He was professional, responsive, patient with my questions and made sure I was kept informed from beginning to end. That level of communication made me feel very comfortable trusting the team with my new vehicle. The team did a great job with the Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation. I was especially impressed with how Brian handled a warranty clarification afterward. There was some initial confusion regarding the warranty term however Brian addressed it promptly, provided an updated receipt confirming the correct 12-year PPF warranty, and gave me written confirmation of their 12-year workmanship coverage for installation-related issues such as edge lifting, contamination and bubbles. I really appreciated the accountability and willingness to stand behind their work. When you're investing in protecting a new vehicle, the quality of the installation matters, but so does knowing the company will be there if you need them afterward. Great workmanship, strong communication, and excellent customer service from Brian and the entire OC Tint Solutions team.
