Their care was so bad and unresponsive that I had my husband take me home for care the next morning. I went out of my way not to cause problems with their attendants, but that didn't change anything. We ended up at Mission Care Center in Riverside. I can't beging to express the high level of care we received. Every staff member was amazing and spiritual. They were patient with how meticulous I was with my husband's care and they were eager to please. I sat in my poop diaper for almost two hours before someone came to change & clean me. I developed a diaper irritation(just like a baby)that took months to cure using Desitin. My TV only got one channel and could not be controlled with the remote. They said someone would come the next day to fix the Tv. No one came. Don't stay here.

Earlier this week I received a visit from a young man named Trevor who said he was the hospital…read moreadministrator. He had read my first yelp complaint and assured me everything here is not as horrible as I think it is but from now on if I have an issue to call the main number to the facility and ask to be transferred to his voicemail and leave a message. Since then I have left him messages on 3 different occasions for 3 different issues for pretty much zero resolutions. On this past Tuesday I was transported on a gurney 1 hour each way to my dialysis in hemet. The trip was brutally painful. When i got back I told many nurses, office staff and even made several calls telling whoever would listen (or who I THOUGHT was listening) that I refused to make that trip again. My left collarbone and arm are broken along with my left hip. I have a pressure sore on my tailbone. Laying on a gurney in a bumpy transport van for 2 hours total was more than my broken 70 year old body could handle!!!! I only go to dialysis Tuesdays and Saturdays so I figured in the 4 days in between one of the many people that work here could have relayed the message to this "hospital" and the transport team I would not be going today to dialysis. At 3am transport came anyway. I apologized to them for making a wasted trip and now my anxiety is once again through the roof. Long story short I did what Trevor the administrator told me to do. I called the facility and asked to be transferred to his voicemail to relay all this information as HE REQUESTED! They refused to transfer me and the nurse came back to my room to tell me they cant transfer to his voicemail because his office is locked. Now I'm no brain surgeon but, HUH???? I've had more anxiety this short week here then I've had my whole life. I am full of anguish and depair, and on top of everything physical pain. Since I know Trevor reads yelp before checking voicemail I believed this follow up would be a quicker way to get my point across.

I love that Apple Blossom cares about there residents and provide this service for them. I love my job there.. The staff is so loving and attentive to there needs. The house is beautiful with a warm feel, homemade meals, large beautiful back yard with fruit trees, and a chicken coop. Jay (The owner) is so sweet, she makes frequent visits and does sing along songs for birthdays. They house is clean and always decorated for every season and holiday. I work with a lot of elderly and I know it's stressful and hard to have to make a decision to place a loved one in a home. Apple Blossom provides the care and love you are looking for.
