Website is very misleading. A lot of items show up as "available in store", however the items are needed to be "ship to store", hence there is a 9.99 fee for shipping. There is no eta or notificaitons after making a purchase on when to expect to pickup the order. Ty was able to make an "exception" to cancel the order, but stated that the website runs independently from the store. Storefront itself is great and customer service is great. This place a hidden oasis of both used and new all types of firearms and if something is not in store they have a huge selection to order from online. A lot of their firearms are on sale or marked down from msrp which is a plus. It's a relatively small store but don't let this steer you away from coming in and having a quick chat.
