I called him on a Wednesday and he was able to come the next day, and came right on time. There is a $70 ($) service charge but if you decide to fix whatever needs fixing, it's applied towards the balance. He told us it looked like a certain part was broken and he had the part with him, so he was able to fix it the same day, and at a reasonable price.
