He came across as rude, unprofessional, and seemed unable to read the room. He constantly made awkward jokes, repeatedly referred to himself as an "alpha," and kept pushing the same comments even when nobody was laughing. Instead of making customers feel comfortable, it made the atmosphere uncomfortable. When gathering our information, he often sounded demanding rather than polite, speaking to people in a way that felt disrespectful. The biggest issue wasn't the jokes themselves, it was the attitude behind them. I've also noticed that when people leave criticism, he tends to argue back rather than take accountability. A business owner should be open to feedback, not treat every complaint like a personal attack. The staff deserves credit, which is why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1. I have never had to wait longer than 20 minutes to be seen (by staff and/or eye doctors), and they have always been bubbly and friendly. They are also incredibly patient (considering it always takes me a long time to choose the right frames when it's time to change my glasses) and give their opinions on which styles look better on me.
