I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. PICK UP: When summoning your car at DFW, I'd suggest waiting on the middle island outside of baggage claim. You're required to select your terminal then the app will give you a GPS pinpoint of where to wait, though pick up seemed to be all over the place as some cars picked up from the middle island but ours came to the main curb outside of baggage claim. Ride share signage is very poor here, surprisingly. The lady who picked us up didn't help us with our bags at all, though she was nice and got us to our hotel safely. DROP OFF: A friendly guy named Joshua picked up up at our hotel. Unlike many drivers, he got out of his car and assisted us with loading our luggage. He was friendly, conversational and professional the whole way to the airport. When we arrived, he again got out of his car and assisted us with each bag. You can bet I gave him a nice tip!
