At first, I tried to just deal with it, but after staying in the home for a bit, my headaches kept getting worse. Once the insurance moved us into a rental, FRSTeam came in and packed everything out -- clothing, furniture, electronics, all of it. They even rushed my emergency clothing back within a couple of days, along with my son's Nintendo Switch (his top priority). The claim had its ups and downs, but I genuinely appreciate how patient and helpful the team was throughout the process, especially Gabe, Bonnie and Laurie. Their support made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Everyone from their office to the field staff was incredibly easy to work with. They made sure we were 100% satisfied with everything before closing out our file, and that level of care really stood out. I truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion they showed during a difficult time.

Of all the vendors involved in restoring our home after a house fire--painters, electricians,…read morecarpet and closet professionals, art restoration, HVAC, and the overall remediation company, ServiceMaster--FRSTeam was the only company that was difficult to work with. ServiceMaster subcontracted FRSTeam to handle our smoke-damaged clothing, textiles, and electronics. I would never have hired them independently. From start to finish, it was issue after issue. Communication was very poor. They repeatedly promised to complete tasks or follow up, only to fail to do so, even after multiple direct requests. I was forced to make the 3-hour round trip drive to their office twice to address basic matters. While they boxed and returned our items neatly, the actual cleaning was ineffective. Everything returned to us caused immediate physical reactions--sneezing, chest pain, and throat pain from the lingering smoke damage or chemical residue. To make matters worse, unlike our other restoration vendors who properly identified unrecoverable items, FRSTeam failed to declare anything as non-salvageable to our insurance company. When I asked them for a comprehensive list of items so I could submit them to insurance myself, it look a very long time for them to respond, and I had to ask multiple times. All of the other companies we worked with would have taken at most 1 business day to send something like this. Trying to get insurance approval to replace the items has been an absolute ordeal. From the insurance company's perspective, they paid $26,000 for professional cleaning, yet the items are completely unusable.

You hand me an Aquafina, Dasani, Arrowhead, glass of tap...I will literally chose dehydration. For close to 17 years I was a Sparkletts customer and it was the only water I would drink. Recently they were bought out by Primo and I could tell immediately. I tried to power through thinking it was just in my head. Hoping they just changed the bottles. Nope. I was the water. Horrible. I can't even describe it? Metallic toxic waste? Bitter chemical fish? Bring on the dehydration. I spoke with our delivery guy on our last service day and he told me the water was the same. Yeah, no. I told him it absolutely was not. He then told me what I was tasting was the BPA from the bottles. WHAT THE ACTUAL FRICK. I immediately went inside and started researching other companies. It was time to break up with Sparkletts. I came across Same Day Water and read through all the reviews. I could tell who the fellow water snobs were and I liked what I saw. I visited the website and gathered more information before calling to inquire about switching services. I spoke with Michael and he was very knowledgeable about his company and his product. He patiently answered all my neurotic questions about BPA's (their bottles and equipment don't contain them), they don't add any weird tasting minerals to their water, no delivery fees, purified reverse osmosis. Everything I was looking for. We chatted about how to proceed and I hung up with him and called Sparkletts to close my account. Setting up an account with Same Day Water was incredibly easy, and a couple days later I had a new water cooler and the most fantastic water I've had here in Arizona. The delivery guy was super nice and VERY considerate. I say this because we have grass in our front yard and he walked all the way around to my driveway to avoid walking in the grass. Let me tell you, the Sparkletts guy wheeled his water dolly across my lawn later that day. Same Day Delivery guy even set up my new, out of box water cooler for us. If you've made it this far I know you're serious about your water! You won't regret switching. The price is extremely reasonable( $8.50 per bottle compared to Sparkletts at $13.00 something per bottle), the customer service is fantastic, and the water...the water is QUALITY. ZERO taste. Zero smell. Crystal cooool.

Their website says they have been in business since 1994 but not one customer had anything nice to say about them in 25 years? Red flags? Of all of the things any business can do to undo and erase every penny they spent on advertising, every minute they spent schmoozing clients over a cold beer, every glowing press release they spun off to the media it all boils down to one thing - how do they treat their customers. And in my business the number one unbending rule has always been that you must always, always, always return phone calls and answer correspondence. Those are the only physical pieces of tangible evidence a customer has that you are serious about being in business. I waited a day, then a few days, then a week before I sat down and considered my review of Valley Wide Awnings and why I would rate them unacceptable. The reason? I handed Mark the opportunity on a silver platter to earn my business by contacting him for a quote ... and he ignored me. I'm not going to beg him to take my money, there are many legitimate businesses in this area who install awnings. I did business one time with Valley Wide but they wouldn't do business with me.
