Last Thursday I had a flat tire and pulled into Riley's to call roadside assistance. Not realizing Riley's was a full service station. Zoey the cashier that night came out in the pouring rain to see if my granddaughter and I were ok. When I told Zoey the problem Zoey had Cory come out. He said he would be glad to put my spare tire on. They were my hero's that night. So kind and caring. You don't often anymore meet people that are so caring. This is a great auto-shop. I am always paranoid about what I lovingly call "car stuff." Squeaky breaks, tire issues, solenoids.... I don't know very much about these problems and hate feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. I recently noticed that all of my tires were dangerously low, so I drove on over to Riley's and they spent a good 45 minutes checking my tires for leaks and refilling them with air. They were so nice and I hung out with them in the garage the whole time, asking them questions and learning more about the services they offer. Riley's Full Service can handle really any car issues and their team is comprised of kind, honest, and capable mechanics. It was late at night and I really needed a bathroom and a cup of ice before hitting the highway. I had a long stretch of road in front of me and I was tired. When I pulled into the parking lot, I thought the clerk would be mad at me because I only wanted ice and a bathroom. I took change with me in case I had to buy something to make peace. I was almost afraid even to ask. The clerk could not have been nicer. She was very helpful and accommodating. She didn't think my request strange at all. She smiled and even made sure I had enough ice. I was very uplifted by her friendliness and helpfulness. Heck, I felt so grateful I went ahead and topped off my gas tank before I left. The store was clean and there were many snack items for purchase. Everything was just as it should be. I will definitely be back. I really appreciated their customer service. read more

I have stopped at Riley's twice in the last year after the "low tire pressure" notification came on in my car. Both times it was a nail. Both times they got me right in, plugged the tire and sent me on my way within maybe a 1/2 hour. The staff is SO friendly and accommodating. I'm pretty sure I talked to the owner both times and he was lovely as well. It kind of feels like a small town gas station where everybody knows you and treats you like family! read more

I stopped by for a routine oil change, and everything went perfectly. I was only charged for the oil change, the team didn't go searching for other problems (because knowing my old beater, there probably are some). The let me know they did run the check engine light diagnostic and told me about some error sensors, but didn't force any additional work on me. read more

Excellent service! These guys are so nice and so helpful. I broke a fan belt on my car at 95th and Metcalf, they sent a tow truck to come get me so I didn't have to call a tow company. When it looked like they might not have the right belt they offered to drive me home (25 minutes away!) and to come back and get me the next day. Luckily, they did have the belt in stock and the mechanic stayed late (until 7:00 PM) to get me back on the road that night. While they were working on my car, they had someone from their shop run me over to the veterinarian's (Metcalf 107) so that I could pick up my dogs before the vet closed!! I don't know of any other auto service shop that would do any of that for a customer. These guys are awesome and saved my day from disaster! read more

This is the only place I will take my car to get repaired. The staff does an amazing job of making you feel welcome and valued. The mechanics, Anthony and Dave, always go above and beyond to fix my car immediately and even vacuum out my car when they are finished. The employees are also always more than willing to help you fill up your tires and pump your gas. By the way, the air for your tires is free here. Being a woman I used to worry about being ripped off when it came to getting my car fixed, but I have never had that issue here. Everyone is transparent, honest, and always gives you the best service and value. I also really love the fact that it's a Christian company. Good people and great service! Riley's Full Service should b called Riley's NO Service! I sat out front for just shy of 10 minutes (me and another car but that car was empty) and got absolutely no help whatsoever. This is the last of the full service stations around & I was hopeful that they would actually, well, u know, service. Instead, I sat and watched as employees visited inside & finally got my cane (yes, I'm disabled) and got out and pumped my own gas. Now, I realize that pumping ur own gas isn't some huge deal, but, when ur n agony each time u get n & out of ur car, u try & limit the number of times u have to do that. I had a caliper lock up while I was in town on business. Riley's gave me an accurate assessment of the problem (charged me $60 to diagnose) and quoted me $850 to repair. It seemed high, so I risked driving home where my local mechanic could look at it. Same diagnosis, but the bill is quoted at $450. I don't know if they are just that much higher priced, or thought because I was a woman and knew little about car repairs, they thought they could get away with gouging me. These guys are AMAZING!!! I stopped in to get help with something as simple as taking off old license plates it turned into a huge pain the ass. They were so dedicated to making it happen. Took 3 guys and 4 types of tools and about 40 minutes (like I said for plates). When the plates were finally off they found away to put my new ones on. Because the screws were goners. When I asked how much they said it's ok it shouldn't have been that hard. Thank y'all so much. You went well beyond great customer service. I will be telling this story for a long time and being in the restaurant business and knowing what great service It truly made my day. read more

Took my car in hoping they could help me out as I heard great things about. Honestly I had no idea what was wrong with my car and why it would not start. Was Told by sales person my battery was dead but they would need to keep it overnight to perform diagnostic and would call me tomorrow. I never heard from them until I called at 930am and at that time the guy who answered didn't have status. When I called back at noon because I STILL hadn't been called the sales rep told me my car was almost done. BUT HOW?? I didn't know what the issue was or was given an estimate. I hadn't even signed better yet authorized work. To try to "help" me they took off 1 hr of labor and $50 for the work giving me a grand total of $503. They had the audacity to do work on my car without my knowledge or authorization. They blamed their labor on having to take out all this wiring in my car due to my auto start being installed incorrectly. So they completely removed my auto start that was a year old without my permission. When attempting to explain how them working on my car without knowledge and authorization was unfair, my concerns were ignored and they put the blame on whoever installed my auto start. I called the company who installed my auto start (Best Buy) and found out I had a warranty from the installer and they would have fixed it for me... This means that I could have had this issue resolved for much less. I wasn't given an option by this "fine" body shop. I was taken advantage of maybe because I'm a young woman and was obvious that I had no knowledge. The manager or anyone else could care less about the company's wrong doings and do not take action to right their wrongs. I was spoken to like this issue was my fault and not smart enough to understand why the mechanic did the work without notifying me.. Again no signed or verbal authorization. I will never ever come here again and will share my experience with everyone, everywhere. read more

The lady at the counter inside is very sweet. She's 5-Star all the way. My concern is the unsafe location and lack of security. I stopped for gas and was approached by someone asking for gas money. This, in itself, is bad. But, it gets worse. When I said "No", the person insisted. I told him to leave me alone, and he got loud and cussed me out at the pump. I told him to leave me alone, or I'd call the police. Then, he got more aggressive at the pump and dared that the police be called. I saw two mechanics outside and asked them to call the police. Rather than do that, they went over to chat with the man. I left without buying gas. A few minutes later, I was at a stop sign when my wife informed me that the same guy was behind us, taking off his seat belt and opening his door. Why did the station not call the police to protect the safety of a customer? This put my wife and me in danger of physical harm, and my personal property at risk. The area has obviously gone downhill and needs security. read more

I dropped my car off to get looked at because I was told the radiator had a crack in it. They let me know it would be $50 to have it looked at which I appreciated them letting me know up front. I had been looking for radiators for two days or so because I knew it's probably what I needed and the most expensive one I came across was $160 for my car. I went up to the shop to check on my car and they gave me an estimate of $245 for a radiator. Wowza. I politely declined and let them know I can get it elsewhere cheaper and thanked them for their time. They are all so nice there. That was just A LOT for something I've been looking into. The total for the replacement with labor was around $650. Single mommy life can't hang with that haha. Again, super nice people just way to expensive especially since I haven't come across a radiator that cost that much yet. read more

I've had my car worked on here on and off for 20 some years. They have always been able to diagnosis the issue with the car and fix it. A few months ago, I brought my car by for air in my tires, a nice man came out to help me. I know how to do it, but it was really nice to have help in this world. I was really pleased with this level of service. I now go there instead of the other gas stations in the area, the lady at the register says hello by name. It's so nice, it feels like the good ole days or that I'm in a small town... Which is really hard to find in this busy city! read more
