My mother recently spent 9 months at the Heartland Way Inspirations home. At age 86, she had lost her mobility following an illness and subsequent surgery. She required 24/7 care until she regained her mobility. I toured several homes in the general area and when I saw this one I knew it would be perfect for mom. Working with the owner, Noel, was great. I was very stressed and emotional at the time, and she was very understanding. The home's neighborhood is very good. The house is kept super clean and always smells fresh, and the yards are landscaped nicely. The caregivers are friendly, patient and kind to the residents and their families. I visited mom several times a week, and it was obvious that the residents are well cared for. Mom was encouraged to do her exercises in a safe environment, she was fed regularly with healthy meals and she was bathed regularly. As she grew stronger, she gradually began doing more things for herself, with the assistance and encouragement of the staff. The staff had systems in place for meds, bathing, cleaning, laundry, transportation when needed, and called me if there was ever a problem with mom. Mom was not happy to be there, especially at first - she just really wanted to go home - and sometimes could be a bit difficult to be around, but the staff were always patient with her. The longer she stayed, the more she came to appreciate the help and soon grew very fond of her caregivers, especially Rose. Mom just recently left Inspirations and went home where she now has part time help. I know she wishes she could have taken Rose home with her. Finding Inspirations Home Care was a blessing. My mother was suffering from dementia and residing at an Assisted Living facility in Riverside after several falls I had to locate a home care facility that could provide the care and oversight my mother needed. I visited two other home care facilities and was disappointed in the condition and staffing. I became concern about the whole concept of putting my mother in a home care facility. Then we met with Noel Garcia of Inspirations Home Care at one of her homes. The home was clean, staffing was friendly, we witnessed safety protocols and listening to Noel speak about her background, the methods she runs her business, the long tenure of staff, etc. we selected Inspirations Home Care on the spot. Unfortunately, my mother passed within about a month of her residency at Inspirations, but the staff was excellent, professional, engaging, kind and caring. The staff also worked extremely well with Newport Hospice who was also tending to my mother. No matter what day or time of day we visited Inspirations my mother was always clean and comfortable. The other residents that we saw were also well cared for. My only regret is that I should have moved my mother into Inspirations Home Care earlier so she could have experienced a better level of care in her final time on earth. My mother spent 7 yrs at the Heartland home, which I believe to have been the longest resident and completely there that long due to the great care she received. She could no longer walk on her own and eventually became bed ridden. The staff was amazing, friendly and kind to her even though my mom could be a handful! Very clean and always smelled as if they just did a full cleaning of the home. They did everything for mom, cooked, cleaned, bathed her, dressed her in her pretty outfits and even had them doing crafts at the dining table. We all know this is a very stressful time when placing your loved ones but I know that my mom was at the right place due to Rose! I could not have managed any of this with out her. She always kept me informed on my mom. Wendall was also very kind to my mom, she loved his milkshakes when she could no longer eat food. She lived to be 95 1/2 living there, 2 yrs on liquid diet which is not heard of and again because of the great care she received!!! It has been 4 years since my mother entered Inspirations Home Care. It was rocky for me at first as, well mom is not the easiest to work with. Through the patience of the staff she began to adjust and now is going to be 93 years old due to the care she receives at Inspirations. The staff truly cares about the residents, it is very clean and the property is well cared for. Rose is very hands on with the residents and especially concerned for thier well being. She enjoys the longevity of the residents which is good for the families. My mom can not walk but leads a nice life at Inspirations and it is so close to me that I can visit as needed. Not sure what I would have done if I hadn't found Inspirations because trying to do this on your own is way too hard on you and your loved one. If there is anyone looking for a wonderful care home for their loved one its Inspiration Care Homes. I was desperate to find a loving and caring environment for my mom who had a fall and needed safe care. I came across Inspirational Home Care from this sight. My mom lived in a beautiful home with 5 other women right here in Corona. They also have men homes in Corona. My mom had 3 caregivers that took care of her. She was so happy and full of joy living there. The care givers were so kind, loving and empathetic. All the caregivers have been there for years. Unfortunately my sweet mom passed away. We all were treated with the utmost kindness, given everything we needed. They took care of everything. This is a great place for a loved one. Rose and her team took care of my grandmother until the end. They made sure she had a high quality of life. Before being in Rose's care, my grandmother was at a large facility where they barely bathed her, hardly checked on or got her out of bed, and had no interaction with others. Here, my grandmother was taken care of in the best way. She was always clean with her hair done and makeup on. She was always waiting for me with others at the dining room table, out of bed and interacting. She was the closest to herself she could be in their care. Seeing a loved one go through dementia is rough, but it helps if they can be cared for with dignity. read more

The scale doesn't go high enough. I would give 10 stars!! They were so wonderful with dad and was very caring and took great care of him. He was always happy and he loved the people that worked there. The food was very good and was a home life atmosphere. Very clean and well kept. Just like living at home. They also had a dog named Winston that they all loved and he was the house mascot. Can't say enough how well dad was treated. When he was in hospice care they worked well with the hospice nurses to make sure dad was pain free. We highly recommend them for taking care of your loved one. read more

Both my mother and my husband's mother have been residents at Inspirations Home Care. We could not be happier with the care given to our moms. The care and compassion is great. The food (and I have eaten with my mom) is really good. The home is always clean. They are affectionate and keep us posted of any change. We had seen many homes, assisted living facilities and NONE compared to the attention the caregivers gave my mom and give my mother-in-law. We cannot say enough great things about Inspirations. Inspirations was home to our dear mother Helen for 10 years. Mom recently passed at the age of 94. In the time that she resided there, we were ALWAYS very pleased with the way they took care of mom and all the other residents. Rose, the main caretaker is such a blessing to this home. She was always so good at communicating with us, and her compassion for the residents was beyond amazing. I had my mom placed in Inspirations after I was dissatisfied with the assisted living facility that she was in. The staff is amazing and they treated my mom like she was the only person there. So incredibly compassionate with everyone who is in their care. I wish that I had heard about them before I had placed her in assisted living.
