Zack was completely awesome through and through. My dog and another were first-timers, so Zack walked us through all the ground rules and what to expect. I loved that he doesn't force the dogs to go in the water, but also doesn't just let them avoid it. He noticed my dog was just having fun running AROUND the pool, but wouldn't try and swim, just splash on the shallow part. So he would go and get him and baby-step him into the deep side. It was so refreshing to see! I love how considerate it is. The staff is also all so great and nice. The facility is impressive and well-thought out. I love it. I can't wait to bring my dog back and I'm sure he's looking forward to his next swim session!

They were able to prep an oxygen chamber so that by the time we got there, my bird was able to be put in oxygen right away. Like any ER, they will triage your pet and take critical cases first. Unlike a normal ER, you stay with your pet the entire time. This could be uncomfortable for people that are squeamish when seeing blood, or if there's a dying patient that comes in while you're sitting in the lobby, because you are front row to every case that walks in. I do think this concept is good for owners that are curious about the behind the scenes, and for those who want to stay with their pet during their time of need. While not as expensive as some, it is still an emergency hospital so the cost is going to be more than a general practice. As of 2026, the exam fee was $195. Also, bring your phone! All payments are done through links sent via text, so make sure you're prepared. My pet had to be hospitalized and everyone was very kind during her stay. Another great thing about this place is that if your pet needs to be hospitalized, you can stay with them the entire time. The staff even goes around with snacks! Overall, I would highly recommend this particular VEG because the staff was very kind and knowledgeable during my time of need.

When Mariela and Martha came for the consultation, our 2 dogs took an immediate liking to them, which surprised us because both dogs are rescue dogs and are usually really weary of strangers. By the end of our 30 minute consultation in which Mariela asked many questions about the behaviors and the patterns of the dogs, the 2 dogs were snuggling with Mariela and Martha. During my trip away, I got numerous updates from Martha about the dogs' well being and she also accommodated my request to open/close blinds and turn on/off lights as well as take out trash in order to make my house look occupied.
