We had steaming hot sandwiches on their delicious fresh-baked bread, homemade soup that hit the spot, refreshing strawberry smoothies, carrot juice, a turkey and cheese sandwich, and two of their salads, everything tasted homemade with real care. I called twice. left a message the second time. gentleman called me back within 5min and confirmed the pickup time adjust from 11:25am to 12:05 pm Upon my arrival at 12:10 for pickup, I was told my order didnt exist. Then the lady at the register asked a gentleman about an order in the microwave. He then remembered my order. went and retrieved it. Gave it to me. When I tell you this is the worst sandwhich I've ever purchased I'm not kidding you. I ended up trashing it. The bread was hard as a rock. Now it is my fault upon submittin my order that I didn't double check the pickup time. But what the heck guys!? You made in within minutes of my 11am order then stuck in the microwave where it sat for an hr before I got it. Who would think itd be good after that? Disgusting. Lesson learnt. Horrible customer service. this place does not consider the customer When thinking "eat fresh" Again I take responsibility for my order time.
