I called them immediately and asked if I could return the bed frame for a refund But would still buy the mattress because he slept on it for 13 days. I also offered to pay a 20% return fee. When Debbie finally called us back all she said was "No, all sales are final"! She had no compassion for the fact that my dad had just died, and didn't even say she was sorry for his passing or anything when we explained the situation. It was all about the sale for them and nothing about customer service at all. This is just a business for these people so if you order something and you have a problem with it, don't count on sending it back because "all sales are final". I guess you have to look at the fine print at the very bottom of the page. These people are sneaky and uncaring and just after your money. They also charged us for a sheet set we did not order nor receive.

Kelly welcomed us when we arrived and helped us get checked in. She told us how to get our garage parking validated, how to use our tickets for food, drinks, raffle drawings and autographs. She was delightful and we definitely took a shine to her. There was a full 2 hours of entertainment. A DJ provided music and the Chowboys dance team performed. Food was provided. I had the nachos, which was cleverly packed as a do-it-yourself entre. A generous bunch of tortilla chips in a flat box with several toppings that you dump on or dip in as you please. I saw the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches that had mounds of meat but no bbq sauce or other toppings. Two drink tickets were provided, too. A good assortment of canned & draft beverages and margaritas. There were many diehard fans who you would remember seeing at the games and some other special guests. Three current players from the Cowboys football team arrived for the autograph session. It was nice, meeting them, although briefly. The only thing missing were cheerleaders. How can you have a Cowboys Experience without Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Barry did a great job, organizing this event (and has been for years) but.. really?

Turns out I had a faulty rear cam phase wire. Unfortunately, I am out of warranty with only 3100 miles on my bike. Maverick service team stepped up, got it fixed and sorted it out with Harley Corporate. I have owned a lot of bikes over the years and I can say Maverick always goes above and beyond to take care of my bike. Trip and Dane are always great to deal with!!

The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later I was riding in Comanche County and the tube popped - the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn't his tube. I asked Manny his "service manger" if he backed up Tony and he stated "I wasn't back there when they replaced it". I asked to speak to the mechanic who changed it and was told he was on vacation. Tony refuses to back his parts and labor warranty DO NOT BRING YOU BIKE HERE
