing me significant income, and I also had to pay for rental cars, Uber rides, and other transportation expenses. When I finally picked up my car, I paid my $2,000 of my $2500 deductible expecting the vehicle to be fully repaired. After getting home, I discovered numerous issues that either should have been repaired or were caused during the repair process. These included: * They failed to replace the rear tire even though it had a dangerous bulge on the sidewall caused by the accident. * The front grill they replaced repeatedly pops loose and will not stay properly attached. * There are scratches from the original accident that were never repaired. * There are also new scratches that appear to have been caused while the vehicle was in their possession. * They never cleaned the dried coffee that spilled onto my front seat during the accident. * Despite paying for repairs, I had to return because additional issues were found, leaving my vehicle deactivated from Uber even after I picked it up. I expected a professional repair from a shop that is part of Progressive's network. Instead, I received a vehicle that still had safety concerns, cosmetic damage, poor workmanship, and incomplete repairs after waiting more than two months. I paid $2,000 out of pocket for work that was not completed to an acceptable standard. My 'tech' CJ admitted to me repeatedly that they are way understaffed and that they already have a lot more jobs than they can handle. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

A Motorcraft water pump sells for $52.99 on Rock Auto. "While we are in there, may as well replace timing belt, tensioner and accessory drive belt." My Ford owners manual says to replace timing belt at 150K but ok, it is an ugly job. Gave me a matter of a fact quote for $2400+. I had a brand new Gates accessory belt which he refused to use. I have 2 kids at University and was just just trying to defray some cost. Now I know why, I was charged at least 3x the retail cost on all parts. $70 for Napa coolant and I kid you not $5 for a screw?I am a capitalist and a car guy but 3x cost on parts seems like price gouging. I was hoping to save a few dollars with an independent shop. Not at all, Ford dealer would have done it for that price and after the fact, Tuffy quoted me $1900 but just an estimate. I had Harris do the work and am appreciative that it was done the next day as my wife needs her car but will not be back, not impressed by the service nor the price. I did have a 10% off labor coupon so that helped. Just my experience and opinion.
