Scheduling was simple and informative with clear communication on timing and when they would be there. They were able to come up with a solution for the leak and did a thorough check of the plumbing to be sure there were no other possible leak sources. Although the leak was not plumbing related (Leak was determined to be coming between the wall and shower pan) they were very helpful to confirm that is was not plumbing related. Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair.
